My Aunt and I looked at many assisted living facilities before deciding on Magnolia Springs Southpointe. We have been pleased with our choice since 2019. MSS is clean, smells like a nice hotel and the staff is great. When Covid 19 hit, MSS staff was quick to put safety protocols in place and continued to follow them. The staff also looked for ways for us to keep in touch with our family members, for their mental health. A TV type of facetime was added. A small tented area was sit up out side where family members could sit and could talk to their residents who remained on covered porches a safe distance away. This especially was so much appreciated by both patients and their families, during a really difficult time for everyone. The staff has done a great job of communicating information about MSS to residents and their caregivers at home. I am so happy we found MSS. My life has been so much calmer. My Aunt is 95 this year and does not ever want to leave Magnolia.

I chose Creekside Alzheimers Special Care because of the location and the way it felt when I visited... [name removed]was very informative answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. That the staff is very professional and patient and that they take very good care of the patients

This was a nice community. It was further from family than we wanted.

My mother was only there a brief time before passing but they were great.

They intervened when no one else would for my family who needed end of life care. Updated the hospice staff on any changes, the nurses had years of experience in both geriatrics and the intervention of medical needs. Kept me updated and informed. I could go home and get some rest and not have to worry about anything. I'm an RN so I was I was surprised at the level of dedication the staff on all levels had especially in this day and age.

We love Orchard Park and so glad we chose this community. Mom loves it here and for that we are so happy. The staff is friendly and helpful & the community is always clean and tidy. We have been here for about 6 months now and have no complaints.

Orchard Park has been truly wonderful to me and my family. I searched for months to make sure I would be making the right decision and I can definitely say I did. The staff has been beyond helpful with this entire process and I am so grateful to have the support. The building is clean and well kept- not to mention the food is excellent!

I like that they do activities. The place is always clean. Most of all, the staff is very caring. You can tell that they really care about their patients. They always give me updates on what my mother did that day. Staff also keeps each other updated from one shift to the next. Everyone is always friendly. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Leisure Park is a warm and caring community. The team is welcoming and friendly. They care about each resident’s needs and look out for them. We were comfortable having our family member in their care.

We are just starting to look at Assisted Living facilities knowing that one or both parents will eventually need more care than we can provide them at home. [Name removed] and other staff we met with were very helpful answering our questions and showing us Magnolia Springs. The facility was very nice and all of the staff we met were very friendly and appeared to care a great deal about the residents.

We were given a great tour and treated us to a very nice lunch prepared by the MS East Chef. Magnolia Springs East seems to be a very welcoming and warm place, and I would have no hesitation at all to place my 97 year-old mother there. Spacious apartments with lots of closet space. And it looks like they are constantly improving/redecorating public spaces for the residents.

Rittenhouse in Michigan City has been a wonderful experience right from the beginning. The admissions person was very knowledgeable and welcoming throughout the process. The atmosphere is so welcoming and cozy and my Mother just loves it there. I would highly recommend Rittenhouse to others.

I am very impressed with the memory care section of Magnolia Springs. The facility was clean, hallways are wide and very open. The residents sure looked like they were having a good time! I am seriously considering the location for my elderly mother. If I were ready for assisted living, this is probably where I would choose to live.

[name removed] was positive, knowledgeable and helpful. Residents are all known by staff and seem very happy at magnolia springs. Food was excellent - homemade! Facilities spotless. Friendly and happy. Central location.

My wife’s mother was here for five months of respite care following arm surgery. Everyone we interacted with was kind and considerate, helpful and professional. The food was excellent and the facility clean. There are walking paths and benches for enjoying the outdoors. The head of this facility kept us updated on any concerns and Mary and others at the front desk maintained a positive and friendly attitude. It’s not an easy job running a facility like this and we were impressed with the caring and professional staff.

My mother is very well cared for at Magnolia Springs. The caregivers are super kind. They take the time to meet her needs. The management is courteous, efficient and very helpful. The place is spotless and very bright.

Our parents couldn't be happier. They have told us they can't believe we found such a nice place for them. From top to bottom, the staff could not be any nicer or more helpful. They have many activities which allow residents to choose what they might want to do. Our parents are happy with the meals and enjoy finding snacks at the bistro. They have a great variety of things to choose from. We give them high marks in every area.

Sometimes the staff does not return phone calls. My loved one said the food is always good. They would like to get out of their room more. They are expensive. We picked this community because of the high ratings. I would recommend to other families.
