Magnolia Springs is a very nice facility and the gal who gave us the tour did a wonderful job. She answered all of my questions and really seemed to be interested in my mom and what her needs were - she was very personable. Unfortunately it came down to the room size, it was just too small and I did not want my mom to feel cramped.

A long time family friend is living at Brookdale Kenosha and any time I have visited the staff greets me kindly, asks if I need anything and seem helpful to all of the residents. The building is clean, provides good care and my friend is always happy.

Brookdale Kenosha has such a "homey" atmosphere. my tur went well and plan to place my mom there in a month. Such a warm, welcoming environment and there was so much for the residents to do. All residents that I saw looked well taken care of.

All of the staff members here really make your loved ones feel like they are at home. I would highly recommend Brookdale Kenosha to other families looking for memory care.

I recently moved my mother from her home state to Magnolia Springs in Lexington Kentucky. My mother is in the early stages of dementia and moves like this are a struggle. She was welcomed with such kindness and joy that it was overwhelming. However the true strengths of Magnolia Springs culture and service what is exemplified recently when my mother suffered from a short-term illness that affected her personality. It was very hard to care for her and be with her during this time. The caregivers, nurses, other staff, and the residence circle the wagons and supported her through a very difficult time . They also supported my siblings and I with lightning fast communication and support. It was an amazing experience for which I am very grateful.

We chose Edgewood Pointe for many reasons. First of all the convenient location, second of all was the friendly staff and lastly was the room size and overall environment of the facility. The staff really sticks out to us and they have been fantastic. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

My brother has made friends, he likes the meals, and is very happy here at Howard Village. I've already told friends and family members about how good of a community this is. My brother really likes the location; for driving he's close to his bank, daughter, fav restaurants, the hospital, and other places he frequents. He's especially happy that he got the 1 bedroom that has a patio on the 1st floor. He's already moved in his birdseeds and feeder, he likes the fact that it looks like he's looking out into a park. Howard Village provides a real sense of home for him.

The staff is extraordinarily great and our whole experience there has been wonderful.

It might be a little bit more money but it is nicer then what we expected, and cleaner then what we expected. The director of nursing is very good, she is very thorough and persistent with her process. She is definitely their shining staff on the staff team. Our loved one is very pleased with the meals and dining service and hopefully once they get their new hearing aids they are able to participate in the activities. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

Love Creekside! 1/4 mile from where I live. Nice, clean, caring small environment. Where everyone is well loved and cared for. Husband likes the food and activities. They are caring for him far better than I could manage!

We have been really happy with our experience at Creekside Alzheimer's Special Care Center and would definitely recommend the facility to those looking for memory care for their loved ones.

The location was perfect for where we needed our mother in law to be in proximity to our family. When we went for the initial tour visit everyone was really friendly and our mother in law actually saw two people that she knew from years ago that were actually residents there which was a definite impact. Also the availability for outdoor space as far as a balcony was an absolute must.

My grandmother is at Lewis Park Estates, and she is so happy there. This place has turned around 100% with new management in the building. Every time we go and visit my grandmother, everyone is so lovely and loving, and you can tell that she is cared for. The Memory Care Director is the best, and they have a new competent nurse and care coordinator that’s caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. Also, the food has improved so much with the new chef. One year ago, my review would have been much different; however, we are satisfied with the recent changes. I want to let the entire staff know how much my family appreciates all they do.

A month after my mom moved in, my mother-in-law needed a place to go and I was happy to recommend Stoneybrook. Now she is there too.

We went with Rittenhouse Village at Portage because of the convenient location for family and also the communication with the staff was really good. The staff is very friendly and they are willing to work with the family as well as the person residing there, once again they have been great with the communication. I would definitely recommend the facility to others looking.

The staff are what sticks out to me the most, they are very friendly and helpful. My room is a really good size. The food is very good as well. I would recommend Discovery Village Vero Beach.

They have exceeded our expectations in terms of caring and being supportive and understanding the transition period. They have been understanding with our family members as well as our loved one.

So far our experience with The Pines on Carmel Senior Living has been really good so far. The staff and care services have been great we are super pleased with that. When we get to visit our loved one or speak with them over the phone they say how good the meals and dining service has been so far.

This place truly is 5 stars! Our mom adores living here - and tells all of us that every day! She is busy as a bee, with her schedule of classes, activities and celebrations. Her apartment is the perfect size, with weekly housekeeping and a warm, homey feel. The dining room is truly spectacular, with the nicest staff, huge selection (seafood, fish and all!) to choose from and delicious! Our mom has rides provided to her for her doctor appointments, grocery store visits, and other places that she would like to visit. Her apartment has a wonderful porch to sit and play games on, a beach across the street, and a beautiful pool on the water behind the building. All of our family members just love to visiti!!! What's not to love! There is even a physical therapy center on site. Thank you SO much to the warm, caring staff at Five Star for taking such wonderful care of our mom. We, as a family, are forever grateful.

We had a really great tour experience at The Gardens of Virginia Beach, I was impressed with this facility and this would have been my top choice. It was more expensive but it seemed like a step above the other facilities that we were looking into. The staff seemed more professional and they had different doctors and care coming in as well. My loved one did not want to move here because the location was too far away from family.
