Generally well pleased . Staff is very courteous and respond to requests quickly . Premises are kept spotless. Place is cheerful.

Very happy with Addington. It has a feeling of community that my step mother has enjoyed very much. Level of care is excellent and people are treated as individuals.

I liked it there for her when she was independent friendly clean professional good activities but once her care increased had to move her to [community removed]

What we like the most about Addington Place is definitely the cleanliness. I also love that there are always residents hanging out and socializing in the common areas. People seem happy and engaged with one another. My dad has also had a few small medical procedures and the nursing/care staff is always available to assess and adjust to his care needs. It is on the pricier side of the places we looked. We are fortunate that my dad has excellent LTC insurance to help offset the cost so he can live in a place like Addington. I've referred a couple of people who have been pleased as well.

We were very happy with the assistive living facility and happy with the memory care facility until the end of my mother's life! I just know they were over all happy with her care and their concerns and communication with the family! She was only in their care for 6 months.

I initially chose Meadowbrook because of their shared suites are exceptional, pricing for extra care was advantageous, having activities for the residence up until 7pm and lastly they have 4 areas for those activities - 3 inside and 1 outside. My stepmother was in the memory care. I really had a tremendous experience with the staff there. Really caring. I can't even think of anything that I would have changed. The staff is amazing there. Particularly [name removed], Med Techs and all the support staff. My stepmother had been in multiple facilities prior to coming to Meadowbrook. Meadowbrook by far was the most caring facility. I really felt that they had my stepmother's best interest at the forefront.

We have been so pleased with our experience at The Sheridan, where we moved my mother. I would give it 100 stars if I could. I visit 2 or 3 times a week. Not only are all the common spaces beautiful, large and incredibly clean, but the individual apartments are as well, which include three closets (including a walk-in closet!). As beautiful as the facility is, the staff is the very best selling point. Before the first week was over, all the staff knew my mother but also all of her family that visits. I personally feel so at home when I am there, and I even get hugs from the staff members that I know well. The staff really treat the residents as their family members, always so happy to do anything to make sure all the residents are happy. There are many opportunities for the residents to socialize everyday, and the activities staff try to keep the residents engaged in fun activities each day as well as planning outings. I cannot imagine anyplace better, I hope I can someday move in!

I would highly recommend Walden Place for dementia patients. The staff are so caring for the residents. The meals are good and healthy. They have activities for them and try to keep them busy instead of staying in their rooms

They gave great attention to my mom's move-in to ensure everything went smoothly. They have been attentive to making her feel welcomed and comfortable. She enjoys meeting other residents in the dining room and at activities. The services they offer (which include meals, housekeeping and 24-hour concierge) make living there a great value compared to other senior communities in the area.

If they can't stand on their own and need 24/7 care, this is not the facility you want to place your loved one in. It is more of an independent living facility, than it is an assisted living facility. Especially if they will become terminally ill or are terminally ill. I would recommend this place for somewhere to live their life out beautifully if they are capable of taking care of themselves. It was a gorgeous place, just not the care I needed for my aunt.

Great Staff - took wonderful care of my Mom and Dad - My parents could not have had better care. The staff at the Addison pay close attention to their residents - they go the extra mile to make sure they are well taken care of. they could not have possible done a better job.

Overall we are very happy with the care and accommodation she has! The staff have been wonderful and consistently communicate any needs or concerns they may have with Mom-Mom. Mom-Moms concern has been the speed in response when she pushes her button but we believe it's her requesting immediate response not taking into consideration that the staff may be helping/assisting another resident. She also added that the food has changed recently and it's not as good as it was.

The nurse that worked there when my father was a resident was wonderful. She was on top of his care and communication was excellent. Overall, if I had any issues the staff was always very responsive. They truly cared about my father and treated him quite well!

I found that the staff treated my husband with respect and dignity with professional care. He was there in hospice care and didn't take meals or participate in activities. However I did see that they also took good care of ambulatory patients. They took great care to care for memory patients keeping them safe. Professional care speaks to the manner in which they performed their jobs. Respect and dignity refers to thing like bathing a grown man and still allowing him to feel respected. In changing his soiled clothing without making him feel less of a man. I watched a young male attendant bath him as gently as if he were a child. God bless that young man and all the staff there.

Outstanding features include no buy-in, initial fee discounts for Veterans, ability to move out with a month's notice, garage parking and storage lockers, referral benefit to current and incoming resident. Wish the food quality could be better - but Wellington is aware and doing what they can. Sometimes dining room staffing is an issue. But my feeling is that every place has the same issues with the dining experience. Also, the on-site medical care is a huge plus - it has been extremely important and helpful for my father in law. Also, they offer an onsite hair salon.

[name removed]was at Addington Place for [date removed]. He went home the end of [date removed]. We were very satisfied with the staff, the food etc. We would recommend it to anyone needing assisted living. [name removed] didn't require much care but he said he was happy with what he did need

My parents are very happy there. They rave about the staff and have made friends with the other residents. They made their two bedroom apartment into a home they are proud off and very comfortable in.

Great overall - my mom has been at Evergreen for over 2 years. Evergreen is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The meals are good with lots of options. They have lots of activities. My mom enjoys going to the movies there, crafts and musical groups. She goes to some program almost every day. The cost is expensive, but most of the other places in the area are just as much.

I wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know how much my family and I appreciate the folks at Evergreen Wellspring. Since being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2023, my dad has had to deal with likely the most challenging episode of his life. Moving a loved one into senior living for the first time was also a huge undertaking for our family and one we did not take lightly. We are extremely happy with the decision we made to move our dad to Evergreen and now into the Memory Care unit at Wellspring. In the six weeks he has been at Memory Care, his demeanor has changed significantly and is now in a much better place than he was those last few weeks in Independent. I cannot say enough about the staff at Evergreen Wellspring. Every interaction I have had with staff there has been positive and reassuring. I specifically want to recognize [name removed], all of the staff at the Memory Care unit and even [name removed] up front who always greets us with a smile and asks about my dad whenever I see him. If anyone I know has a loved one looking for senior living, I will certainly recommend Evergreen Wellspring.

It seems like it is a busy place with lots of people coming and going...the director was very helpful and made the process easy.
