I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The cost is good for the community, and the sales staff are positive. The staff is friendly. The communication with the family is good with the staff.

My loved one loved it here. The community was very accommodating during the transition of my loved one and this was during COVID. They even coordinated hospice for my loved one. My loved one loved Penny, Samantha, and all the staff. I would recommend the community to others.

My loved one is as content as she can be. My loved one is well taken care of. I would recommend that you check this facility out and see how you feel about it. They normally have everything clean all of the time, my loved ones bathroom looked like it needed some up keep but normally things are clean and well.

This is a wonderful place for family. My loved one is happy and does activities every day and has friends. My loved one is doing really well. The staff are very friendly and answer all of the questions.

They take very good care of the residents. They are very friendly and they work with you really well. This is an older facility and sometimes I feel like they could do a better job at keeping it cleaner and making sure that it feels more like a home.

The community gives a tranquillizer if your loved one becomes combative. I did speak to the director and they were quick to resolve any situation for my loved one. The community was quick to assist our loved one in transiting into the community and into the next phase of life. The staff were very helpful.

We chose Calusa Harbour because they offered several different levels of care and I liked that she could go forward here. They have taken away skilled nursing, but they do still offer assisted living and independent living. Every one of thr staff members is so kind, we have not had any problems. The food is wonderful, we have eaten with her as well and we were impressed, they are chef prepared meals. it is a great value for the money. My mom is so happy here and we have been very pleased with our experience and would recommend.

We chose Cinco Ranch because of the convenient location, the size of the facility, and the fact that memory care is the whole facility, not just one hallway. She is in a private suite and it is good size for what she needs. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking

Our family had a virtual tour and an in person tour and the experience was great. Orchard Park is a very nice facility, however it was only assisted living and memory care and our loved one was just not ready for either of those.

Myrtle Beach Estates was the place I was going to take my loved one to until I saw the place we ended up selecting. Myrtle Beach Estates was really nice. The facility was just beautiful. I would stay there myself! They even had built-in shelves in the rooms. But I didn’t like that they didn’t have call buttons to go around the residents' necks. They only had pull cords, one in bathroom and one by the bed. So if you weren't right there by the pull cord, you couldn't get help if you needed it. But the people we spoke with were all very nice.

We love them. The facility is very clean, and that's one of the reasons we picked them. Really we've had no issues. The staff are very responsive to any questions or needs we've had. They call and keep us in the loop. They've been very friendly and have provided everything our loved one needed. The food I tried was pretty good. My mom and I both said this is where we'd like to be if we had to be in a place like this. I think it's an excellent value. It's a great place for a family member. We've been very comfortable with him being there, and we've never had to worry about the consistency of the care when we're not there. The caregivers are always polite and accommodating, both to us as well as our loved one.

Every time I go there, it's always clean. It looks and feels like a cruise ship, and you feel like you're on vacation. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They do have a telephone issue. For whatever reason, their main line crosses with another facility in the area, and that happens quite often. But they've always been helpful. That being said, I would recommend keeping on them. When they're talking to the elderly, they know the elderly can forget, so they put them off unless they have someone who remembers and stays on their tail. I just think they need to consider feedback from their residents more. In the beginning, we had some problems getting some move-in related things done, and they kept saying "Oh we'll get to that tomorrow" and then passing the buck. The food is okay but needs a little help. And they could also use more staff. Residents have to go to dinner at 4:30 to get out of there by 6:30 or 7:00. And if someone in a party is running a few minutes late, they won't allow you to sit. The whole party has to be there. Also, if a guest comes for dinner, they're not allowed to wear shorts. They do offer a lot of activities, but they have some problems executing them. For instance, I sat in on a mock travel to another country, and they couldn't get the presentation pulled up.

My mother has been at Barrington Terrace since [date removed]. She was 98 years old. The staff has been excellent throughout her stay in both the assisted living and later in the Memory Care unit at Barrington. She enjoyed the food and the activities that were provided by the staff. We got to celebrate both her 99th and 100th birthdays and everyone made her feel very special and celebrated her birthdays with a special party. Specially thanks to [name removed] and her staff for making her feel welcome and the entire nursing staff and hospice staff who looked after her with sincere and loving care. Thank you all.

We visited many locations and we chose Mulberry Gardens because it was close to where her home was and it was smaller which meant more personalized attention. She is in a studio apartment and it is more than adequate for her needs. The administrative staff as well as the caregivers have been very friendly and seem to show a genuine concern for the residents as well as the family members. The residents we spoke with were satisfied with their stay as well. The meals here are chef prepared and she really enjoys them as well as the activities provided. I would recommend to others looking.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and the experience was great. Magnolia is a very nice community, the cleanliness was immaculate and the people were very nice. However, we did not choose the community because of the location, but this was a top contender.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed at all and they took their time with our family. I would recommend touring this community

If your thinking of a place for a loved one or friend you've found it. My sisters and I are very blessed to have our Dad at this very well maintained and established community. The staff is very friendly and helpful and listen if you have any concerns. [name removed] the coordinator and the staff are phenomenal with the personal care that they give to each person and they treat everyone like family. And when our Dad needed attention and had to go the hospital [name removed] and the staff were right on top of it. Very thankful and blessed for this wonderful place

Our family was supposed to have an in person tour, but the day before our tour they had a resident test positive so we had a virtual tour. Just based off the virtual tour, this was our top choice. The lady who took us around did an incredible job, it lasted just under 2 hours. We were able to see a lot of the community and some of the residents. The virtual tour left a great first impression on us, but we decided to go with another community only because they offered a pretty nice incentive that we could not turn down.

The director has been very helpful, as well as some of the staff. They just need more help, and that's affecting the care a little bit. Overall the place is very clean, and it's a very nice facility.
