We chose Myrtle Beach Grove because we went through the checklist and this facility checked off all of the boxes. It was a very positive experience on both the executive director as well as the guy who handled the new carpeting and touch ups to his room. Everyone was friendly and made you feel like they wanted you here as a resident. I would recommend them to others looking.

Overall we really like the Stratford Court, we really like the staff members and the freedom to come and go as we please. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families .

It's a relief to know my mom is in safe, reliable hands. The management and staff at Brookdale are friendly, accommodating, and responsive. If you're considering a community for your love one, I would highly recommend Brookdale.

I had a great phone call discussion about the community first and that led to a fantastic virtual tour. More family and my father toured in person and everyone liked it. Al facilities are expensive but this one feel manageable. Pleased so far.

We had a very good, warm, caring experience. The medical care was super. They did a good job checking in on my loved one. I felt very fortunate having them watch over him at the end. It seemed like he had around-the-clock care that he needed. It was a very clean and very friendly environment. They had a nice courtyard for people to go outside and sit. And the activities director was super. I had absolutely no complaints.

The tour experience that we had with Brookdale Western Hills was great. My drawback for them was shared rooms. For mom I knew that wouldn't work.

We had a great tour of Meadowmere Oak Creek and thought it was a lovely place. All the places we toured were about the same - great amenities, clean, beautiful, really nice. This one was just less affordable for our family.

My mom is a lot happier now with the safety features Library Square allows her - a walk-in shower, pull cords, etc. She's more active now than she ever was. They have plenty of activities. The staff have all been very nice and accommodating. We've had a great experience.

They need new carpet. Everyone that we encountered was oustanding. If there was a problem, they always looked for solutions. My loved one ate well. The memory care unit coordiator has a passion for her job, and is amazing.

This facility is excellent! They are on top of everything and overall it's very clean. It even smells clean. Mom and other residents complain about the quality of the food. It looks ok to me, but they say it doesn't taste great. I haven't tried it myself, so I don't know for sure. Communication with the family is excellent, questions are immediately answered. They offer a variety of daily activities. Housekeeping does a deep clean weekly and collects trash daily. They also come in between to clean, if needed. They've remodeled and redone the cabinets and countertops. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

It is a wonderful place and our whole experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff is wonderful and they keep the residents clean and happy and it has just been great. My father wants to be home, but he is very settled and happy here. They take so much time with their residents and really get to know them. The administrator has been there since it opened and she is absolutely wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and very accessible as well. She helped with the process of transferring my dad from his previous facility. I would highly recommend Grand View to others.

I was very impressed with the care services that were provided. The interaction with the staff is excellent. They offer a lot of activities. It seemed more alive, residents were out and about, it was alot of staff around, and they always seemed to interact with the residents. it was friendly atomosphere. Also, the staff is very compasionate towards the residents.

This has been a good experience for my loved one and family. The staff communication with the family has been really good. One of the things the community could improve on is the supplies offered to the residents. There are three meals a day provided to the residents, along with snacks during the day. My loved one seems to be pretty pleased with the food offered.

Morningside has exceeded in every area they provide. Their. 24 Hr. service 7 days a week ensures your loved ones' get the attention and care they need. Their recent provided trips to Walmart is a blessing for tenants to get out, do some shopping and get the feel that they are independent. .

Our grandmother is just 2 weeks in and settling into her new community and she’s made more friends at Calusa Harbour than I did in my 4 years of college. We are so ecstatic to see her thriving and excited about this new chapter. Also a big shoutout to maintenance for making sure her tv was set up for her first night stay.

The community is very clean and they double check the rooms to make sure the residents are safe. They are responsive to the resident's needs. The dining is good. There is a menu for the residents to order off of, and it reminds me of five-star dining. The community is willing to accommodate the resident's food requests as well. Brookdale is willing to transport the resident's to their doctor appointments when needed. They will do the resident's laundry and put it away by request.

We have been here three months and we made the right decision moving here. Amazing how genuinely friendly residents and staff are. Within two days, the dining room and maintenance staffs knew our names. On a scale of 1 to 10, Coral Oaks is at least a 25. No more yard work, cleaning windows, paying a mortgage, etc.. More time to relax and enjoy new friends. I was hesitant moving here due to leaving other things I enjoyed, gardening, etc. But now I have new things to learn and enjoy. We feel we are staying at Downton Abbey.

I really liked Tuscany Villas in Naples a lot, this was actually my favorite facility out of all of the ones we looked at. I absolutely loved the layout as well as all of the staff that we met with. My loved one did not like the carpets in the rooms, she said they were older and not as updated. If it were up to me this would have been my first choice.

I toured Brookdale Camelot Medina, the guy I spoke with was absolutely terrific and very informative. We chose another community because my mom had medical issues and we needed to move her in somewhere ASAP. They were the only one available to accommodate her within a 24 hour turnaround time. It was also the only place she'd actually seen, so she felt more comfortable with that choice. She was unable to tour other places due to medical reasons.

Our family had an in person tour and we had a great tour experience
