Staff has been going through a great amount of turnover. Overall they work and adapt and with limited staff to handle all our needs. Always quite active and many options with trips outside of Magnolia Springs Lexington included. Crossword puzzles and Exercise, but some limitations due to Covid. They have safe and great community.

My wife has been a resident for a year. I have been pleased with the ability of staff to keep her healthy, active and safe.

I was very nervous moving my mom into memory care. [name removed] made me feel good about my decision. She was really reassuring that mom would be taken care of. The whole staff really cares about the people living there. [name removed] made mom and I feel like family. - [name removed]

When we were looking at places, Magnolia Springs came down neck and neck with the other facility we liked. The location was great and it was overall just a lovely place with great people. Unfortunately they did not have any availability at the time we were looking, but it would have been a great choice for us.

Farmington Square did a wonderful job in helping me relocate my wife. Aside from giving guidance about fixing the room they helped prepare me for the transition. During the first three days of my wife’s residency they were very kind and thoughtful

We feel that my mom is getting great care at Cedar Crest. She is clean, interacting with the other residents, and she always looks happy when we go to visit. Things are working out very well here - much better than we were expecting. We wish she would choose to go to more of the activities, they do have plenty offered for the residents and they look great. We also really like that they are encouraging to get her out of her room and interacting with others. The community is very friendly and the staff are professional. We feel that she is very safe and we are happy with our choice. We would highly recommend Cedar Crest for those looking for memory care.

I've been impressed with how warm and friendly the staff are. They seem like they really know how to deal with a variety of issues and situations, which really gives me peace of mind. Overall for the money, it's a good value over other places we saw.

This is a safe and healthy community. It is a lot of money, but all the communities are a lot of money. The staff communication with the family is pretty good. My loved one enjoys the food. There are choices for the resident to choose from, an the community provides three meals a day.

This community is amazing! The staff love on the residents, and allowed the family to spend the night with our loved one the first night. The family does have the option to stay any night to see our loved one, and the family is able to see our loved one anytime with open visiting hours. They have a transition house for the memory care residents, and as individual unit. The entire staff from the receptionist to the aides to the nurses truly care for the residents and family during the entire hospice experience. They get to know the residents on a personal level. It truly feels like family here. There are always activities going on for the residents to participate in.

I took a tour of this community last week and was able to witness the commitment to care from this team! The community is clean and beautifully decorated. The chef went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! I wouldn't think twice about moving my family member into this community!

I go in to see my friends mom every week and I must say, I am very impressed with this community. My friend tells me how much she enjoys living there and how there things to do and people to talk with. She says she is happy and the care is top notch.

Having a hair stylist on sight is great, their maintenance team is very helpful and have been very accommodating to me so far. Based on my experience I would recommend the Brookdale Meridian community to other families.

All above categories are right on point, we couldn't be happier with Brookdale McMinnville Town Center. My loved one's apartment is beautiful and they offer so many activities. The residents are really friendly and the community smells good. The staff are wonderful, they all know him by name. The staff have gone above and beyond for him as well.

This is a good community for those that are more mobile. The community is next to an indoor park. Overall, this wasn't the best fit for my loved one.

Sugar Creek Alzheimer’s Special Care Center are the specialists in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. The activities, meals and rooms are all designed especially to meet the needs of those with Alzheimer’s. The staff is especially trained to help those with this terrible disease have the best life possible. The activity schedule is filled with interesting and fun things to stimulate the residents and provide for the residents social and emotional needs. When I am working with family members who need memory care, I recommend Sugar Creek with confidence they will respond quickly and provide excellent care to their loved one.

We would have been just as happy if we had picked this facility. It was beautiful, especially all of the landscaping around the building. I talked to several people during my tour and they could not have been nicer - all of the residents I spoke with seemed to be happy. The guy showing us around did a wonderful job and was very thorough. The dining room was beautiful and they even had a beauty shop. The value for the money was definitely there for all that is offered. The only reason she did not go with this facility was because it had a few floors and she wanted some place that was all on one level.

I have had many clients go to Amber Glen once they needed memory care services. Many of them had a very seamless transition into their new home and new routine. They received good care in a clean and comfortable environment. Amber Glen’s activity program is amazing to keep residents busy and engaged throughout the day. They offer two sets of activity programs, tailored to different levels of cognitive need. Staff seem to genuinely care for the residents. I would recommend Amber Glen to my family and friends.

The staff members at Somerford House are very engaged, caring and super helpful. You can really tell they genuinely like what they are doing and that they are being treated very well. Our loved one always talks about how they do not have down time because of all the different activities they have going on. Based on our experience so far with this community we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Great place, great long-term staff. My Dad seems to really like living there and they take great care of him. Food is not his thing, but overall we are happy with the decision we made!
