The nurse that worked there when my father was a resident was wonderful. She was on top of his care and communication was excellent. Overall, if I had any issues the staff was always very responsive. They truly cared about my father and treated him quite well!

I found that the staff treated my husband with respect and dignity with professional care. He was there in hospice care and didn't take meals or participate in activities. However I did see that they also took good care of ambulatory patients. They took great care to care for memory patients keeping them safe. Professional care speaks to the manner in which they performed their jobs. Respect and dignity refers to thing like bathing a grown man and still allowing him to feel respected. In changing his soiled clothing without making him feel less of a man. I watched a young male attendant bath him as gently as if he were a child. God bless that young man and all the staff there.

Outstanding features include no buy-in, initial fee discounts for Veterans, ability to move out with a month's notice, garage parking and storage lockers, referral benefit to current and incoming resident. Wish the food quality could be better - but Wellington is aware and doing what they can. Sometimes dining room staffing is an issue. But my feeling is that every place has the same issues with the dining experience. Also, the on-site medical care is a huge plus - it has been extremely important and helpful for my father in law. Also, they offer an onsite hair salon.

[name removed]was at Addington Place for [date removed]. He went home the end of [date removed]. We were very satisfied with the staff, the food etc. We would recommend it to anyone needing assisted living. [name removed] didn't require much care but he said he was happy with what he did need

Acclaim at Belmont Bay Has everything I was looking for and I would absolutely recommend this community to other families. Everybody seems to care both the employees and the community by all means use my name if you would like

My parents are very happy there. They rave about the staff and have made friends with the other residents. They made their two bedroom apartment into a home they are proud off and very comfortable in.

I am deeply impressed with how friendly everyone is, both staff and residents. The wide range of activities may help with that. The staff does encourage a variety of personal interests. Apartment sizes and amenities offered to residents are excellent.

Great overall - my mom has been at Evergreen for over 2 years. Evergreen is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The meals are good with lots of options. They have lots of activities. My mom enjoys going to the movies there, crafts and musical groups. She goes to some program almost every day. The cost is expensive, but most of the other places in the area are just as much.

I wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know how much my family and I appreciate the folks at Evergreen Wellspring. Since being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2023, my dad has had to deal with likely the most challenging episode of his life. Moving a loved one into senior living for the first time was also a huge undertaking for our family and one we did not take lightly. We are extremely happy with the decision we made to move our dad to Evergreen and now into the Memory Care unit at Wellspring. In the six weeks he has been at Memory Care, his demeanor has changed significantly and is now in a much better place than he was those last few weeks in Independent. I cannot say enough about the staff at Evergreen Wellspring. Every interaction I have had with staff there has been positive and reassuring. I specifically want to recognize [name removed], all of the staff at the Memory Care unit and even [name removed] up front who always greets us with a smile and asks about my dad whenever I see him. If anyone I know has a loved one looking for senior living, I will certainly recommend Evergreen Wellspring.

It seems like it is a busy place with lots of people coming and going...the director was very helpful and made the process easy.

The staff is very caring. My parents are treated with kindness and respect. My Dad is a very picky eater so if they serve something he doesn't like they give him an alternate meal. This gives me peace of mind knowing he's getting fed food he will eat. All of the staff is friendly and helps whenever I have a question.

Lovely facility, friendly residents, great food and my husband and I plan to go there when decide to leave our house. We loved our tours and my father-in-law chose it as soon as he visited

We chose this community because of the price, the appearance and also the friendliness of the residents and staff there.

I have not seen much of administration. [name removed] and [name removed] have been very helpful! I would absolutely recommend The Breakers at Edgewater Beach to others looking.

It was expensive and his daughter said since they got bought out they changed cleaning to every other week and food wasn't as good. Overall the beginning of his stay was better. I was also disappointed they would not waive the 30 day move out since he required assisted living after his hospital stay.. They could have at least shortened it to 2 weeks.

My parents moved from out of state to be closer to their children. Baywinde was able to navigate this journey not only with us but also with them while being out of state. My parents love the food, love the dining room staff, front desk, cleaning and maintenance staff. Their exact words the other day is everyone is so nice to us! So glad we picked the baywinde.

Very good very organized clean and friendly warm , kind nice all the workers very good heart to the residents , listening , do and correct issuer quickly . Building nice , no water no winding , no noise ,

My only comment would be for them to try to incorporate men's activities. They try to have them but then cancel them because no one signs up. I feel like they could try to promote more.

I was in a crunch and didn't have time to search for a place. A Place for Mom was so helpful!!!! I had 2 places that had availability asap. Addington Place was beautiful inside and was sonlycky to find that place!!!!

I would recommend Sage Harbor. I believe that everyone I have been in contact with Cares. That is the most important thing. They genuinely care.
