It has been an excellent experience so far, this was a great placement for my mom. We looked at so many different places and this was by far the best choice, it has been terrific. We have been very pleased with the care that she has been receiving here. I would recommend Myrtle Beach Grove to others looking for a place for their parents.

We have not been there for a meal ourselves but we have been there for snack time and their snacks are fantastic. They have plenty of different activities going on every single day. The staff are great about keeping the residents involved with one another. We have nothing to compare Brookdale to but we have no complaints and we would definitely recommend this community to others.

I would have no problems sending any loved one here, they are doing a great job with my loved one. They love her and the other residents here. The community has a good variety of meals to offer. They post the meals outside the dining room for the residents to see what is being served for the day. Some of the activities they have include manicures, bean bag toss, listening to music, floral arranging, planted flowers in the patio area, and more for the residents to participate in. There are daily activities except for on Sunday. The staff have been really good at answering any question the family has. If they don't know the answer, they will direct me in the right direction for the answer. They are friendly and helpful. My loved one lighted up during the tour and it immediately felt like home to both them and I.

Nurse - never in office and does not answer messages. Some sloppy aides. Lots of complaints, kitchen help - needed. Would like brunch instead of lunch at 12:15pm or 12:30pm and supper at 5:00pm. Brunch served at 10:00am to 11:00am, most people want it.

I visit with my friends dad often at Brookdale Kenosha. When I go to see him, staff is friendly, very attentive and seem to love what they do on a day to day basis. They are very giving and loving. The residents enjoy coming by to speak with me, they look well cared for, groomed and enjoying life. There is an activity person that puts on great programs for all of the residents to engage in. The food smells delicious and looks amazing. Very happy with my friends choice to put her dad here. Everyone is receptive to his needs and they really know how to manage people suffering from dementia. The environment is very loving.

Stoney Ridge is great! They are always there when my loved one needs them. And they're willing to answer any questions that we might have. The facility is clean overall. The only thing I had an issue with is the floor smells like urine sometimes.

It has been a very good experience for our family so far. They are providing a lot of attention and are doing everything that they can to satisfy our needs. It is exceptionally nice that we are able to take her out and bring her back anytime day or night. The staff have been very accommodating. I would recommend them to others looking.

My mother-in-law is a resident at MSE. Anytime there is an issue of any kind on our end, management looks into it and helps come up with a solution and/or implements changes. All of management has been easily accessible. The new director on memory way is absolutely fantastic! She keeps our loved one engaged in active.

I could not praise this community enough. I really like being here so far. They have activities like bingo, poker, movie nights and more for the residents to do to stay active. They have a men's group that I am interested in also, they have various speakers that come in and music performers that come in about once a week. Things have been going well, I am very pleased so far.

It has been a wonderful experience. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about anything at Cinco Ranch. They have taken care of Mom medically, mentally - everything. It has been outstanding. She tells us it's the best thing we could have ever done for her.

Brookdale Western Hills was our second choice, we really liked the facility and the staff. It is smaller with less residents and we liked that. We toured on a sunny day and the hallways were a little dark which is what ultimately made us choose another place. The staff here are amazing and still calling and checking in with us to make sure mom is happy where she is at. This would be a great place for anybody.

This was an excellent experience for my loved one and family. They were very on with the care of things for my loved one and was there to take care of my loved one during an emergency situation. During my loved one's stay they were going through a transition of leadership. It was hard to get ahold of the administrator; however, they ended up calling me and everything worked out with any questions or concerns I had. Bathing assistance, assistance to dining rooms, reminders for activities, and more are some of the care the community is able to provide for the residents. They were able to stay with my loved one until family and EMS arrived.

When we were looking for an assisted living place our money was all tide up in our loved ones home and we were kind of at a loss. However the Brookdale Gardens community was the only one suggesting we get a bridge loan which really helped us out. One way or another they were going to help us out, they were so accommodating and we appreciated it. The activities are still somewhat limited but that is still due to some covid limitations and staffing shortages but it is not their fault. The staff members get a 5 plus, they are so friendly. Our loved one really enjoys the meals and dining service and loves her apartment it is beautiful. The value for the money is very good.

The staff are easy to work with. The ease of access to bring medical to my loved one versus my loved one having to just through hoops to get to medical is something I have never experienced before and I really like that aspect a lot. For example, my loved one had a bad UTI and Morningside house has access to a mobile emergency room. A fully equipped van pulled up and they set up shop in my loved ones room to help out so that she would not have to pay a visit to the emergency room. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for this type of care.

the overall feeling when walking in the front door is a warm and open friendliness. no matter who you meet in the elevator - there is always a friendly greeting or smile. I know we are going to enjoy living here!

This is a good place to put your loved one. The staff really care about the residents and they only want what is best for them. i have had a pretty good experience overall with this community. THey have activities like bingo, coloring, painting and more for the residents to do, they also have puzzles for them too. The tour was nice and I was please with what all I seen.

Our family had an in person tour and we really enjoyed meeting the staff, all of the residents seemed perfectly content being there. However it was just a little bit smaller then what we were looking for.

The Gardens of Port St. Lucie is a nice place. its a small community with very friendly staff. they seem to be taking care of my dad pretty good. they have effective communication and will give me a call to update or inform me of any issues. they do offer transportation for doctor appointments and things of that nature. I would also say that they have an adequate number of staff for the amount of residents they have.

We went with Brookdale Park Place because of the location, it has very easy access for my loved one to get places since she still drives. They were also willing got negotiate on the rent so the value for the money compared to others we saw was great. The apartment sizes vary, my loved one got a 2 bedroom and it is 835 square feet which was the biggest of the ones that we saw. They have some activities provided, but I think they could provide some more. For what my aunt is receiving and the size of her apartment, the value is great. She is very happy here and making a lot of friends. They are pet friendly and she has easy access to walk her dog. We would for sure recommend them to others looking.
