I would say my overall experience with the sales person [name removed] was excellent. The move-in coordinator was less than exceptional for sure. Did not meet the level of customer care that [name removed] had. Generally everybody is very friendly and attentive. The major problem we've had is Amazon packages being lost and gone missing. We're only two weeks in, but in general I think it's been a good experience.

My family has had a very positive experience with this assisted living facility. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff communicate well with families and are always willing to answer questions or provide updates. One thing that really stands out is the wonderful meals they provide. The food is well-prepared, nutritious, and something the residents genuinely enjoy, which makes a big difference in their daily quality of life.

It took awhile to get things situated like cleaning and laundry. It also took a few weeks to get the home health visits established. The food was very good.

Addington provided a comfortable safe environment. The staff is caring and available. I would recommend

Overall I have been very happy with GH. They did go through a period of what seemed like some high turnover, but that's pretty common for the industry. I think my biggest frustration has been sometimes it is hard to get in touch with people. I have left voicemails that have gone unanswered, but I find when I'm at the facility. The staff is always more than a accommodating. I rarely see anybody that isn't smiling or friendly, which says a lot because they have a tough job.

Very informative tour. Great to see that front door is staffed 7 days/week. Full activities schedule 7 days/week.

Administrative staff is lovely Caregivers are a bit hard to find on weekends, several days my Moms hearing aides weren't put in her ears and her dentures were put in without adhesive although I left printed instructions for both hearing aids and dentures on the bathroom mirror. She fell out of bed on Saturday morning and has bruises , she eats well and is participating in activities.

[name removed] will have been at Sheridan for a year this [Date Removed]. She is highly functional and can sometimes get a bit restless, but for my own peace of mind as her power of attorney and close friend, I know she is safe, receiving her meals and medications, and being cared for properly. I travel frequently, so that reassurance means a great deal to me. [name removed] especially enjoys the field trips — though she would happily go on even more if she could! [name removed] has been wonderful about keeping me informed and sends emails that work around my busy schedule. That communication truly helps, especially when I’m traveling, and gives me comfort knowing [Name Removed] is doing well. My one concern is the dining menu. It often aims to be more upscale, but [name removed]tends to prefer simpler foods like hamburgers, French fries, or a PB&J. She also has a milk intolerance, so keeping her dietary needs in mind is important. Overall, I’m grateful for the care and attention she receives.

Staff has been wonderful and caring, but it is difficult for them to handle all of their responsibilities, as they seem to be chronically short handed. There are a nice variety of activities provided for the clients and apartment layouts are very nice, including spacious bathrooms with walk in showers. Breakfast is always a great start to the day, but the evening meal tends to be rather sparse regarding portion size. Overall, it has been a very nice fit.

Beautiful place outside. You get one meal and you have to eat within 2 hour window. I didn’t like that [name removed] was very nice Also, most senior places have no real place for litter box for my 2 cats, nor tornado shelters

My husband was not there very long and refused food a lot. Not due to not liking it, just not wanting it. Friendly, helpful staff. Allowed to call whenever we wanted to see how he was doing as he acclimated and it was suggested we not visit until he settled in

The staff is caring and they treat mom well. There has been a turnover in staff recently. I would recommend this facility to others. The only takeaway is laundry. Evening staff has issues with laundry at times. New daytime staff sometimes put wet clothes in hamper instead of washing machines. Name and room number should be put on all clothing for identification.

The cleanliness and maintenance are excellent, and safety and security provide a very positive experience. There are many activities and social opportunities available, and both the dining experience and meal quality are very good. The staff is also highly responsive to residents’ needs.

The Addison was clean. Rooms were quaint and not institutional. Employees appeared happy. Beautiful courtyard. Well managed. Could definitely see my mother here. Not a large facility. Had a homey feeling that made feel welcome.

Food and dining experience are reasonably good. Cleanliness is good. Apartment size is good. Maintenance could be more responsive. Elevators are heavily used, outdated, and breakdown frequently.

The area is convenient and very nice, unfortunately this is too expensive for my relative's budget. I do appreciate the time the staff gave my cousin to tour the facility. We will look for something within our aunt's budget.

They are friendly and accommodating, but do not have frequent openings. You have to be on a waiting list.

there is always room for improvement.. The memory care center has 3 or 4 employees who should get big raises as they are gems ( people with real empathy)..there are a couple of employees at the front desk entrance who would be better off doing research in the back room as they are definitely not "People people". The food could be much better as they do not serve enough steamed veggies or fruit...and everyone is offered some pie or whatever EVERY night...the residents would feel much better on a daily basis if they got rid of the seed oil gravies and processed sugar...Also... they have an absolute beautiful outdoor patio... hey do get the residents out there but it should be 20 minutes sun a day mandatory for everyone. I feel very bad for the pour souls who have no one to visit them...and they are stuck inside...everyone should get at least one big hug a day....or more! Like I iterated by my first text... this community is probably in the top 5 in Palm Beach County. Expensive but good.

The building is currently under renovation, new carpet in common areas, painting, and new furniture. Therefore there is quite a bit of upheaval. General rating before renovation is a 4. Food is quite good, especially breakfast, with lots of choices. Three entrees at dinner plus sandwiches, salads, pastas, etc to select from. Staff is friendly and helpful and make an effort to learn residents names quickly. There is a small store, staffed by resident volunteers, that carries snacks and essentials. This is a fairly large place so it takes time to find one's social circle. Where I lived before was much smaller and was more like a very large family. Overall I am happy to have found this location.
