When my mother passed away halfway through the billing cycle, we got a refund for the remainder of the time, very fair place to do business with. Every one of my family members who went to visit my mother, said how nice the place was how cordial everyone was how professional the employees were. Good food, great employees, clean room, clean building. My mother was always showered, teeth brushed, hair combed, dressed ready for the day. Most of the assisted-living facilities I've been in in my lifetime. I've always smelled like urine. This place did not because they take care of the people

I think it's a very sweet place just understaffed like most places. I hear food is the biggest complaint of residents. I love the size for my husband. The regular workers are great. It's a very friendly and caring place. Everyone knows each other. I think it would be perfect if the food was better and had more workers. Seems to be a turnover of workers. It's hard work and some just don't stay long. It was the best place I looked at for the price. Others were out the roof.

This place is beautiful and well maintained. They bend over backwards to be sure you are satisfied. Variety of activities. Visits all the grocery stores in the area. Heated swimming pool. Wonderful deck looking over the marina. Come join a great place to live.

I am enjoying my life at The Beakers. The food is good, although sometimes food seems to be high in fat, salt and carbs. But, I understand that cooking for so many people with different tastes is difficult. The population is diverse, which is good. The number of activities, bus trips, and entertainment is good. Also, the location is excellent. My view of and access to Lake Michigan is wonderful.

Addington Place was truly a home away from home for my mom. The atmosphere is light and airy compared to other facilities we looked at the staff seems to work really well with each other and because of that it transferred down to the care of its residents. Although my mom was unable to participate in the daily activities, I know that she would have thoroughly enjoyed them if she could. I would highly recommend Addington Place to anyone seeking a special place for their loved one.

Staff is friendly and have good communication between nurses and my husband and I. The room size is perfect for my mother in law. The facility is bringing on more activities than they had when she moved there in the fall. They have things like sip and paint/ice cream parties/trivia parties and things like that.

5 for everything. My mom is there for a little over 2 weeks and she is very happy with everything. Thank you for your assistance and [name removed] was outstanding. She gave me sound advice that helped us to make the decision.

The entire staff was immediately welcoming and quickly made a difference for my dad. He was worried about the transition and they were able to put him at ease with grace and humor.

I have not done much, I have not been here [date removed] so nothing to compare it to when it comes to the value for cost. What I do like about The Addison is that it is clean, people nice, food better than just ok. 100% yes, I would recommend this community to others if they can afford it

In my short time here, everything has been excellent to date. In all the categories, I would rate a five. They are extremely friendly and helpful. You can take advantage of as much or as little as you like, and your meals are always taken care of. I would recommend it to any folks looking for a place to go. I would recommend this community!

My husband and I had the good fortune of finding the Addison at Cornersburg when we went in search of a place for my 81 year old brother-in-law. Ironically, it’s in the same area where he has lived all his life. After making an appointment to tour the facility, we were met by the wonderful director, [name removed], who spent several hours showing us the lovely accommodations and explaining how my brother-in-law’s personal needs would be met by the very competent staff. He joined the Addison community in [date removed] after several years of me trying to convince him to leave his large home. After a serious fall, he decided it was time to make the move. I am so happy to report that he loves it! Several days after moving in, he called to tell me how comfortable he was in his new surroundings where the staff treated him like a king! How gratifying! There are multiple events and activities throughout any given week where the residents can interact, socialize, and simply have fun!

Addison at Logan Place is so amazing. It's clean, pretty, friendly and welcoming. The food is good and the staff is exceptional. There are lots of activists and encouragement to exercise! My mom (and my sister and I) are so very happy with Logan Place. We highly recommend

I have lived at the community for almost 4 years. The other residents here seem to be nice, and they do a lot together. I personally like to keep to myself, but they do offer different things to do. I have a great caregiver [name removed] who I like.

I like the food here. There are lots of activities, but I don’t attend many of them. My room is a good size, and I enjoy it. I like all of the staff, and they always help me when I ask. The building stays clean and always smells good.

I love living here! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. The building is always clean. The other Residents are friendly and there are so many activities to do. My room is great and I’m very comfortable in my room.

Hands down, the staff is personable, helpful, and very hands-on! The apartment is a very adequate size and they are very happy with it and keep saying that it is all they need. My parents love it so far!

Please know that I had a change of mind and did not actually move into Addison Place. The managerial staff was understanding and did return a portion of the money I had given them. I did have a few meals there with my daughters and we all thought the food was good and the wait staff were pleasant and the chef accommodated my diet restrictions.

I walked in the Sheridan of Park Ridge and was greeted by a wonderful sales associate and the admin. They explained everything to me and showed me around. The facility is clean (spotless). The staff is loving and cares for the patients. The custodian even came and helped us with our move in and he is a treasure, helped me put things together and took away our boxes. He’s wonderful, as are all the nurses and aides. My loved one is happy here.

Friendly and longevity of some staff . I go often without notice to visit and her bed is made and the room is clean . Staff recognizes me and will tell me where she is in the building.
