This is the best place we have found for our loved one. We are very pleased with our decision. The staff attention towards the residents and activities is outstanding. They keep the residents very engaged. The staff is very kind to the residents as well.

Our family had an in person tour and the place is very nice but an older building. If your loved one was going to be living there you had to get a landline because cell phones did not work.

Everything has been going go so far, the only issue we had which is now resolved was the call button situation, not having a long extended cord did not really work out for our loved one see we needed to get a life alert button instead. The staff have been very friendly and helpful, we are satisfied with the choice we made. They are doing a lot of activities and even how activities away from the facility, and the staff have been really good at discouraging participation. One huge thing for us, is they bring a dentist to the community which is so convenient for us.

We chose Fountainview because of all of the reasons listed above. It is a bright and cheery environment and the facility itself is well maintained. The apartment size is good for what they need. I would tell others to just ask a lot of questions and watch for their sales. I would recommend to others looking.

I am a senior living advisor and recently toured Farmington Square Tualatin with my client. We had toured numerous communities and my client was feeling anxious and ready to give up. She felt defeated that none of the assisted living communities we went to felt like the best fit for her husband. Then we toured FST. The executive director sat down with us and connected with my client. She listened to her needs and fears with empathy. Next, she laid out how her team could meet her husbands needs and reassured her that they would all work together as a team. At the end of the meeting my client and I had tears of joy and hugged. She knew this was her husband's home. He has been there almost a month and the team at FST have gone over and beyond to meet his needs. We were also thrilled with the updated building, cleanliness and pride of ownership. Wonderful experience all around!

They're friendly and homespun. At the same time, it leaves a very good feeling of a Marriott Hotel in its wake. The coordinator is a doll, and all of her sales people are also. At the concierge desk, I find it a little hard to find anybody there after midnight. I was told security people come to the desk at 12 am, but I've called at that time and can't find anybody. And they didn't even know I had some packages way in the back. But other than that, the concierge is very good. The food is very good. But I have problems with food delivery to my room. They say they can't come into our rooms or touch anything because of Covid and liability reasons. So they put the food on the shelf outside my door and won't bring it in. But that's not enough. I've complained about it twice to a manger, and that's as far as I an take it. They also haven't had any activities due to Covid. But all that being said, it's still worth every penny. My apartment is 1079 square feet, including a den, two bedrooms, and two baths. That's the most expensive one, so the others you'd have to judge accordingly. But I couldn't ask for a better place. Also the business manager is a doll. He's in charge of everything on the floor, and he's very attentive.

This is a nice community for loved ones to be. They are cared for and it is very clean in this community. The residents in the community enjoy each other as well. This is a pleasant place to be for your loved one.

They are phenomenal. When we went to tour, they blew us out of the water. They were so knowledgeable and they knew all of their residents. I have had a lot of dealings with the nursing staff and they have been so extremely helpful. Anytime anything has happened, they always call right away so they are very good with communication. We get an activities calendar and I also get a daily report on what my mother in law does, she is always busy doing something and they are not just your average activities. It has been a great experience and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

My mom and dad have been residents for 6 months. They moved from another facility, and Magnolia Springs is far superior. From the very beginning [name removed] and Staff have been nothing but helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are genuinely warm and caring to all the residents. That is quite evident by the way they speak to each resident and call them by name, whether it be in the hall, the dining room or during activities. Both Mom and Dad enjoy the wonderful staff, tasty food and many options of activities. As a family we are very happy they moved to Magnolia Springs.

The staff are very friendly. They show concern for their patients. The food is good, and the portions are a good size. There's always a good selection to choose from. The other residents are great, and there are excellent opportunities to socialize.

When my loved one visited, he was very pleased. He liked that he could bring his own furniture. They invited him to lunch, and the food was wonderful. Between cleanliness, furnishings, and close location, it was an easy decision for us. We were able to work through the finances and get him moved in. When I've spoken to him he says he's adjusting fine and likes it there.

My mother has been living at Magnolia East for over a year and I really cannot say enough good things about this facility. The staff are so friendly and give excellent care to their residents. With all the employees’ smiling faces, you know it’s a wonderful place. The food is restaurant quality and the facility is spotless. My mom loves living here and participating in the many activities. I visited many longterm care facilities in my work as an RN and Magnolia East is by far the best I have encountered. I completely trust the staff here to care for my mother.

This is the best fit for my loved one. They still receive the care that they need, but also has their own room. It would be nice to see some varied activities, but this is due to COVID.

This is a very good place. This is the only place that my loved one hasn't had any complaints about it. This seems like a nice environment when I visit my loved one. They seem to have a lot of activities for the residents.

Magnolia Springs East is an excellent facility for senior care living in Louisville, KY. The facilities are clean and beautiful and the staff are wonderful to the residents.I would like to commend and thank [name removed] and the rest of the staff at Magnolia Springs for their tireless effort and assistance in facilitating our father's move to Kentucky. [name removed] and the entire staff were excellent in addressing everyone of our questions and concerns and made our father feel very welcome when we toured the facility.

When we are able to visit we can really see how clean and well kept the community is, this was an excellent choice for our loved one. She is getting all the care and attention that she needs and deserves. The staff members and their care services are wonderful, and she is more than happy with the meals and dining service. We think they have plenty of activities, she loves bingo so we know she is taking full advantage of bingo.

Overall, my sister and I are extremely happy with Rittenhouse. The rooms are very nice. They're clean. The staff is very attentive. I get a copy of the monthly activities calendar, and they have plenty for the residents to do if they choose to. They have doctors that come in to the facility, along with therapists. It's like a one-stop shop. The only thing I would have to take our loved one out for is the eye doctor or the dentist. Everything else we can take care of on-site, even the prescriptions.

Our family had an in person tour and there was nothing wrong with the community, but it was just to big for our loved one. We thought it would of been a bit overwhelming to her, but everyone did a great job presenting it to us and were very accommodating.

We liked this community a lot there was just another option that topped this decision.

We loved Brookdale. The people we have dealt with are amazing and were not too pushy but good with their follow up. We are back to looking for more care for our loved one, and this facility is definitely on our list to visit again!
