Had my mom there for a few months,was very happy with everyone they we so good to mom??

My parents are happy with Barrington of Oakley. The food is so-so, not much of a variety. Not much of a view. Staff has been great. They are doing a good job with communication with my brother and I during the quarantine. I have been impressed with the head nurse, she has been really helpful and positive. My dad was really happy with the activities before the quarantine.

Came from nursing home to my own apartment. Management works with me to do what is best for my brother and the "tough love" he needed has worked very well. It is too bad everyone could not have this living arrangement.

( It is difficult for me to type because I have no feelings in my hands or fingers, I'm so sorry) I believe, from my experience, Meadowbrook is a great place for a loved one or relative to stay. My perception is positive in regards to cleanliness, friendliness, services, care, and activities--and also the food! All very good!

We are so very pleased to have found Bayshore. We moved my 96 Mother-in-law here 4 months ago. She has thrived in this environment.. She eats regular gourmet meals, is engaged in activities on an off site which has helped her in the transition. The Caregivers and Staff could not be a better fit for her. Feed back by Family Members is a priority of Bayshore. They have always taken our comments and suggestions to heart and the monthly meetings with family help Bayshore to address even the smallest of issues. As a family member, Bayshore provided the guidance, respect and empathy in making this decision for all of us. I have traveled from CA 2 times so far to visit my mother-in-law since she entered Bayshore. I am greeted and involved in her care on a continued basis. I recommend Bayshore to those family members facing this same situation with their loved ones.. It was a choice we had to make quickly and it was done without pressure. Thank you Bayshore

Have an overall great experience so far. My loved one is getting along very well. There is a lot of friendly help, always encouraging participation in activities and helping get from place to place. They check on everyone if they are in or out of their room. Mealtime is prompt and offers a choice of menu items. Options on your level of care is offered and explained. Although nowhere is perfect and can’t compare with home, I’m pleased with Canfield Place and would encourage you to check it out if looking for assisted living environment.

Brookdale in Lisle is the best facility that I visited in search of a permanent residence for my mom. From the moment you talk to their representatives you realize these people really care. They apartments for all...independent, assisted living, nursing care. The best feature is mom can be independent (cheaper rent) and then get "spot" assistance for a charge per hour. It is considered "a la cart" assistance and is perfect for those that are really independent but may need help with some things. The dining room is like a fancy restaurant and the menu changes daily. There is an excellent chef as well as a pastry chef. They make sure that the residences co-mingle for breakfast and dinner (2 meals included with rent). There is also a "bistro" that serves hamburgers, hot dogs, deli sandwiches and is a small convenience store. There is also a branch office for the local bank located in the lobby. Mom loves it, loves the care, and loves the sincerity of the staff. Was a godsend to visit this place and was the last place I looked at.

I am an elder law attorney who has frequently been in Addington Place to visit clients. I find the facility to be clean and in good condition. My clients are always dressed and involved with others and in activities. The staff is well trained and are true care givers. The all seem to really care for the well being of the patients. I have been impressed with the overall management of the facility. I think this is an excellent option for families looking for this kind of care for their loved one.

Management is very considerate of people's needs. The are almost always available to talk. They go over board to make you feel "at home." The staff reflects the positive attitude of management. They show they care about the residents. I would name names, but I'm afraid I would leave someone out. My father is the resident, 98 yrs old, needs some assistance and is a WWII vet. They treat him like royalty. He lost his wife (my mother) of 75 years last October, they were very close. But as his short term memory is fading the staff fills in for that loss and makes him very comfortable.

The nurses at Copper Springs are working really hard to balance my husbands medicines, doing a good job. The food is great. Right now they are a little understaffed but the residence still do not lack for care. The administrative staff are excellent to work with.

I work in the nursing industry and had the pleasure of visiting Bayshore Memory Care in Naples. The rooms are nice, spacious, and very clean. Dinner was great, they have delicious choices on the menu. The staff was helpful with all our needs. The residents seemed happy as they were all singing along with the activities director. I really enjoyed my visit at Bayshore.

No other place in the area can compare to Clen Moore Place. The aids have been so caring for both of my parents and the administration and staff nurse are top notch. When my mother got very sick, the aids were there to help and the staff nurse stayed until late in the evening to ensure she was taken care of and comfort our family. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend this facility for anyone considering assisted living for their parents. It gave us such peace of mind to have our parents at Clen Moore Place.

Activities to match the resident's abilities and interests

I came to Autumn Ridge under Hospice care. On April 14th, I am leaving the community walking under my own power. I will leave to continue my rehabilitation with friends and my primary physician and my specialists. This would not have been possible if it were not for the wonderful, dedicated and knowledgeable staff here at Autumn Ridge. Their knowledgeable staff in every department went beyond their positions to make sure that all of my needs were taken care of! Thank You!

My Mother has been a resident of Canfield Place for over two years, and we couldn't be happier with her care and sense of well-being since her arrival. The staff all works together as one great team, and everyone feels like family to us now. Management, our nurses, STNAs, kitchen and maintenance staff exceed our expectations daily. Thank you, everyone, for all your kindnesses and attention to detail!

We are very pleased with the care our mom is getting here. The staff is attentive and they really care about the residents here and I admire them for being able to work with memory care. The community is nice, bright, open and clean and we like the center courtyard because it is secure and the resident like gathering there. There are activities to keep the residents busy as well.

The staff at this community are wonderful. The food is ok and they offer some nice activities. They keep the community clean and I would recommend this community for memory care. The assisted living community is right next door so it is easy for spouses and family to visit.

My friend is still adjusting to living at this community. The staff are really good and encouraging to him. They offer daily activities and the food is ok. The community is kept clean and the grounds are beautiful. There is a building next door for memory care. I would recommend this community.

Overall a wonderful, caring place for a loved one. EVERYONE is very friendly and caring. Feel the cost is a bit high....but, all in all VERY PLEASED with the care my mother gets here...along with cleaniless. Many activities to get involved in and CNAs are very helpful and encouraging to get Mom to get out and go to them, instead of staying in her room so much. ALL CNAs are very nice and caring. Nurses are great also, especially [Removed], who is VERY CARING and helpful.
