My wife and I have enjoyed working with the friendly staff. We have also found the residents are exceptionally friendly, making our transition into assisted living a pleasurable event.

Orchard Park is a beautiful community and offers plenty of services. My mom's friend has lived here for 6 years and looking for a place for my mom. Orchard Park is most likely the place for my mom.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with Howard Village. The staff are caring, helpful, and attentive. Everyone is friendly. There are meals provided for the residents. Also, they have activities to keep the residents engaged and social. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to friends for their loved ones. Come check Howard Village out for yourself!

I toured Broadway Creek for my Father in Law who is currently in another community but not getting the attention he deserves there. Broadway Creek is a smaller community and gives me peace of mind that my loved one won't get "lost in the crowd" which happens often in those bigger communities. The staff was all friendly and welcoming. The residents were eating while we were there and I had a chance to ask a few of them how they enjoyed the food and they all seemed very happy. I was impressed by the knowledge and guidance we received from the Community Resource Director we met with. She was very comforting to us in a difficult time and even informed us about benefits my father in law could qualify for that not even the current community he has been in bothered to ever make us aware of. I could feel the passion she has for her job. If we decide to move our loved one this is where he will be going.

The staff is very friendly, kind, and cheerful. The housekeeping is fabulous! My mom's room is always spotless and bed is made. The place smells great! No bad odors like other facilities. The meals are good quality. I love that they have snack time too. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour with Rittenhouse was actually our favorite, but too far for our family. Was updated several years ago and looked beautiful. My dad would actually have had a bigger room, more bang for the buck, but the distance was the deciding factor.

I was very well treated here for 7 weeks.i was medically unstable when I came here The Nurses and Medical Services help straightened out my issues Avtivities was excellent was very active always busy and Approaches positively felt at home with everything very good meals and felt at home so home felt really good to go home was very pleased

The staff is clearly trained to care for Dementia patients. They do a wonderful job all around. The staff are all very caring and friendly. They have done a wonderful job helping my husband.

The people here are very kind to the residents. They show respect and caring towards the residents.

Wonderful facility- many activities. Respectful staff. Activity Director is awesome!

Jurgens park didn't have any single rooms available but the tour guide was great.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming! There's always laughter in the halls. The staff do their best to include everyone in activities and the residents are always helping each other, whether it be finding a room or making new people feel welcome.

We gave the value for cost 4 stars because it is very pricey. That she is provided meals. Staff is VERY willing to help in any way they can. Especially [name removed] and [name removed] , but all have been very polite. From maintenance to kitchen staff. Grounds are very nice, and my Mom can plant her flowers to enjoy while she sits on her patio.

We picked this community, because it was a memory care unit that understood she didn't have much time left. They had a private room available. The residents seemed well cared for. Even though my mom wasn't there very long I feel like they really made an effort to make her feel comfortable and loved.

My mom was a resident at Hickory Hills Alzheimer's Special Care Center. The whole staff was wonderful. Staff, housekeeping, the front desk and administrative. On a scale of 1-10, they were a 12. Everyone was concerned about my mom and kept me up to date. I can't say enough great things about everyone I met. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. They were wonderful.

I have the pleasure of seeing Broadway Creek in action. The staff is very caring and compassionate and want to help the residents with their quality of life. The activities are a lot of fun and the residents look forward to it. There are many group activities but also one on one as well. Therapy is wonderful. They are actually in the building and available to help get the residents back to their usual level of ability. They also can help with pain management along with the doctor and nurses. The nurses and aides are kind and helpful. There is an overall sense of Aging in Place so that needs are being met as appropriate so that residents can call this home.

We picked this community, because we knew a lot about the care and support the residents receive at the facility. Also, My brother's mother-in-law has been there for a couple of years. The staff is amazing, caring, and real! The facility is spotless. Most of all, dad is happy and thriving! It was very difficult talking him into trying it out but I believe he truly enjoys the friendships he has made. He is happy and we are praising the Lord for His blessings!

Being a smaller community the residents don’t get “lost in the crowd”. Staff provides excellent attention and care and really treats their residents like family. If you are looking for a more personalized home-like feeling community this is the place to be!
