Mom is treated extremely well in Wellington. She was given food when she was out once for a meal. The facility is exceptionally clean. We have enjoyed several meals with mom and enjoyed the food.

Responsiveness of the care team when she called for help. She was in a Medicare facility before and the response time was terrible. When I was there she never waited more than 6 minutes which was great. Yes, I was timing them :)

I'd give them a 5 in all categories. Very pleased! Overall the experience is great. The staff is extremely involved and excellent with following up with me about any concerns.

The ladies here are so nice. They help take care of not only getting me to and from programming, but they do my nails too! I have a great time sitting with friends playing card games and just last week we had movie and popcorn. I haven't met anyone that was super helpful or nice.

I highly recommend Wellspring Memory Care, where my father is currently a resident. [name removed], the Memory Care Director, took the initiative to transfer my father from a semi-private room to a private room as per our request. She ensured that the room was prepared for his arrival and made the necessary arrangements to transfer him from skilled nursing to the private room at Wellspring. [name removed] played a pivotal role in assisting my father in adjusting to his new room and kept me informed of all developments. Her exceptional organizational skills were instrumental in facilitating the smooth transition.

I like the surroundings. They are cheerful and the grounds are well taken care of. Any needs are promptly addressed. Staff is very helpful. Over all a pleasant experience.

Love the staff .. Very caring ... The staffing on the weekends seems a lil thin but I think this is common in all assisted living /nursing home facilities...They have one of the larger suites Very nice. I think the food is excellent for a facility truly ! The chef makes homemade soups and gravies !

It's a beautiful place. Everyone seems happy & friendly. I think the apartments are proportioned well with small kitchens, larger living areas and plenty of closet space.

My mother and step father say every time I talk to them how nice everyone is from the person who cleans their room, to the people that serve the food even the head of maintenance and the security guard too . They also say the food is really good and there is always an activity of some sort going on. They say it's always clean and they feel safe. As their daughter I can not ask for more .

Everyone that I spoken to or worked with have been friendly and helpful, they made the application process better. The facility is nice and so are the rooms. Right away, my father got a haircut and a shave from the barber and he's back walking. A nice place for my dad.

I don't eat in the restaurant that often, Activities are great - they have all kinds of activities on campus as well as off campus. Value for cost is hard to say- compared to similar independent living in this area it is way above all the rest but it is expensive

I think it's a little pricey the amount they charge to give meds I think is a little high. It really is a small facility and It feels more homey my dad seems alot more comfortable there they're always trying to find something new for them to do.

We have found staff to be available, helpful and responsive. We are very pleased with both the staff and the facilities. I cannot stress enough how comforting it has been, and is, to have[name removed] in such a wonderful facility run be such competent and attentive staff.

Friendly and longevity of some staff . I go often without notice to visit and her bed is made and the room is clean . Staff recognizes me snd will tell me where she is in the building.

We chose this facility because of the friendly and caring staff to their residents. Staff are always friendly and always looking out for your family member. You can feel safe by having your family member at Addington Place.

I believe that the hands on staff treated the residents with immense caring. I never saw one that was impatient or mean and I was there a lot.

We chose The Woodmark Uptown because the room was larger than the other and the staff were very friendly. For such a nice facility and the price... you would think they could at least get the elevators repaired in a decent amount of time. 2 - 3 weeks for repair is ridiculous.

It feels like a home...not like a facility, the staff are very receptive and helpful and stay in communication, if there is ever an issue they find a way to resolve it and are very caring towards the residents. Only thing to improve on: no more cream of carrot soup :)

We are very happy here. Also, we can still get around for ourselves. Answers are based on that. Apartments are large with large walking closets, washer and dryer in apartment, apartment cleaning full kitchen. Diner meals and more. One other big item for us is the indoor parking. They are very responsive to my needs. Food is very good.

The staff is friendly. My mother is very happy with their attentiveness. When I visited my mother, the first few weeks in January the staff was excellent. They're very friendly. They came and reminded her when it was dinner time or when something was going on. The staff there is wonderful facilities are kept very clean and neat. I love the fact that there is a little garden area that's in the center portion of the building where people can go and work the garden or just sit in the garden and enjoy love the chairs out front mother uses them quite often. She'll go out and walk around the Circular driveway and sit and rest in the chairs after her walk.
