Sometimes the staff does not return phone calls. My loved one said the food is always good. They would like to get out of their room more. They are expensive. We picked this community because of the high ratings. I would recommend to other families.

This was a lovely community but it was out of reach financially for us.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The entire staff was friendly and cared about my mom. My mom liked it there and all the people that worked there. It was the perfect place for her. Another reason we liked it was because it was smaller than others which suited my mom better.

Magnolia Springs has been an incredible find. We were seeking a place that provided full service amenities at a price that was at least reasonable. Everywhere we looked the facilities were dingy and depressing with staff that ranged from indifferent to untrustworthy. When we toured MSSouthpointe we had a feeling almost right away that this place was different. My brother in-law described it as having a well organized almost corporate feel. Like a well run high end hotel. After 6 months there the feeling was correct. They are organized and everyone we have worked with or interacted with have been positive, helpful and genuinely nice. I’m grateful we visited and very happy with the choice we made.

As my mom says, it is like living in a resort. Lovely facility, great food, awesome 'snack station' and staff that are caring and knowledgeable. We are always kept informed of any updates at MS. My brothers and I highly recommend assisted living at Magnolia Springs Southpointe for any family member in need of assistance with activities of daily living.

Mom has been with Magnolia for 2 years. She states if you can't be in your own home this is the best next thing. Staff is friendly and Mom says the food is wonderful & when I see it it looks like it!! They have activities all the time. All the amenities they are offer is great. My sister and I are so pleased this is where she lives so she can have interaction with her peers.

My mother was a resident for a short time in the community. She received wonderful care and meals. The caregivers working at Magnolia Springs Southpointe truly care about the residents in the building and the Directors were always available and truly cared about her well being.

I love Magnolia Springs Southpointe for my grandmother. She has all the amenities she could ever need without ever having to leave the facility! I really enjoy visiting and meeting the other residents and staff. Staff are warm, caring and welcoming. The community is very beautiful.

we just recently moved my mother to Magnolia Springs of Louisville. All the staff have been extremely courteous and very helpful to my mom and all other family members as well. Their timely responses to questions have helped very much. We understand this will be a period of transition for my mom, but i am confident this is a great facility for her. She is getting adjusted and participating in some events, which there are many to choose from for the residents.

I love the vibe as you walk in. Residents and staff exchange conversations using first names! This just shows the level of attention and care. I also love watching all the residents activities (I keep up with on social media). So much for them to choose from and creative ideas. Not ready for me or my loved ones but have referred others!

Magnolia Springs is amazing! Quality care, great food, and all around a wonderful environment. If you’re looking for a senior living community that has it all. You will find it here! My friend left to move closer to family but decided to return because magnolia felt like home. They truly care about the residents and it shows.

The interactions I have had with the staff have been tremendous. They are so caring and knowledgeable. From the moment I walk in, I feel like family. The residents in the dining room look happy and healthy. I would bring my parent here.

Silver bluff Grove has been a night and day experience for our family compared to our loved ones precious community. The staff members really seem to be very aware of our loved ones - they are constantly looking out for her and know when she is coming and going and that is the most important thing to us. We have not had experience with the meals, dining service or activities but we do know our loved one goes to the dining hall so we have to assume the meals are good. The staff are on top of our loved ones care and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

I would recommend Lewis Park Estates Senior Living. My mother is happy here which makes me happy.

Orchard Park is one of the best communities I have seen. The care staff and managers care so much about these residents. The facility is clean and always well maintained. Our family is so happy with the services provided here and look forward to many more years. 10/10!

This is a nice community, everyone is so friendly. The feeling I received when I entered was very welcoming. The receptionist is very attentive. The remaining staff is just as friendly. Some of the residents have been living there since the building opened.

This community has a great home feel to it. The staff is great and very helpful. Management is very knowledge and hands on. The residents really enjoy themselves and seem very happy. Overall I rate this place a 5 all across the board!

I picked this place after my loved ones comments of how much it felt like home and how he was so comfortable there after just the first tour. They offer activities such as; daily fitness, social games & interactions, shopping trips, and entertainment guests for the residents.

The care our loved one has received so far at Grand View has been unbelievable, we have been very happy with this community. IT is very clean and the staff do an amazing job with our loved one and the other residents - they are always so kind and helpful. They have a lot of activities and are very good about keeping them busy and active. Going in to the holidays they are doing a lot of seasonal activities. Our loved one tends to be a picky eater but when we ask about the meals she says overall she likes it. We would recommend them to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a great experience all of the staff members we met with were very nice and friendly
