My mother is doing very well here, I'am pleased. This is a nice community with friendly people. They do a good job with the cleanliness, her room and the facility is well maintained. The staff is great, they are very helpful and attentive. She has made some new friends at dinner. The meals are nice, she is pleased with the food. Everything has worked out well for us here.

My wife and I have lived in Mangrove Bay for over 1 year.Selection of new home based on proximity to our family including great-grandchildren.Having experienced both Independent living and the assistant living sections we are so very pleased with the calibre of personnel at all levels.There is a genuine desire on the part of most to make all guests feel comfortable in their home.Special requests are given special consideration.The desire of personnel including especially the people in Assisted living to excel in creating "family like"environment to have every person feels special.Maintenance of the facility is top notch-both inside and out.We are proud to have our family and friends visit.The varied activities are designed and implemented to make them very desirable and fun for those anxious to participate.The Mangrove Bay management team makes a great effort to solicit participation of guests in a variety of ways to constantly improve our lifestyle.The Jupiter location on the water and the location in Florida make Mangrove Bay a great place for this chapter of our life including very capable medical doctors and facilities.A great pace to Live!

My Mom was one of the very first residents and moved in November 2015. The facility is beautiful, the individual rooms spacious. There are many varied activities. On one visit there was a sing along in the activity room. Everyone was happy and engaged. It surprised me that residents who were unable to talk where able to sing! There is a great ratio of residents to staff and residents are kept busy and together during the day. My Mom is very social and enjoys being with the other residents. The staff is both friendly and professional. Any concerns have been addressed and rectified promptly. I appreciate that the staff is so compassionate in their care and do not treat the residents as if it's just their job.

Since moving in my loved one has made a lot of friends and enjoys the trips they take. My daughter and I have tried the food and it is as good as some restaurants. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

Our dad moved in a little over a month ago and is getting acquainted with his new surroundings rather well. The caregivers have been great in watching, encouraging, and supporting him in his new lower level of physical capability. Smiles are many and he says "I'm where I need to be", "the caregivers are nice" (and the family feels well trained), and "it's good being closer to you kids". Autumn Ridge has been a real blessing to our family in this time of transition.

My mother is doing very well at this community. She has adjusted very well to it and they are caring for her very well. The community looks great and they keep the facility looking very clean and nice. The staff is excellent, they are very good at what they do. There are many activities for her to choose from. The food is very good and the dining area is very lovely. It has a very homey atmosphere and they are very attentive. This is a community I would recommend.

I was hesitant to have my grandma move in due to the negative reviews, at the same time I was thoroughly impressed by what I was seeing upon my "discovery" visits. I wanted to go a few times unescorted to see the daily happenings and found the staff to be very personable, and attentively caring. After introducing myself to the now activity director Chris and a few of the other staff members I realized they held pride in their performance which was a breath of fresh air. My grandmother was in two other facilities before Bayshore over a short time span that proved to be simply unacceptable. Even though we were paying extra for special services, I would spend my visit time changing her clothes, cleaning her, her room, and bathroom. It was arduous, stressful, and I honestly believed she wouldn't survive if I didn't visit. All of that stress is gone. She moved in at the end of March, and the level of care has proved consistently wonderful. My visits are always pleasent even when my grandma is having a confusing day due to her dementia. I always leave satisfied knowing she is clean, well fed, engaged, and treated with love, patience, and respect. Every visit, she tells me she loves the food, activities, and how everyone seems to know her name. I highly recommend Bayshore to anyone seeking peace of mind knowing your loved one is in good hands.

Since my husband arrived at 3AM on March 17,2016 on a flight from Tampa to Flint- had to be non-stop we have been blessed with thoughtful, compassionate and well trained caring staff. ex. Gail Fox, admissions director, even arranged a bed for me across from my husband's room so I could rest and observe how he was settling in. That is THOUGHTFUL! Also was accepting of our therapy dog. There is also a therapy dog at the facility. Anytime I visit- no set time- I always find staff in the presence of the residents- maybe setting hair of the females or doing the nails of both male and females. They are SO patient and cheerful and well informed as to what is happening with my husband. He is also receiving therapy and seems well adjusted - never asks to come home. Meals are well prepared to meet his needs. A BLESSED PLACE!

