I really haven't had any issues at Baywinde Senior Living. So far we have had really good luck. The housekeeping has been great there. My parents are really pleased with the meals that are provided. The staff has really worked with them and helped them transition into living at this facility. They are independent so they have not needing nursing care at this point so I cant really speak to that. Overall everything is going great so far.

The location is very impressive, being a high rise on the lake. They had nice amenities and we were very impressed with the dining being real restaurant style with table and side service. The sales guy however, was rather aggressive for my liking.

One of the best decisions I have made for our Family since my Wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, four years ago. When the folks at Emory Memory Care told me it was time to consider Adult Day Care, I was shocked and despondent. I thought we would just be shuffling my Wife off to Assisted Living so much faster. I could not have been further from the truth. I spoke with friends and Doctor friends and they assured me this would allow me to keep my wife with me for so much longer. The residents and staff at Benton House of Johns Creek a re wonderful, caring and loving people. My wife loves being there, it has helped her self esteem and self confidence. We are much better together now because of the break this allows us. And, when the time does come, she will be comfortable and familiar and I will be also!

All the staff have been wonderful during both my rehab visits. The facility, the staff has been like a second family on the floor and in the Rehabilitation. Since, this is my 2nd time, I would return if need be. I see a dedicated staff. I have recommended this facility to other family members and friends, the place is clean it smells clean...kudos to the houskeeping staff. The nursing department get the meds out on time, there isn't a long wait when I put my call light on. Also the nursing staff will evaluate the resident to determine whether or not their ready to go home....I like that! There have been times that I craved potato chips and was given my request. The Therapy Department are all very good. Jamie the Social Worker is wonderful! Barb is very attentive. Mike often comes to my room and checks on me. The "man in the suit" always shakes my hand when he sees me. I am also impreessed with the Activities department; they make sure that they have activities and the snacks that are given to the residents are good. I have been blessed to stay here.

The facilities and the staff and residents are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and eager to assist. We are very happy there and I feel comfortable that she is taken care of. The facility was very nice, along with the staff. The place was clean, and food was really good.

The Lowrie Place has excellent facilities and activities for residents. The staff are friendly, professional and provide good customer services to family and residents. Lowrie Place is the least cost facility for the level of care my family member needed, based on my research and the other facilities evaluating my family member. The staff and I reviewed the costs and they even provided the bed, which isn't in the contract...excellent customer services by the staff.

My parents have now been at the Brookdale facility for just a little over three months. We continue to be impressed with the overall quality of the facility and staff. It is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Both of my parents are starting to get more involved in the many activities offered every day. If there is any area of dissapointment it would be the food. My wife and I have had the opportunity to eat in the dining room on several occassions. The staff is great and the dining room lovely, but the food is only average at best. I understand it is a difficult age group with unique dietary needs but could be better.

I am very pleased with the care that my dad is getting, everyone is so very friendly, the food is great, and there is much for him to do there, being we just lost my mom 8 months ago, the transition for him has helped him with his loss. He is getting plenty of exercise and enjoys it. I can rest knowing he is getting his medication properly, eating healthy and having a good time with other seniors his age. Thanks to everyone who takes care of him and thanks to the facility for everything you do

I am very happy with the decision to bring my dad to Prairie Green. I know that he is properly being taken care of and that he is safe, He is very happy and has made many friends.

My mom has been there about four months now. She is happy here. She is in the memory care section. I like the facilities and all the workers. She is starting to do some of the activities. I think the food is acceptable and the nurses do their job with her medications. Our family is very pleased.

The director is very knowledgeable and guided us very well through the process. I can think of no one better to have taken us through the process than he did.

Anyone reading this already knows what an emotional time this is. Making a decision to move a parent into assisted living (in our case, into the memory care u nit) is difficult. Life has been like an emotional rollercoaster, trying to get all of the family on the same page, my Mom torn between wanting to keep my Dad at home, and recognizing that she no longer can. Both A Place for Mom and Walden Place have been extremely supportive. My Dad has been at Walden Place for 2 weeks now, and he is happy. He loves all of the attention he gets there, and has commented on how nice and clean it is. My best advice to you is to visit. Once we did that, all my old notions of what it would be like were dispelled. It is bright and cheery and clean and odor-free. Although my Mom still has moments of doubt as to whether we did the right thing, I am convinced that my Dad is experiencing a better quality of life at Walden Place. And that says it all!

Seasons is set in the midst of a small forest with many trees, flowers, small furry animals, colorful birds, and sometimes a deer or two. I enjoy living close to nature. Here, I am able to utilize many enjoyable skills from my pre-retirement days. I've found the staff very open to new ideas. I enjoy learning, and I am thrilled that many activities enable me to increase myknowledge of the world. My rating of 4.5 indicates there is room for improvement in the area of recycling. I'd like all residents and staff to be involved in this project.

Both my parents are residents of the Woodmark. You must have the heart of a saint to be involved with the care of the elderly. My mother has Dementia and requires constant attention. The team at the Woodmark have been excellent in caring for her and taking care of her needs, socially and medically. My father has his own battles and does not require constant assistance but is also a resident. The staff is great, very attentive to both, and I am satisfied that they are in a safe and controlled environment. It is nice not having to worry about my parents, eating, taking their medications and getting whatever assistance they may require.

Brookdale Plaza is a very nice place. Everyone there that I've encountered has been really nice. Staff is nice as well, including the medical staff. The nurses are very accommodating. The marketing sales staff is excellent. They made us feel like family from the very beginning. Although it's not very diverse, we felt very welcomed. They even know her by first name. Overall I'm pleased with Brookdale Plaza.

Very helpful and understanding in a very difficult situation. Very attentive to my parents needs both individually and together as a couple.

We are just moving Mom to The Woodmark at Uptown. Our first impression is excellent. Everything is clean, food looks delicious and the staff has been very helpful and happy. Residence that we have talked with all say The Woodmark is the "best place to live". We are so happy that Mom will be living in such a great place.

Dennis and his staff provide the best meals at Seasons. Gourmet meals, like lobster tails and beef tenderloin, on special occasions are a real treat. The happiest times is social hour twice a week! The entire staff at Seasons are the very best, helpful at all times, whenever needed. They all work well together as a team and assist one another. Jill & Nancy in the programming department offer so many activities that it is sometimes difficult to decide which activity to attend; it's a great problem to have. Tricia is a big asset to Seasons and someone I would go to if I ever needed something. She is very knowledgeable about so many areas of the Seasons. I have been to many other communities to visit and I would highly recommend the Seasons. It has a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere!

My mom really likes living there. She has made new friends, she likes the food, and she feels like she has a new home. It costs more than some senior living places in the area, but you do get a lot for your money. The staff is so friendly. They all know my mom's name and the names of all 300 people living there! (I had trouble getting the star reviews to work above)

I can't say enough good about the staff at Spring Oaks. My cousin is 101 years old and has lived there for the past year and a half. She loves everyone there and I feel confident that she is in good hands. The staff truly cares about the elderly and have great respect for the residents. I am there visiting 3 or 4 times a week and everyone is always pleasant and helpful.
