The staff at Addington has provided excellent care for my uncle which has given me peace of mind and confidence knowing he is being looked after and given personal attention to make him comfortable as a resident.

In the 4 years my Mom has been in memory care there has certainly been many events that have occurred. Covid being the biggest. My mom has had numerous health issues and hospitalizations. Through it all the staff at Addington has been there for me and Mom. They always stepped up and made me feel like mom was safe and cared for. They had respect for me and my wishes and did everything to accommodate the things I asked them to do. What could be more stressful than one of the people you most love in this world has to go through this horrible disease. I picked the best place I could have asked for for this “journey”.

I was hesitant about moving into an assisted living facility. My children convinced me it is the best place for me. The staff is wonderful of course there are some unusual ones but for the majority they are great. I truly love the office staff and receptionists too. I feel the other residents are family. I have a cat and she loves it here too. At the moment I am dog sitting and all is working out well. The cooks and dining room staff are exceptionally wonderful, I have celiac and they make me aware if gluten is in something. The drivers are terrific! I cannot say enough good things about Addington Place it certainly is the perfect place for me!

Great place to live! Love the happy hours and entertainment here! I have lived here since November 2022. The staff is great and welcoming. LOTS of TV channels to watch and they have a very nice movie theater.

Two years ago our Family decided Mom needed a higher level of care than we could provide @ home. Everyone agreed; but Mom. Memory deficits, medication management, diet and exercise were our Achilles heel. We selected Addington Place of Jupiter. After one month of denial Mom chose to embrace her new life @ Addington. She is thriving. The assisted living industry is fraught with problems post Covid. Public trust is frayed. Staffing is the litmus test. Mom often says “I am so fortunate to be able to be here. I can’t imagine a better place for me at this time in my life.” Low turn over, proper training, accountability and communication are the ingredients to our mutual success. Mom loves the gardens, fountains, green space. Coordinating transportation requests, group outings, nurses, ARNP’s and MD’s and PT on-site mean services needed are provided. Mom doesn’t miss a meal. She actually likes the food. The staff know she likes her chocolate ice cream.

The staff were very attentive to my mom. She passed away in June. They were all there with me, the ones that she felt especially close to. Housekeeping was kind and efficient. The move in process went very smoothly. I have recommended Addington Place and will continue to do so.

Rooms are good, love the staff, independent health aides are available and are super helpful. In fact, the aides are the best even though they do not directly work for the facility. I would recommend this facility.

They have done a great job with my mom. We were supposed to move both my dad and mom in last year, but my dad had other plans. Over the past year it has been difficult, wellington really went above and beyond to help my mom during this difficult time.

I only looked at Acclaim. The location is awesome! Beautiful building, great views, and awesome staff Everyone is exceptional! [name removed],[name removed],[name removed], [name removed], [name removed], the chefs in the kitchen, all the staff!!

I love the people, I love my room and I also love the programs that they offer us, Never a dull moment.They also take us out for lunch at the mostly fancy restaurants oakbrook has to offer. I also love the bar and the different variety of meals they offer us. This is a great place to live

I have live here one year and I love the people n the bar, I love how the girls scouts come to sale us cookies when we don’t have transportation. I like that I can sit by the window during lunch n look out at the beautiful area that surrounded this building

Addington Place of Jupiter is absolutely one of the best senior assisted living facilities in the area. The entire staff is engaged in every aspect of residents’ daily lives. They are truly a team who works together to assure all residents are safe, secure, and most of all happy. I am a mobile nurse practitioner, I visit my patients in their homes in this building and can assure you my patients are thriving in this community beautifully . 5 +++ stars !!!

I was doing the research and helping my cousin find an assisted care facility. She is the one who lived there. She was unable to get out and about looking, so I am the one who made the decision. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. I thought the place was new, but it was in fact 20 or so years old.What really stood out about Lincolnwood was the staff. They have amazingly low turnover. Z plaque in the front entry lists many staff who have worked there over 20 years. Many food service staff have been there over 10 years as have many of the care staff. The "new guy" we worked with had been there 8 years. I would recommend lincolnwood without reservations.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming not only two the resident but to their family members. Our family member typically stays with a neighbor when we go on vacation but this time the neighbor was also on vacation. We shopped options and spoke with several places as well as visited a couple of homes and I’m so glad we chose Addington. They were really kind to my dad and he also enjoyed the food…a lot!

The facility is very nice It has more of a home like feeling instead of clinical feeling I would recommend this facility to others.

From the tour, to the application, to the move-in, everything was wonderful. Every person was kind and helpful. Housekeeping is good. Some staff are a little more thorough than others. Communication is good, but it might be helpful if they emailed the monthly calendar to family so we can encourage participation. (I will suggest this). It is expensive, but we feel confident that our family member is safe and well cared for.

Since the beginning communications they have been very responsive and helpful in answering any questions about the facility and care that would be provided. The staff is all very friendly from when you walk in the door to the team in memory care. The facility is clean, has a good layout and they provide great activities. They also have live music, which both my mom and dad can enjoy together. Overall, my mom is much happier at this facility. She is getting the care and attention she needs to thrive.

In comparison to the other places that we've had my loved one, the workers are far more patient kind, and attentive at Addington Place of Clarkston. They have fun activities and keep her involved and she's in a much better place mentally. Also, more bang for the buck

It a very nice and inviting environment for my mom and also for me when I visit. I feel really good about having my mom there and she really likes it. t's better for people who don't need a ton of extra care besides meds.

I've heard through the grapevine that some other places are not clean or their a more expensive and I just heard the other day that the place up on 41 I don't know the name of it is the man has been in there for nine months and they've only called her twice to offer Her any information I feel that I found the best place for him. The people are extremely helpful and nice from the attendance to the nurses to the activity staff they're all great.
