They are great. The staff is very attentive. I think overall cleanliness can be improved. It's not too bad. I've seen worse.

If we could give The Estates a little higher than a 4 we would. Overall the experience has been very positive and warm. It is clean and the front staff and nurses are friendly. The care services are good, working on improving. Our loved one likes the food and eats well. Our loved one unfortunately does not participate in the activities but I hear them in the ball and it sounds like they are enjoying them. Overall it is a good value.

The location is terrible - next to transformers and power towers. They get people from one activity to the next and there was something every day and all day long. They made people feel inclusive and able to participate. Only suggestions I could make is: move from lobby area. No one wants to see their futures or congest the entryway. Also - more seating is needed in the movie theatre. North Shore Place had socials. Sometimes it was ice cream and sometimes popcorn and sometimes wine and cheese. Again, an opportunity to socialize. Another comment about NSP: Because most people are "homebound" they need to move their activities to larger spaces and increase seating capacity. We experienced overcrowding and lack of seating numerous times. What is a senior supposed to do? Stand? Go back to their rooms? In addition, their decor, even though recently revamped is outdated, and dark. Lighting in the facility is terrible.

Overall, the Wellington at Hershey's Mill community has been a good match for our overall needs.

Wonderful community that had lots of social in-house events. It's expensive, which is why I moved.

For the most part, it is a lovely place. My mother thinks the staff members are very nice and friendly. There is usually something going on there, for my mom to do. It's expensive.... but it is beautiful and everyone is nice there. The food (especially food service) is not the best. It takes a ling time in the dining room to het served- like an hour most days. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families! It is really a great place. There will always be little things that are not quite right with any place, but overall, it is very good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They could be more proactive in sharing information about medical/physical therapy visits. I get the info, but only when I go ask for it. They need more activities and maybe a little bit more variety.

My mom was in the Memory Care for only 1 month as she was needing the next level of care. The care givers were always very friendly, caring. and attentive. They seemed to genuinely like and care about my mom. I liked the atmosphere that they provided when they had their themed activities. Many of the residents seemed to enjoy the festivities. My mom unfortunately wasn't among those that was involved as her alzheimers was aggressing. Overall I was happy with the care my mom received.

Overall we were pleased with most aspects of her care. She only was there a few weeks but developed relationships with some of the staff that were positive. I definitely recommend Woodbourne Place to others looking.

Very nice, homey environment. Really liked the facility’s layout, especially the small home-like dining areas. Cheerful and helpful staff. While my mom was only a resident in respite care for a couple of months before passing away, the time we spent with her at Park Creek Place will always be a fond memory. No regrets about choosing Park Creek.

She likes all the activities and participates. She feels like the meals need the most improvement. She has been to the "meal chat" meetings but doesn't feel like anything changes. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

What we like the most about this community is the staff, they are very friendly and they have great activities for the residents there. We would definitely recommend the Acclaim at East Beach community to other families.

Very good experience overall.. nothing is perfect but the people who work there are kind, loving and hard working!

My mom is in Independent Living so less care needed. The Sheridan was very helpful getting us extra help as needed. The new ED is great and very hands on.

I feel like they do a nice job keeping my mom safe. She has nice things to say about the workers and food. Her room accommodations are good as far as size and privacy. I wish they could keep my mom's room more sanitary. They need to pay attention to cleanliness details across the board.

Definitely recommend to others. She is doing very well there and receives excellent care from the staff based on my nephew's comments as he sees her almost every day.

The 4 on the first question was given because we received conflicting information between [name removed] , [name removed] the nurse and [name removed] the Assisted Living director. You would think that they work in the same facility so they should be able to answer give us a straight answer to our questions. It was a bit frustrating, their lack of knowledge with their own procedures. That being said, everyone was friendly, caring, the place was immaculate, the food was amazing. Our main issue was with upper management. They were also very friendly but a little clueless with the issues we needed help with. I would still recommend them to someone looking for an independent/assisted living facility. I just hope management gets their stuff straight with the things we had asked about but were told different answers from the 3 ladies I mentioned. We were given 3 different answers about what would be needed to move my MIL to assisted living, whether or not a TB test would be needed and if so, how to go about getting it done and where. It made an unfamiliar situation frustrating with their apparent lack of information, knowledge and experience when we needed their help.

Some staff needs more training, but overall, they are excellent with the residents. I think more activities are warranted for those with beginning stages of dementia to stabilize the dem progress. Most of the staff is wonderful. Newcomers need more training.

I would absolutely recommend this community to others. The kindness of staff and residents stands out above other communities. When there are issues, which there always will be, I can get quick resolution with senior staff.
