I'd like to highlight [name removed] who manages the memory unit. She was always available and very caring. The entire staff was great. A nod to [name removed], [name removed] in PT, [name removed] and [name removed] on the memory unit. I would recommend Wellspring to others looking for memory care!

McCullough Place, from my initial visit, has gone beyond my expectations in assisted-living. The staff is helpful, cheerful and accommodating. The facility is clean and well-designed. A passive glance from a large, elderly dog who occupies a spot in the front entranceway always makes one smile. McCullough Place's pet-friendly atmosphere allows residents to benefit from continuing to interact with their precious pets inside their residences. Meanwhile, in the general McCullough Place population, the wishes of those who prefer no pet interaction are accommodated. Rooms and laundry are cleaned by staff. Delicious meals are chef-prepared and ordered from a menu. Residents are well-informed by staff of impending mealtimes and activities like yoga/exercise classes, speakers/entertainment, church services, crafts, bingo and activities like my favorite, Happy Hour, which is an uplifting event for all residents who attend as they sing along to piano and accordion music. I wish I could show the happy interaction of residents (one of the liveliest is 104 years old), the entertainer and employees, but I do not have these individuals' permission to do so. Instead, in conclusion, I will include a picture of me, enjoying the upbeat music and a glass of wine. I'm also forwarding a video of the pleasant accommodations. (Thanks for asking my opinion. I've toured so many glum and depressing group residences as a guardian ad litem for juveniles and alleged incompetent individuals. I sincerely thank you A Place for Mom for recommending McCullough Place, of which I was unaware although it only involved my mother moving 1.5 miles. Thank you for your assistance in finding a peaceful place for my mother.)

Location was perfect in relation to our home. Very warm and welcoming and supportive staff as well.

I would recommend. I picked this location because of the proximity to my home. Also the small number of residents. Overall presentation of the facility.

I like all of the activities at The Breakers, like improv class, the presentations, sing alongs, and Scrabble. Also, I appreciate the transportation to groceries, museums and the symphony. I love my beautiful apartment with a view of the lake, great light for my plants, the quiet atmosphere. And I enjoy the oven as well, since I still love to bake! The dining room and front desk staff are also very helpful and kind.

I like the trips to places like Disney exhibit The Elmhurst History Museum and a brewery recently. And the people, I have many friends here if I were in a regular apartment I wouldn't see as many people.

It's such a warm and friendly environment and feels like a community of dear friends. From the perspective of a daughter I like to know my mother and Aunt have so many activities to attend and they are always celebrating something! I know they are safe and well cared for.

I like being with people all the time instead of being by myself and that it's pet friendly so I can pet the dogs on the elevator! Also like the variety of exercise classes. We are lucky to have excellent musicians perform here!

All of the staff is very friendly. The food is above average. [name removed] was extremely accommodating. I feel like my dad is safe there. I would 100% recommend them to others.

I would tell a friend, that this is a good place for me to I like having meal choices and the view is wonderful. I am happy at Acclaim. It is a good place for me. Thanks for your assistance.

The staff at Park Creek is so caring and understanding from the director to the cleaning staff and everyone in between. My mom has been through so much and moved from other memory cares to rehabs and I've been so disappointed with the lack of compassion from management and staff. Park Creek promised to be different AND they have delivered. My mom is always clean. They change her 3-4 times a day as seen by the loaded laundry hamper every time I visit- which is almost every day. The communication from everyone is also incredible. I've never had such a great experience at any other facility. I'm so grateful to everyone at Park Creek. My mom deserved better and now she lives with the dignity she deserves.

Best pricing options. Friendly community. I would recommend 100% everyone is very nice and helpful.

Evergreen is a great facility and what drew me to them was the environment and the people that helped me initially [names removed]. But since my loved one has been there, the regular staff has been just as good. The apartment is very nice. The food is good. But the one part that really makes me feel I made the right choice is the activities. My dad is suffering from Alzheimer's, so to have activities to take part is is huge. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Evergreen and am very thankful that we were connected with them.

[name removed] and [name removed] are incredible and show genuine care for not only the residents but their families. Absolutely would recommend this community to others! During our initial tours some of the residents even expressed how much they liked it there. Felt good knowing it wasn't a "show" they were putting on.

It's a nice enough place. I feel like the outcome wasn't as I was told at the beginning. I picked Addington because I liked the look of the place. My mother's room is adequate. The price was less than the other places.

I'd recommend them. It's honestly the best care my father ever got and he had been in a few places. They're proactive in making sure he resident is clean and taken care of instead of waiting on resident to ask. Response time was great and overall very caring. I never worried he wasn't cared for when there. They went out of their way to be welcoming. They met with my father where he was at skilled nursing on a weekend instead of waiting until a weekday to get the ball rolling. The facility was very nice, clean and the staff very friendly. They were mid priced at the places we looked at.

From the front office, front desk, all of the caregivers and maintenance, they were all very nice, loving and care to my mom. (Even on her bads days when she could be difficult)I would definitely recommend Springhills to anyone and everyone.

My wife was there for 3 months and was well cared for. The staff was great and friendly and helpful. Both my wife and I made a lot of friends there. The building was very well cared for. I would recommend Baywinde to anyone.

During this Thanksgiving holiday I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the staff and administrators of Lowrie Place that were such great caregivers to my wonderful and forever sweetheart, [name removed]. I’ll miss her forever. Thank you so much!

My loved one is currently a resident at Park Creek Place Memory Care and overall her experience at this facility has been good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great! The staff, activities and value for cost are also great. The food is just okay. Additionally, the ownership has changed. Overall, I would recommend Park Creek Place Memory Care to others.