Coming to Mangrove Bay was a big decision for me. Many Factors came into that decision, and the most important for me was the quality of the staff. Since my arrival here, each and any problem that I encountered has been resolved by a member of the Staff. This outstanding team of intelligent and caring individuals have made my life here a comfortable and happy one. From the dining room to the pool, cocktail room to the gym, and parlor to game room, the activities available are endless, there is something for everyone. In evaluating any institution of this type consistency is of the up most important. This is way the Mangrove Bay staff is what makes this an outstanding home.

I have been a resident at Mangrove Bay for 13 years. Living at Mangrove Bay is a happy experience for me. I like my apartment, and the location of it. The staff is very helpful, and well trained. They seek us out to be a part of the Mangrove Bay Family, we feel like family. Beverly has really help me out with exercises in a nice fitness room provided for us. Betty Hall, and the drivers work with all of my needs for transportation, I am legally blind, so I have special needs that are always addressed. Kathy Wise is our Director who we appreciate. She is always available and very caring. The dining room hostess, and servers, create a pleasant eating environment. We have our own Chef Billy who cooks wonderfully, but I feel is limited on what he can prepare for us at times. I would recommend Mangrove Bay to anyone interested for a senior retirement home. I visited and evaluated 7 assisted living facilities in my area. All of which were referred to me by a Place for Mom. The services and information provided for by a Place for Mom was so very helpful and informative. I can't begin to thank them for helping me. After a long search, I decided on Brookdale Montgomery. There were a lot of factors that I used to make my decision which included services offered, pricing, social activities, kindness of the staff, beauty of the facility and advanced care needs. I found this to be the best place for my mom and she loves it there very much. I am very happy with my decision on this care facility for my mom.

The Seasons could not have done any more to make the move into their facility easier. The staff members are friendly and eager to help. Food is very good with a nice selection of dishes. Apartment has plenty of room, was freshly painted and had new carpet installed . Prices on guest dinners may have gone up since billing is showing more than originally quoted. It would be helpful to post those prices on their TV station.

Mom has been at the Somers Place for a month and has really settled in from the first day. The help is terrific and they all know her by name. Wish we had moved her sooner here, instead of staying at home with a live-in.

The staff is attentive and compassionate and they seem to take a genuine interest in the residents here. The facility is nice and it is always kept clean. The residents here are nice as well. This seems to be a great place so far.

My brother - in - law was placed at your unit when my husband and I were scheduled to celebrate our anniversary out of town. we were both appreciative with prompt approval and pleased with care received. It was during holiday and all went well. Much thanks to entire staff.

We are happy with The Woodmark. The staff is always friendly and professional. They are always willing to help. The facility itself is clean and well kept. The food is good and the level of care here is excellent.

Things are going well at Brookdale. The staff is amazing. They are very kind and patient with the residents. The building is always clean and well kept. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged and happy.

My Dad is all set. He is doing really well. He is well taken care of and is five minutes away from my Brother and my Niece.

Baywinde is a very welcoming community that is evident from the moment you walk through the doors or up the walk. It is bright and clean and the grounds are beautiful. Everyone was very helpful in getting my mother settled and acclimated to the new environment. They were also very sensitive to the fact that mom was coming from living independently in her own home to a totally new environment.

After researching and speaking with several people and professionals regarding eldercare and assisted living, my Mother chose Walden Place in Cortland NY. And has recently moved there. Walden is a bright, airy, well maintained fairly new facility of assisted living. The professional staff have proven themselves attentive, caring, helpful in coordinating the best care plan and combination of assistance where Mom needs it, and independence for Mom. There is a wide variety of activity options for the residents. The food is very very good. The housekeeping services and laundry well attended. Always, when I walk in, there is a cheerfulness and sense of community at Walden. I have known other families who have chosen Walden and feel similarly in Waldens intent to assist people with dignity, concern, respect and a joy for each day. I highly recommend Walden Place.
