There is always someone cleaning, even on weekends. Whomever sees my mom, always sits to have a few words with her, she doesn't leave her room. Hands on care is extra (point system), they give her meds with doc orders. Caregivers and med techs are amazing. Food needs some improvements, committee of residents is working on this. They have tons of activities, always something going on. They even take them on trips. Overall, place is locked down at night, which is important for us, but she still has her own space. My sister and I bathe her on weekends, we pay for an outside caregiver to bathe mom daily and hang out until noon, and my sister and I alternate nights to help with her pjs.

I do believe they need to review the contract with the family of the anyone going into their Memory Care highlighting specific areas such as discharge upon the death of the resident. I was shocked when my husband died on [date removed] and I had to pay 14 days, plus they kept the community fee of [fee removed] even tho I had just paid that 3 weeks before. It is true I had signed the contact online never reviewed it because it was so long, but it was stressful for his admission on [date removed] and then he died of at [date removed]. I just feel someone needs to review it personally with the family. As it was, that was very upsetting to me to learn it was non-negotiable. The staff at the Memory Care Were very caring & definitely knew how to work with dementia residents.

Friendly and caring staff My mil says she feels spoiled by the staff. She enjoys all of the activities Has met a bestie there and is really happy MIL love her room. Just wish it was more updated with a closet. Great location! I think they could improve on the food by having more options and offering more food at meals. Just my opinion! She is staying active and social. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and loving home.

The staff have been very good. I did not give them a five because we have received inconsistent information about a couple of things such as whether or not we could give my mother or allow my mother to take over-the-counter meds like ibuprofen. They are managing her medication. I have to say that my mother likes the food. Especially breakfast. I have eaten there a couple of times with her and I have found the food to be quite institutional. Overcooked vegetables for example. My mother likes Sentry Hill and feels at home there and that's what's most important.

Smaller facility, caregiving staff and staff had very low turn over, most have been there for years. More warm cozy interior inside of the newer ones I visited that were very modern but felt cold. Also when I took my parents to see several, this is the one they felt comfortable at.

It is a beautiful facility with a lot of green space compared to others. The staff has been great. The only negatives are it sometimes takes a while to get phone calls returned when leaving a message. The food could be better but there is a new manager that just took over and he is very responsive. And lastly it is in the high end price wise but probably worth it overall. I would recommend the facility to others.

Fantastic staff and team of professionals, caring, supportive, and responsive. Units need a little proactive maintenance, but overall they are spacious, utilitarian, and comfortable. Food is great.

The setting, much better fit for my mom - clean, bright, great views and 20 min from my sister.

Management has turned a very nice "opulent level" community into a merely ordinary community. They could have introduced a new level, new concept of senior living and been a trail blazer. Instead they have chosen to be penny wise and pound foolish.

I chose Copper Springs Senior Living because of the cost and the smaller size of the building he is in. But there have been problems. Most of his clothes have disappeared. So I don't feel it's very secure.

Facility is nicely laid out and easy to get around. "Extra care" is costly and somewhat inflexible. My mother hasn't participated in any activities yet but there seems to be a variety. Located close to shopping and restaurants.

Price was not as outrageous as many other places and my mom liked it. I would recommend the facility.

When we tour the facility in July 2024 we were told of the activities they have at the facility. Not until we moved in were we informed the activity director was on medical leave and expected back in September. Unfortunately the director could not return which left the residents with not much to do let alone someone to take them out at least 1 x month. Not until we complained did they get a trip to Walmart and the $$$ store arranged. Not happy as a family member when mom is complaining that she needs this and that and is capable to go shopping and she can’t

The place is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Residents were welcoming.

From day one until today all of the employees have shown a caring attitude. Not one day has passed that we have not encountered employees who put the care and comfort first and foremost. Their total commitment to our loved ones care and support is beyond what we thought possible. We cannot say enough about how glad we were to chose Addison.

There was a lady there that I thought my mother would get along with. She was Hispanic. Even though Mom speaks both English and Spanish I thought it would be nice for Mom to have someone to speak Spanish with. Second reason was that it was nice and bright and clean. Also it appeared they had great activities. Honestly I felt like they promised more than they delivered.

My only complaint is not having two working elevators. One has been out for over a month. At one point both elevators were out and many residents could not go downstairs, missing DR appointments as well as delayed meals having to be walked upstairs to residents.

On cleanliness-the place is very clean but housekeeping does a poor job in my sisters room. On their behalf I have not complained yet which I will. Most of the staff is wonderful. [Name removed] the director especially. Two are not quite so wonderful. ?????. The food is awesome [name removed] said. She seems to have medication problems often which I have addressed with the staff. Not getting them sometimes or very late. The staff there is working with me on this. Activities-I think they need to get them outdoors more. [name removed] always wants to go out and walk but most times there isn't enough staff to allow. I understand as most there are much worse off then [name removed] and require more care. Overall it has been a good experience. When I have a real issue I get a response from the staff. I also am very good at being proactive( sometimes considered pushy) when it comes to getting answers on things. Again I couldn't speak any higher of the director.

Was so glad to get my sis in this clean beautiful place for respite care while I was in court for guardianship. Nice kept safe housing. All staff were great. Had a time getting a hold of nurses to see how my sis was. I am in Michigan so I depended on communication. Have a mental health person available if it is needed. The staff was great getting her moved when we had too. Price was reasonable for private room, included bed, chair dresser. Private shower.

With the value for cost it could be lower depending on the increase in rent this year. Facility is unable to give an estimate and increase is different for each resident, which is confusing and frustrating. This makes it difficult when you're trying to budget with a fixed income. Overall, a comfortable and spacious apartment within a nice community, but seeking clarity and transparency regarding rent increases for budget planning
