I was really impressed but it was far away and we wanted my loved one to be closer to where we are.

This was a very nice community. This was not at the level of care we needed for our loved one. The community was all on one floor.

I would recommend you try Fountainview for your loved ones. All my loved one's needs were meet, it did take a couple phone calls to make this happen. The only issue we had was the buzzer to allow visitors in to see my loved one. This is because of the short stay of 30 days is not connected to the community's buzzer system. The weak link was the food for my loved one. There were times the breakfast order was delivered with incorrect food or cold. My loved one enjoyed the short stay, and my loved one would like to go back to the community. The community made it an easy transition into and exit from the community for my loved one and family.

This is a good place for your loved one. The staff and activities make this community a good place. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The food is pretty good, the couple of times I have eaten here. My loved one has experienced some food that was too tough to eat or chew. Housekeeping, changing of linens, all the meals, laundry and the room are included in the monthly fee. Medication management, transfers, and helping getting my loved one around in a wheelchair were some of the care the community offered.

Rittenhouse Village is a very nice place. they have very effective communication, they'll give us a call to inform or update us on our loved ones care. from what I know there's weekly housekeeping. they also provide transportation to doctor appointments, grocery stores, etc.. our loved one hasn't taken advantage of that just yet, but it is offered. they have thirsty Thursdays where they go around with beverages, some including alcohol. activities include bingo, different crafts, worship services, and music. on holidays like Valentines Day they have kids from the nearby elementary school who'll come by and do a program for the residents. my mother in law is unable to join in any activities - but they have all kinds of things if you can take advantage of it. I would advise others to check it out!

The meals are wonderful. The dining room is beautiful. The staff are well dressed in black pants or a skirt and a white shirt. I would recommend you go to The Forum at Deer Creek. We are very happy with our experience. The staff are friendly. They are responsive to our questions or concerns. We have never had any problems. There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the apartment.

It was wonderful. This location has 2 floors. Housekeeping comes once a week and as needed. Laundry services are offered by the staff once a week or the residents can do their own laundry in their laundry room. He enjoyed the food and they provide a lot of options to choose from during meal times. Transportation is provided for the residents as needed for doctors appointments as well as outings. The staff has been warm and welcoming. The other residents have been friendly and helpful.

We chose The Gardens of Port St. Lucie mainly because of the pricing, their bottom line price was the lowest before care was added. The care price was comparable to others. The facility is smaller so things are not all spread out and we really liked that aspect. Everyone from the sales person to the director to the nurses is very proactive in the care of the residents. Anything that is needed is taken care of immediately. Foe every meal they come around and ask if they are going to be eating in the dining room and if they are not they will take their order and bring it to their room free of charge. They have a ton of activities provided. At least 4 times a week they have live entertainment and the staff come around to let residents know. They also do happy hours and have games to play. It is a very friendly and social atmosphere. Overall I could not ask for more.

They've been great. They made the process very smooth, and they and work with us very well. They're very welcoming. The facility is very nice and very clean. Activities have been a little limited due to Covid but are starting to increase again.

I could tell Magnolia Springs was the right place for my mother when I met the staff. Professional, caring and qualified. My mother is very happy she moved there.

He is having a little trouble adjusting since he has lived along his whole life, but the facility is absolutely wonderful. I would go there myself. It is not too big and not too small and there is just the right amount of residents here and there are great activities provided. It is in the town we grew up in and his room overlooks the tennis courts at our old high school. the setting is very homey and secluded, it is close to everything but you would never know. They are working on a program and a family member of one of the residents is taking orders and going to the store and delivering the groceries to the residents door for a little fee. The food is amazing, he is getting one meal a day and I get the menu emailed to me and everything looks great and they get large portions. There is a separate menu if they do not like what is being served and they get to choose their meals for the whole week the week before-hand. The facility is well maintained and very safe, great with their covid protocols. The staff have been great and go above and beyond. He is settling in and starting to socialize with residents and we would highly recommend Wilkinson Woods to others looking.

My dad is in here and is doing amazing. He said the food is very good, they just opened it up so that family members can go have meals with their family members. Residents are busy all the time, they have a ton provided to do. They had a marti-gras party, they have people come in to sell things like sensi and things like that, and they have an ice cream parlor that is open 3 days a week. He is in a deluxe studio apartment with a large bathroom and we think it is a steal for what we get. The monthly rent is all inclusive which is really nice. It is very centrally located so it is by stores, restaurants and it is all within walking distance. We would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

everyone was great with my mom. they took care of her very well. could not have been better.

I looked many places before choosing Eagle Ridge. my mother needs a one on one place with good care. this is it and I am so happy. mom is too!

We're very happy with Magnolia Springs. I think they're doing as much as they can possibly do regarding care of the residents, short of 1:1 which is unrealistic. I think they do a very good job. They handle cleanliness and sanitizing very well. I like their way of checking people in and out. At one point, we had a lot of family visiting from out of town, and they allowed us all to visit with our loved one out on the patio, which I thought was very nice of them to accommodate. That was not something they had to do. They do what they can to make you happy and accommodate you. There's really nothing I'm unhappy with. I hear no complaints from my loved one on the food, and she would definitely let me know. It seems like all the places in area are around the same cost, give or take, and Magnolia Springs came in around the middle of the road. I think it's a good value for what you're getting. And my loved one is relatively happy there.

Overall, it's an excellent facility. I would recommend it. It was rated high. They offer activities like exercise, games and group activities. This is a locked memory unit. Any communication with staff has come from phone calls. This is all on one floor.

This community just didn't seem to be what my husband needed. The tour was good just not what we needed for my loved one.

Magnolia Springs is a very nice facility. It looked to be a newer build. The tour was great but my loved one was deteriorating quickly and we needed a place that was going to be able to provide more care for him.
