Definitely an awesome place. The staff is amazing and very helpful!! Very clean facility, and the food is very good! I have a family member that has been at orchard park for a while now and she absolutely loves it there. I love visiting as much as I possibly can.

My mom moved to Assisted Living at Magnolia in March of 2021 and has progressed into dementia since then. She is now living in Memory Way and through all the changes in type of care needed I have been pleased with the management and staff at Magnolia. They have been a huge help to me and are always eager to discuss her needs and my concerns. I truly feel like they consider the residents family and are always available when I need them. It gives me a sense of peace to know mom feels at home and safe each and every day.

I toured several facilities before deciding on this one. Out of all the places in the area Orchard Park was by far the cleanest and had the friendliest staff. You can tell when the staff truly care about their residents and these guys do. Thank y’all for treating my dad with such kindness.

Thank you for making our transition with my mother as pleasant as possible. This was the hardest decision in the world for us, but the best decision for her. She is now safe and happy in her new home.

My grandmother has been living here for 4 months and I am so glad we found Orchard Parks. The care staff is so patient and outstanding! Everyone is always quick to help and great at taking care of her.

Orchard Park is a wonderful community with a great staff. They have been so helpful throughout this journey with my mom & always get my questions answered right away. I would recommend this place to anyone - not to mention it is absolutely beautiful!

The community has been a night and day difference compared to our prior community. The community brings the food to the residents and allows the resident to choose what they want to eat. There are activities daily for the residents to keep them engaged. The community even has a family night once a month to come in and socialize with the residents. There is a nice lounge for the residents to watch older movies. There is secured garden area for the residents to utilize for outdoor space. The community and grounds are beautiful and clean. My loved one is happy here.

This is an excellent place and has been an excellent experience. The staff and care they have provided my loved one is has been great. We are pleased with the community overall. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices to choose from. The staff communication has been good and responsive to the family's questions. It would be nice to have a curtain track to close a curtain to provide more privacy for the residents that share a room.

My mother has been in the memory care unit for 3 years now. She receives excellent care. I am always impressed with the activities and food there. My brother and I always feel welcome to visit and we are extremely happy we chose Magnolia Springs East.

I have been extremely pleased with Magnolia Springs East. I have a loved one in memory way who has really flourished since I moved her in back in July. The staff is great and always communicates to the families if any issues arise. I like the fact they have many activities for the memory way residents which create stimulation and interaction with others. My loved one always tells me she likes Magnolia Springs because the staff is good, they make sure medication is taken, and the food is good. Hearing this gives me peace of mind!

Our family is so grateful for Magnolia Springs Bridgewater. [name removed] was very helpful and provided detailed information as we were considering options for my Mom. We were welcomed like family during every visit. Everyone focused on how to make this important transition easy while ensuring the safe and effective care of my Mom. My Mom enjoys the planned activities and our family is grateful she is near-by. We are looking forward to the planned family events.

I have no complaints. This is an A1 community, and my loved one loves it here. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The administration is very helpful. The reception is great! The food is very good, the times I have enjoyed dining with my loved one. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

We picked this community becasue of the value for the dollar, proximity, and friendliness of the staff. My loved one is getting good care, eating well, and interating with other residents.

All the people at Magnolia Springs East were wonderful. They were very professional, thorough and put us at ease with their presentation. They answered all our questions and spent hours with us letting us spend time in Memory care observing first hand how an average day goes. They were patient and understanding when they interviewed my Mom and made her feel at ease. It is a very happy and loving enviroment.

The folks at Magnolia Springs East are very kind, fun and caring. They take good care of all my mother’s needs. There are a variety of activities to fit everyone’s interests. I’d recommend this facility to anyone needing care.

I have lived here 4 1/2 years. My husband lived here also until he died a year ago. It is a wonderful, caring community. The staff are very helpful and caring. To be with other senior people is wonderful. I have made many friends who make life interesting and fun.

My mother in law loves living at Magnolia Springs. She enjoys the home-like, family-oriented setting here! The activities are awesome, especially Bingo, Ladies Chat, exercise, and the special monthly events like the "Disney" celebration.

I enjoy living here. The staff is very very friendly. The food is good, in fact it is excellent. Your diet can be very well balanced. When I do push my button, I get a response . It's clean, and that's important to me.

After placement in a rehab facility for a spinal cord injury, my family and I chose Magnolia Springs based on ratings, based on placement facilitators, and fact that daily (weekday) therapists available for continued recover. Magnolia is a welcoming community with caring staff and involved managers/directors. This attitude bubbles down to residents who show concern for each other. They come from all walks of life. Activities appeal to different interests and needs. Best at relationships. They care, encourage, respect, "know" their residents.
