They treated her very well. The staff is compassionate.

The staff at Acclaim at East Beach makes family feel welcome. The move in process was a bit rocky, but has improved. You pay extra for housekeeping, but its worth it. The food is okay. The menu doesn't change much, great fish tacos and a Cobb salad to die for. We would highly recommend Acclaim at East Beach to others.

Love this place. Not too big, clean and all the staff are amazing. It’s like a home away from home where everybody knows your name. Also the cost is not outrageous like many. I highly recommend this place.

We chose Park Creek Place because of the size, the homey atmosphere, and the location. Everyone was caring, helpful and very professional even when dealing with a difficult patient.

Great people that really do take care of your loved ones. I really like that the facility offers assisted living all the way to hospice, all in the same place.

We would definitely say all categories are a 5. We are extremely happy with The Addison which just became Primrose as of February 1st. The new owners have some great new ideas are take great care of mom.

Ok overall experience from our observation is she's well cared for as it seems all residents are. Mostly she looks forward to visits from family and will attend activities although not fully engaged. She could but she's not completely happy about giving up her independence. Very slow to acclimate in this area.

We are very happy with everything there. The administration can be hard to get ahold of at times. However the care from the nurses, assistants and all people there has been great.

My mom is not a big fan of the food, other than that I don't have any complaints. My sister lives a mile away, so that was a determining factor. My mom is a social person, so we're happy she can have that at Brookdale. We are happy to know she is safe.

Mangrove Is a great place, friendly people and nice location for independent living. Having lived many years jupiter it was nice to remain local. The balconies overlooking the gardens and intracoastal are pleasant. The people are friendly. Lots of activities to choose from. Happy hours daily, live music... onsite services for pt, hair,nails.... availability to transportation local.the size of the community is great to meet real friends but small enough to not feel like a number. Restaurant onsite is friendly but wish had more variety and sometimes quality. Overall I would recommend.

My mom seems to like the meals that are served. She stays very busy with all of the activities that the facility provides. I have not interacted much with the staff myself, but mom is very happy. It is a fabulous facility with great views.

I only had minimal exposure in that my friend passed after 10 days at Bayshore. I was , however there daily. I found the facility to be clean including the rooms. It needed renovation which I think has or is to be completed. The general staff was extremely accommodating as well pleasant. The nursing staff was also pleasant as well as knowledgeable. My friend Mr. Bellew was very satisfied with his care.

Too many assisted living and memory care patients living here. Supposed to be INDEPENDENT LIVING only! Location is the best.

I have been pleased with Lincolnwood Place. We all now feel at home in their community.

I am currently a resident at Liberty Heights and everything about my experience here has been great! I moved here from a different facility that I was not happy with, this place has been much better for me! I would recommend this facility to others.

Addington Place of Brunswick is filled with love and laughter, that alone is good for the soul! The staff treats the residents like family and know them all by name. If you have never toured this community, I encourage you to do so. You will leave feeling like you just left your grandmother's house. That is how welcoming they are!

If I could rate this community more than a 5, I would. I have visited and attended the events. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The treat the residents as family and they all seem so happy. They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows. It's so nice to see staff members love what they do. I hope one day I am able to become a resident at Addington Place of Brunswick!

From the moment we called The Sheridan at Severna Park we were treated with kindness and compassion for our mom. The facility is clean, beautiful and very organized. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and truly cared about my moms comfort. The staff worked very well with my mom’s hospice team and kept us updated on her care. I cannot say enough good things about the Sheridan.
