The friendliness of the staff and the meals and dining gets a 5+. New upper management (Director and Head of Nursing) are not present enough to know their responsibilities to patients and families. The care givers are excellent but they don't have enough support and have been spread thin. I have tried to contact both of them to no avail. Should not be difficult to answer an email from family members that pay over [fee removed] per month to have the best care possible for their loved ones.

This is kind of difficult as my mother is pretty much bedridden and has dementia. So we don't get to participate in much due to her condition. The main part of the facility seems very nice and enjoyable. We have been more of end of life care over the last year or so. I can say my mother has been treated with dignity and respect during her stay.

Our experience is with the assisted living area of Lincolnwood Place. Almost everyone remembers my Mom's name and greet her when they see her. They are attentive if she does not show up to the dining room. There are some very fun activities every week and it is convenient having a salon on the first floor. When my Dad had to be transported to doctor appointments, the shuttle service worked great. The inside courtyard is very pretty and the whole facility is kept very clean and pretty.

My father's stay was only temporary for respite, but he will probably be going back permanently soon. The staff really seemed to care about the residents. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend! My dad has dementia and hard for us to see him struggle but since he moved into the Estates, he is social with a lot to do, looks great and smiling again! Management team has strong leadership and the staff is so kind, highly trained and great to my dad. We feel like we gained a whole new family here. This has been an incredible relief finding this beautiful warm place for my dad. He is happy.

I spent last summer here at The Breakers and came back again this summer. The move in experience was very smooth and I appreciate all the effort to make my arrival an easy one. The staff are friendly and listened to my needs, working to solve issues very quickly. I love this neighborhood and appreciate being able to come for a couple months at a time. The services here at The Breakers are great. The short term renters are able to participate fully in resident activities and integrate into the community quickly. My apartment has a spectacular view of the lake. The wonderful atrium dining room is so special and the dining staff are amazing. I always feel welcome.

The facility is always clean and the staff is always helpful and pleasant! Always pretty attentive and knowledgeable as well.

It's a very friendly place, from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is exceptionally friendly. The Director and Manager of the facility [name removed] and [name removed]treat everyone like family. My mom lives in a one bedroom apartment. Management had her place freshly painted and installed new carpet just prior to her moving in. Spacious, new appliances, marble countertops, beautiful lanai looking out over the courtyard. The social aspects are great - E.g. I call my mom to ask how's she's doing and she tells me she can't talk long. She's on her way to play Rummikub, then dinner. Aside from the living space, amenities and people, the social programs are delightful It really is a wonderful place.

5 stars on all of the above. My mother in law said the food was just OK but she was an excellent cook and liked things that she made. We found the food very nice and varied menus every day. Gorgeous setting and awesome views from the roof deck and community room. Staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

My husband and I recently moved to the magical place that the Renaissance is; from the beautiful landscaping to the old world charm mixed with modern features, a grand lobby, spacious apartments, and gorgeous dining rooms, we feel at home and like we belong. We especially love the location, location, location and connection to all the city offers. But perhaps the staff are the most impressive. They are devoted professionals who greet us with smiles, attentiveness and the assurance that demonstrates genuine care. I would add that we've met some residents that will become friends for life and the food is excellent! Coming all the way from the Midwest, we feel blessed to have landed here!!

The facility is neat, clean and well organized. The setting is conducive to interactions as well as areas for privacy and small groups. The staff, obviously, know each resident and show concern and respect. Those of us who are concerned friends are welcomed and are greeted warmly and are encouraged to spend time and to be involved. Any concerns are handled professionally and with transparency. Each staff, no matter what role, is involved in providing the community a true sense of community. I highly recommend it and I thank A Place for Mom for their guidance and expertise.

It's been a wonderful experience for my mom. It's very clean, the staff is very friendly, the apartments are very nice, and they have a variety of activities for everyone.

My father would recommend. I liked that the staff kept their eye on my father, just enough to let him come and go and be independent but also to make sure he was safe.

The people at BayWinde, both the residents and staff, are wonderful! They are all friendly and welcoming. It is a very difficult task to find a suitable place for your parents as they age. The decision to have my parents move to BayWinde was easy. My Dad flew up and decided like we did, that this is it.

My loved one passed away in December, so my info is a bit out of date. It is very homey, and the activities director is great. Small facility, and the employees seem to really care about the residents. The value started out great, but it was purchased by another company that jacked up the prices.

I work for Hospice. We visited Addington Place of John's Creek few days a week to see patients. The staff and the environment are wonderful. The nurse in charge of the residents is fantastic! Taking care of the residents here is their top priority and it shows.

5 stars for all! Addington Place Northville is an outstanding place for my husband. Staff stays for a long time. They get to know residents well. They are compassionate and warm. They are kind to families. Facility is designed for safety and comfort.

What our family likes the most about Bayshore Memory Care is the staff and the events for the families. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Most definitely would recommend Lowrie Place. The staff is attentive and friendly. It is always clean and my mother loves the activities and the outdoor area. My mother's vision is severely limited because of macular degeneration. They always include her in activities and finds ways that she can participate.

Employees at Addington Place are very helpful and respectful. I definitely recommend this facility to others.
