Yes I would recommend! The Indiana PA Moorehead Place is a wonderful place for senior citizens who need care. The staff is awesome!

Around the time The Sheridan at Oak Brook was opening the doors to their Memory Care unit, my family and I began looking for a place which provided a nurturing, clean, and compassionate environment for my husband who has Alzheimer’s disease. After visiting many places, we chose The Sheridan and four year later we don’t regret our decision. Our family and friends visit whenever we want. Never have we heard a cross or impatient word uttered by any of the staff. The residents are always clean and shows signs of being well cared for. The environment is calm and peaceful with activities planned and everyone encouraged to participate. Communication between the staff and myself is excellent. I can call, text or stop by at any time to ask questions about my husband. When there is a musical event or show going on for the rest of the residents in the building, Memory Care will attend along with staff. The residents, their families and staff have truly become a family to one another.

The staff including [name removed] that runs the place are great! Professional yet warm and friendly and try to make my dad feel welcome and at home. I love the people at Addington and if I could afford it wouldn't even shop when I came time for full time care but as it stands it is too expensive for my budget full time.

I am pretty much satisfy with my stay at Evergreen. Qualities I like are: Clean facilities, nice staff, satisfying activities, nice dining facilities, bright and cheerful surroundings, easy access . These are the qualities I like about Evergreen.

The entire staff members are above a 5. They are very friendly and helpful to all the residents! The sizes of the apartment determines how much space you have. If you only need a one bedroom apartment and prepare for the size by downsizing beforehand, I would say that they are adequate. I am surprised by the amenities offered. Also the food offered is very good.

The Estates At Hyde Park was very clean and very friendly and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

My mother resided here until she needed more advanced care. [name removed] and her staff were always right on point. Anytime there were issues or hang ups they worked with my family and I to find a solution. If my mother did not need more advanced care she still would be residing there. I am happy to find them and [name removed] is the best!

Staff very caring and attentive. More careful attention to returning correct clothes to residents, however I would recommend Park Creek Place Memory Care to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

They were very prompt with their response times. The staff are very helpful and truly do care about their residents well being. The transition was done well too with my father as they accommodated his needs for now and going forward.

Good sensitive handling of a patient with physical and mental health difficulties appreciate the time and patience of staff with patient who is at times prone to panic attacks and anxiety and can be impatient and demanding

Beautiful setting. I trust my loved one is safe and well cared for here. I think they could improve on the food by offering multiple options for each meal. My mom often does not like what is being served.

If I could rate this community higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The care and attention my mom have received at Addington Place of Brunswick have been nothing short of amazing. The staff is warm, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. The environment is welcoming and well-maintained, and there’s always something engaging happening to keep residents active and happy. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my mom is in such capable and caring hands. I’m so grateful for everything the team at Addington Place does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving and supportive place for their loved ones! Megan and Brittany have gone above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations.

Great place clean friendly n family atmosphere. Love it. We just came home from Addington Place we joined Iris for the Christmas party. They served dinner, n had Christmas music n dancing after dinner. We had a very enjoyable evening n I have to say they know how to put on a wonderful evening. When you walk in everyone calls you by name n always make you feel like family n you know you are welcome there. I tell everyone how I feel n know my mother in law is well taken care of. I absolutely recommend Addington Place if you have a love one that needs special care.

I would have to give each category a 5+. It is bright and cherry inside on the exterior is lovely as well with plenty of parking. Everybody is very friendly, even if they don't know you and you don't know them there's always a."hi." Of course it's a bit of an adjustment coming from a three bedroom condo to a one bedroom apartment, but I also found it was a great time to purge items I hadn't used for years. Why did I keep them?! You didn't ask, but there is a housekeeping service available if you so desire, extra from the rent. There's also a trash shoot on every floor easily accessible. And to top it off happy hour every afternoon and Fridays there are free drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic, as well as entertainment We introduce ourselves and we laugh about forgetting names and then we start over again! Quality of care: this place is not about caregiving. However, the entire staff goes out of their way to be helpful if anyone is in need. It is spotlessly clean all the time. Administrative staff is friendly and helpful and always accessible without appointments necessary. Everyone has been supportive of me, having just moved in in October and still learning the ropes and having boxes to unpack. They all say, "oh it'll just take you some time be patient. You'll get there." Activities are plentiful if one so desires or if you feel like being in your apartment for the day, that's OK too. There's a library of books. There's always a jigsaw puzzle waiting to be completed. A weekly and monthly calendar come out and we simply sign up for what we are interested in at the front desk. The food is outstanding. You can get as much or as little as you want and again if you weren't want company for dinner, you go to the dining room and if you want to cook for yourself, you do so. Kitchen is quite adequatefor one. Depending on the location of the apartment views are spectacular. I have enjoyed having the deck outside my living room. And at this time of year, there are Christmas lights and decorations all over everywhere inside and out, very festive. I seem to have gone on and on. But I wanted to mention there is a physical therapist on staff always open with a doctors order. I intend to partake of that as soon as my doctor order has been completed. There is a very lovely workout room and also an indoor pool.

My family has been very pleased with our Mom’s overall experience with Meadowbrooks. From the facility, food, activities and of course the staff are all excellent; however, we are very disappointed that my mom’s hearing aids were misplaced or lost on her first week of moving in when we gave specific instructions not to leave them in her room with her. Since she has dementia, she tends to hide and lose things. Same thing almost happened to her dentures, but they were able to locate them in her possession. I am questioning if her clothing’s and bed sheets are being returned to her, we’ve noticed sometimes she’s wearing a piece of clothing we don’t recognize, and a new pair of jeans we gave her went missing after the first week. They may have been lost during laundry. Also she originally had two sets of fitted bed sheets so they can be interchanged, it we were told this past weekend that she only had one and doesn’t have an extra set when the one in used is soiled.

The staff was awesome and they had so many activities to keep residents active. Food was great, too and we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had

I visited six options in my area. Several were what I saw as a good fit. Seasons Courtyard was my choice for several reasons. The intake staff was very attentive. My parents home was flooded by the hurricane so we had to move two weeks early and on very short notice. Seasons furnished an apartment and welcomed my parents in about 48 hour. Super friendly and no extra charge. Ten days later when our furniture arrived, they cleared the apartment and moved us in without a hitch. I am so relieved that they are safe, happy, and in a community they enjoy.

When it comes to the cleanliness, I haven't been there to check it out. [name removed] hasn't mentioned any problems with meals and dining. Due to his heath status, [name removed] doesn't participate in activities. However based on the calendar, it looks like there are many activities offered. Value for Cost is a 3...but assisted living care is a big expense I would also comment that the staff has been outstanding, including [name removed](Exec. Director) and [name removed] (Health head) and [name removed] who could not possibly be a more helpful person.
