Great place, Mom has met a lot of new friends and the both of us would and have recommended to others.

Our loved one is no longer at Addington Place, but we were happy with many things there. They could improve on when issues arrive. They would call us and tell us that they took her to the hospital but when she would be released it was our responsibility to get her back to the site. This happened on multiple occasions and it wasn't always easy to get someone there in an hour to go two blocks.

We have recommended the facility to several new residents. My parents are happy at seasons. Recently meals have been disappointing but I think they will resolve that soon.

What I like the most about the Courtyard Fountains is the overall friendliness and based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are large in assisted living and the facility itself is very easy to maneuver around.

Apartment are ok. Views great. Elevator situation is horrible. Not sure what can be done but they take forever and it takes so long to load and unload them. Staff are generally nice. It's good. Felt kind of ripped off when we left for a sister community but that's the way these places seem to roll.

My father was there less of than a full month before he was moved to hospice. They were good to deal with and accommodating. They worked with us even though he was really borderline skilled nursing. As such we had added help to assist during the transition. Then my dad took a turn for the worse and in the end it didn't matter, but they tried to help. Sure, additionally, I want to add that a place for mom helped me find the appropriate place for my father as his illness progressed and we needed to find facilities that provided more comprehensive services to care for his needs. This was extremely helpful since I was helping my mother and I was not local.

There were several issues that were uncovered during the turn over process. Ultimately, the issues have been resolved. The only negative that caused frustration was the lack of communication. I feel that the people who are hired to assist the residents are under staffed. They always seem busy and it is hard to get answers to requests or questions.

I would recommend the facility staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and attentive, have been open to moving from independent living to assisted living. No experience yet w AL to comment on care. As far as the food goes, I think they need more variety of regular options.

Extremely friendly staff AND residents at Courtyard Fountains. The move in process was easy, but a little more communication from them regarding apartment readiness would have been helpful. Mom says that the majority of the food is good, but expresses repeatedly that the portions are small and that they limit some items...for example they are allowed only one cookie? Overall, I would recommend Courtyard Fountains to others.

Overall, the two months that my mom has been a resident at Lincolnwood Place have been pretty positive. I think just clear communication once she moved in, with her care plan and introduction to the facility, could've been a little bit better.

Staff is very friendly, very patient and caring and they keep me informed on Emily's transition to living in the facility. They need to provide exercise classes to the memory care residents like they do for the assisted living residents. There is nothing exercise related for them and not much else other than coloring. I get a group of 3 or 4 to play games with me sometimes when I go to visit [name removed].

It is nice there, could clean room better, laundry needs to be better organized, lose things, don't wash often enough They could have better food and activities. It is overall a great place, best so far for her. She has not liked any of the three places, I like this the best.

The staff at Meadowbrook are EXTREMELY friendly and great with the residents. Cleanliness of apartments could be better, week to week but I believe they got new people on the cleaning team which hopefully helps. A lot of the meals repeat and my grandmother would like more verity. Overall she has greatly enjoyed her time at Meadowbrook and tells me all the time how happy she is there.

The Sheridan at Severna Park has been a blessing for our family. The place is beautiful. All the staff is so friendly and very accommodating. The first day when my mom arrived , they rolled out the red carpet and the staff welcomed her to her new home. A basket of goodies was waiting for her in her room. The residents have also welcomed her and invited her to sit with them for dining. My mom really likes it there and our family feels that my mom is being taken care very well. There is all kind of activities there to participate in and they play my mom's favorite game-yahtzee. You will not be sorry if your loved one resides at the Sheridan at Severna Park. It is a wonderful place.

There is a good bit of personnel turnover but it doesn't seem to affect the services. It is a small community and easily managed by residents who could be lost in a large facility. Very warm and loving staff!

The Sheridan is assisted living and memory care only. They cannot accommodate skilled nursing. We also were able to have our continued hospice care. However when our hospice nurse and Doctor asked about a hospital bed and a room closer to the nursing station. It was not a priority for them. I don't think they were comfortable with me prioritizing hospice care. To me it felt like the goal was not to lose a client. I believe the staff was not qualified for the skilled nursing needs. My loved one ended up falling and had a hospital stay for a suburban hematoma. .She is now in a skilled nursing facility. My disappointment came from the director of nursing at the Sheridan trying to find alternative ways to keep her there . It's a nice placement for assisted living services and mild dementia but not for advanced dementia patients I take responsibility for that... In not realizing how fast my love one's situation would change so rapidly. Something every one should keep in mind.

It served its purpose for my mother at the time but really not affordable for her long term. She recently moved.

The starting off experience was not that bad, but I found out that they just couldn’t handle [Name Removed]. I spent more time at the nursing home trying to teach them what her needs were and things like that she was only there for six days and ended up in the hospital spent seven days in the hospital and when she returned, she passed within four days I agreed to the pricing, but it just didn’t seem right. You have to pay an extra 14 days from the time you leave so out of the month they really only took care of her for roughly 14 days but then you have to pay into the next month, so I was not real satisfied with the facility, but I would also have to admit that she was not there long enough to see how it would work out I do hope this pretty much makes sense to you and thank you for asking to take the survey.
