The staff members at Magnolia Springs are incredibly friendly and they not only care for the residents but for their families as well - it is like being at home. The meals and dining services gets 10 stars, they have such a variety of meals and its like food you would eat out at a restaurant. The value for the money is the best and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My family is just starting to look for a place for our mom. Visiting Orchard Park of Kyle and meeting with [name removed] made me hopeful for this next transition in mom's life. It was clean, comfortable, and you could feel the community that exists and is continuing to be developed. I recommend them highly!

They are an excellent community. My loved one likes it here and is comfortable and happy.

The experience has been great, better than we had ever hoped for. It is definitely the best facility in this area. They offer so much between the food, activities and care. You just have to go visit and talk with them to get the full picture. I would absolutely recommend Winterberry Heights to others looking.

I think the best way to describe Leisure Park is that the staff has been willing to go out of their way to watch out for my brother, because I was concerned about being so far away and I can't visit often. They have set up staffing to check on my brother and make sure that they provide me with his current status. It should be noted that this is outside of their duties. Other places people seemed to be "just a resident", but at Leisure Park, he is part of the community. He is a person. I think Leisure Park has exceeded my expectations. My brother is doing the very best that I can hope for, in a community setting. I think it is helpful that the staff respects and watches over my brother. My brother is being heard and he is being respected as an individual. Part of the reason for choosing Leisure Park was that everything else rated very high ND the size of the apartment that he would move into would allow my brother to keep his favorite pieces of furniture. The apartment was newly renovated and it was perfect for my brother.

Our family had an in person tur and we thought it was a nice tour experience, and the price point was reasonable. One of the reasons we did not pick this community is our loved one would of had to walk a great distance outside to get to the different buildings - it is covered but with is being in Florida you are still exposed to the elements.

It felt like home the minute I walked through the door. And, whatever they were cooking in the kitchen smelled AMAZING! [Name removed] was so informative and answered all my questions and gave us an awesome tour. We even met someone Dad knows from church. This is definitely a place I would like to bring my Dad to in the near future.

Mankato Lodge has such a cozy atmosphere when you walk in. All the staff and residents are so friendly. Mankato Lodge recently had a remodel and the place is absolutely beautiful! Come check it out for yourself!!

5 for all categories, I love where my mom is at! It was really clean, hallways and interior is all nice. Food is good, staff was all welcoming and nice. I like the on premises nurse, hair place, and activities . My mom goes and she likes it.

We picked this community becasue of the personnel , they explained things, and I was very comfortable walking in . They are reaching out and communicating very well. I would recommend to other families.

This was a nice community. The Gardens had a bad plumbing problem in one hall and you could smell all over.

What we really like about Myrtle Beach Grove community is the smallness of it - it is not very big and overwhelming so this gives the staff more time to spend one on one attention to the residents. Based on our experience we would recommend them to other families.

The staff is amazing. They are so caring for both my mother and me. The facility is clean and well kept. I never hear my mother complain about the food and she is very picky. It is just a great place!!

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt the need to after my experience at Orchard Park- I toured this community as I have been looking for my mom and can honestly say they are the most genuine people I have spoken to this entire experience. They actually cared about my mothers interests, needs, etc. The facility is very clean and all of the residents had a smile on their face. I also like that it is all one floor and everything is easily accessible.

Orchard Park is a very friendly and welcoming community- I took the time to ask some residents about their personal experience and they all spoke very highly about the community- nothing but positive things to say. The community itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and I am extremely happy with our decision.

Mankato Lodge is a perfect size to make you feel like you are part of a tight knit community. You walk in the building and you can tell the residents are happy and the staff care. Everyone is very friendly, and everyone knows everyone's names. The building is freshly remodeled and very nice. The residents are also very involved in all the activities and always out and about enjoying the different community spaces. Mankato Lodge is also pet friendly, so your furry family member and grand-animals are always welcome!

We chose Derian Lodge because of the value for the money as well as the cleanliness. Everyone was very friendly when we walked in for the tour. The apartment sizes here are wonderful, one complaint she has had though it that the patios on the apartments are kind of small. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Magnolia Springs is excellent! My loved one wishes they offered more fresh vegetables and potatoes with the meals. For meals I rated the a 4 with an easy upgrade to a 5 if they served more fresh vegetables/potatoes (especially with the evening meals). My loved one praises everything else about Magnolia Springs. and so does the family. They are very welcoming and the residents take ownership for welcoming new residents and ensure they feel welcomed at meals and invite them to join for activities. My loved one has really blossomed with social opportunities at Magnolia Springs. My loved one says times flies by as they have so much to do every day.

Our overall experience with [name removed], Communications Relations Director, was excellent. The community appeared to be very down to earth and homey. Our problem was none of the apartments in the assisted living area, were large enough to accommodate our furniture needs. It is our understanding there is a new management team at Orchard Park and they are in the process of putting together a more enhanced living experience for the residents. We wish them the best of luck going forward.
