I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community does really well with memory care. The help is typically excellent and sometimes they are short staffed. The food is excellent. The dining area could use some improvement. The staff communication with the family has been good and they are responsive to our questions.

We love the atmosphere of Fountainview, it is almost like living on a cruise ship. We love the really nice open walkways they have, it is very spacious and very clean but not overly crowded and overwhelming. The staff members are incredibly friendly. Our loved one enjoys the Wii bowling, bingo, the ice cream socials and happy hours. They also have church services. The meals are great and based on our experience we would definitely recommend Fountainview to other families. We do wish every month they would carry over the money not used for the meals - if you do not spend all that money you end up loosing it.

My loved one lived here for Independent Living and it was great. It's like being in a 5 start hotel. She lived on the 18th floor and had an amazing view. If her care needs hadn't have changed, she would still be here. The Assisted Living side here didn't have great reviews and I had heard some not great feedback from residents there and friends of residents. Ultimately, we decided to look elsewhere when my loved one's care needs changed. But I would definitely recommend them for Independent Living.

This is a quality, friendly and well staff community. My relative is very happy living here. The communication with the staff is excellent. The residents receive 3 meals a day and a small snack in the evening as well. The activities offered at this community are bingo, exercise activities, field trips, live entertainment for the residents, happy hours, and so much more.

The tour experience itself was good, but we did not care for the facility as far as independent living goes. It was a bit more depressing atmosphere.

Our mom has been at Morningside since August. She has improved so much during her stay. We are enjoying the experience, staff is knowledgeable, kind and responsive. The care is much better than what we received at a previous community. The memory care and therapy are excellent. Moms walking some!

I rated the activities lower because the movie equipment seems to break down a lot.

Our experience with Magnolia Springs East has been wonderful. Very caring and attentive staff. Couldn't be happier to have such a fantastic, competent, lovely place for Mom! It's a relief to know she is so well treated!

There staff was amazing. They have activites such as: movie night, bingo, shopping trips, going out for ice cream, and holiday meals with your family They did also have a market day, where they had things for people to buy to raise money for Alzheimer's. The girls at the front desk or always very helpful.

One thing that I was really impressed with at The Arboretum was the personal connection. I got to know the staff, and they would call me by name. They seemed to genuinely care for their residents. Initially they talked about this being a community, which I thought it was just a buzz word at first. But that turned out to be very accurate. It feels like a family here. The food was plentiful. And I always saw people doing jigsaw puzzles and other activities - movies, Wii bowling, etc.

We chose Premier Hollywood because of that gut feeling that I got, I walked in and said if I needed to be someplace, this is where I would want to be. From the moment we walked in, we dealt with [name removed] and she was amazing. She walked us through from start to finish. The staff has been so accommodating and for her specifically because of her size and special needs. She has diabetes as well and they are always on top of it. She absolutely loves the food. They have plenty of activities offered for the residents. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and staff, I really love them and would highly recommend to others.

I live at Talbot Park on Granby and they get 5 stars in all areas! I would compare it to a beautiful bed and breakfast. To me, I feel like people put on their vacation clothes and drove to the Talbot to visit Virginia. I realize Talbot on Granby is a independent living facility and I would recommended it to everyone. Many people who lived here before have returned. I am fortunate to be at the Talbot!

Orchard Park has been nothing short of amazing to me and my family. They are extremely helpful & generous with all of our needs. My mother loves being here & has already made so many friends. The activities that they offer the residents are wonderful & the outings are just another plus. We could not be more proud of this community & their wonderful staff!

They have all been great. The food is good. They go out of way, to make sure the residents is happy with the food options. They have nice rooms. We picked this community because, the layout allows residents to walk around in a spacious environment, and it's more freedom outside, in which they have a great courtyard. Also, it's a closer location to home. Overall, my loved one is happy.

This facility was our first choice. Love the cleanliness and staff. It's also close to my job.

For my mom, I feel she gets the care she needs as well as social interaction that she enjoys. That makes moving her from being isolated in her home into Brookdale, with people coming in to care for her, a better option for her than living at home.

This is our first experience with having a loved one in an Assisted Living Facility. After checking out at least 15 alternative locations, we settled upon Magnolia Springs East. The first visit leaves an impression due to the facilities and the property. Now that my mother has been in the facility for six months, the quality of the people is the most important consideration. We find professional, caring and very responsive team members. We are truly blessed to have found the best location in Louisville for Mom.

Sometimes when Mom calls for a nurse it takes them a long time to show up but that's usually on the weekends other than that ever thing is great

While my mom was in the memory care unit at Broadway Creek, they took wonderful care of her. They were very attentive to her needs. As she declined, they were there to meet her right where she was at all along the way. They gave her excellent care and were very upfront with me on how she was doing, and I greatly appreciated that.

I was searching for a place for mom for months before I finally decided on a place. Orchard Park stood out due to the fact that they genuinely cared about moms needs. [name removed] was so hospitable and generous helping with all my questions. This community is not only beautiful but clean. This was a huge factor for me. Glad I chose this community.
