I moved my mother into Logan in November of 2015. She had the best care and the staff were more than employees, they become family. We were blessed to have found Logan for her when we did. I lived 300 miles away but knew that she was in great hands. The daily activities and meal selection are outstanding. The management team is 5 star plus lead by a fabulous director. My mother passed away a few weeks ago but I would select Logan again if I had a the chance. Highly recommend.

They offer a lot of nice outings as well as daily activities. They have a sports bar area with a large television. The food is ok. They offer a happy hour. Dad has a nice room with a kitchen. The building in outstanding and they have made some upgrades. They have painted the interior and replaced the carpet. The assisted living area is fairly new and very nice. It has large hallways. The staff are very attentive and check on the residents through the night. I would highly recommend this community.

It's been ver rewarding! My apartment is very pleasant. All of the apartments view the mountain and I have a washer and dryer as well as a complete kitchen. They offer many activities, my favorite is water aerobics. The food is superb, I have had a really good experience here!

A nice facility with very friendly staff.

My husband is doing well at this community. The staff are very friendly. They do offer daily activities. The food is good and they do offer some choices if you do not like the main meal option. This is a nice place and the residents are able to walk around freely. I would recommend this community.

The Brookdale Lisle was wonderful, we toured the Assisted Living and I just felt that because it was so large and there were so many hallways leading off to the main area, it would be difficult for my loved ones to adjust. The place was very nice and the people were friendly, but it was not the right for them.

While touring the Evergreen/Wellsprings I thought it was a very nice place. The tour guide that took me around gave me a lot of good information and showed me around the entire building, I think she did a good job. The community was clean and organized.

I am slowly but surely starting to join in activities. The place is very clean and everyone has been very welcoming and friendly towards me. I think it has been a good experience and a good fit. I have no complaints so far.

The care and attention she is receiving has really improved her health. It's truly been a blessing. One thing they can improve which is cosmetic, is the flooring. Carpet tends to harbor bacteria and odors. I think a harder surface flooring would be a better option in an environment like this.

Mangrove Bay Senior Living is an amazing Community! And I do mean Community. They provide such a well balanced living experience for their residents-About any activity your family member may be longing for or needing they have. The staff is an amazing group of caring individuals. [Removed]-The Resident Coordinator helped us in every aspect of my Moms move into the Independent Living. Whatever need or concern we had-she was there ready to help with a smile on her face! She is an amazing person whom you can tell LOVES her job and every resident. [Removed] Wise-Executive Director certainly knows how to run an amazing Senior Living Community. I would highly recommend Mangrove Bay. Could not be happier my Mom is now living at this incredible place! [Removed]

The staff seem to encourage the residents to be active. They are receptive to the residents and are aware of where the residents are. The ratio of staff to residents is great. I feel my mother in law is in a safe environment. They offer a lot of activities. This is a new brighter community. Her room has a high ceiling and hardwood floors. The food seems plain and healthy. I would recommend this community.

They make every effort to be kind and helpful. The housekeepers come in once a week and do a decent job cleaning our room.They could pay more attention to detail.For instance I noticed ceiling tiles that had been moved due to maintenance work when we toured and they still haven't been moved back after several months.We usually don't eat downstairs but when we have it is very good and reasonably priced. We've participated and a few of the activities they offer. We go to their church service every Sunday and have used the movie theater once.We also visited the gym and I appreciated that they showed me how to use the equipment.We chose this community because of the scenery of the lake. I would rather be around nature and pay more. They are also pet friendly and offer a third story deck to walk your dog so you don't have to go outside.

Mangrove Bay is a wonderful community! This community is immaculate, the service is impeccable and the food is outstanding! I highly recommend this retirement community.

Our parents have been at Spring Hills for 45 days. The staff has made them feel at home, and the transition has been better than we could have imagined. Looking at all of the options we had for our parents, we feel that Spring Hills was the right choice.

The care has been going fine for my mom. I think she is fairly happy with the meals they serve her. They have activities available and outings for the residents. She has been on a few outings and she enjoyed it. it is a smaller facility.

I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family. The services have been good so far. My mother participates in activities to some extent. Settling into Brookdale Lisle was a success for my mother she made new friends and likes the meals that they offer. Her apartment has a nice view of the outside.

The staff seems very friendly and kind. TV's are NOT allowed in individual rooms but there is one in the main area. At first that bothered me, but I totally understand the fact that the seniors aren't supposed to "isolate" themselves in the rooms. There is a slight delay between when you call LakeSide Vista and when you get a call back from the staff, but it has NOT been a problem. I feel relieved that Mom is being well cared for, well looked after, and safe. While I live in Muskegon and LakeSide Vista is in Holland, I feel we were blessed in finding this place and would highly recommend it to anyone else that finds themselves in need of a quality place for their Mom or Dad.

If there is a problem i like that the staff or the people that work there will try to do what they can to fix it. My loved one is doing fine in the community. He likes the meals there are times that he likes some of the food and there are other times when he doesn't based on the taste. There are activities that are offered that he participates in. It's a clean place with nice people.

My dad has been part of the Bayshore Memory Care family since it opened in November 2015. The administration and staff have consistently been supportive and understanding of my dad’s, and our family’s, needs during this transition from independent living to life at Bayshore. The facility has a simple floor plan, soothing décor and lovely outdoor courtyard. There are a variety of activities to keep the residents engaged, and friends and family members are encouraged to attend and participate. Although there has been turnover in the staff as mentioned in other posts, we have always seen genuine care and compassion towards all the residents. It’s comforting to know that Michelle, Emma, Joanne and Ronnie are there to greet my dad with a smile every day. Every person transitioning to memory care has different needs and it’s important to find the best balance of features and facilities. Some places have more bells and whistles than others, but if your loved one isn’t in a position to take advantage of all the offerings, then they are superfluous. Knowing that the staff has real affection for my dad is reassuring beyond words. With the help of the caring staff, my dad has handled the transition better than I could have ever hoped and is thriving in the Bayshore community.
