The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and updated and very attractive. My husband and are very happy here. I can't comment on the food because we don't buy it we have a full kitchen and we cook at home.

Our experience with Addington is very positive. [name removed] has had great responses each time she's had any issues or questions with management.

All 5 stars. The Club at Briarcliff Manor has friendly staff, many activities offered, and it is in a beautiful setting! The apartments are roomy and updated.

My mother has been at Addington for 18 months and our experience has been nothing but positive. From marketing to management and every department in between. They have taken fabulous care of mom. Any issues I have had have been addressed with exceptional care. My mother is in the best care and my piece of mind is priceless.

Staff and aides are great It's always a pleasure talking with [name removed] at the front desk. I would like to see more off campus activities for the assisted living individuals. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far

[names removed] the dining manager, [name removed] and his assistants in activities and all the hard working care givers are much appreciated!

Main contact person. You meet so many people, it would be helpful to have one person who could direct you on who you need to talk to in different situations. Or who could get answers for you without having to call several people. I would recommend it to others

It is getting up there in price, but still a value for the money. The Staff is excellent, particularly the care givers and nursing.

[name removed] has been at Addington place for over a year and I am very pleased with everything here. The nurses are all friendly and help with anything I ask. The facility is very clean and has been updated this year.The food is good. They have lots of functions and try to keep the people engaged. The cost is doable. Overall I am very pleased here.

Staff is awesome. Leadership is caring and engaged. Facility is clean and well maintained. Meals are nutritious with a nice variety. There are lots of activities including daily exercise, crafts and interactions. Field trips to local attractions are avaliable for interested residents. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming with singalongs and films.

Addington is a perfect fit for me!

The cleanliness of all the public area areas is great. She enjoys the morning exercise classes and the afternoon bingo games. She has put weight on which is great for her so she is eating very well, I would highly recommend anyone to make Sentry Hill high on their list to check out for their mom or dad!!

We overall had a very good experience there with my ill mother-in-law.The food was excellent Social activities were very enjoyable for her . The staff was friendly and attentive .Her apartment was more than adequate in size. I would recommend the facility highly. It has the feel of a nice hotel.

From the first interactions with [name removed] (my advisor) to meeting with [name removed] at Addison, I knew my dad would be happy. When we visited, he was welcomed with open arms and found out many of the staff knew our family members and the residents were very chatty and interested in telling dad all about the place. They do a great job of keeping everything clean and as updated as possible. It is hard in that kind of environment but it is so homey you can overlook any scuffed up or worn things. My dad has his car so he comes and goes as he pleases but he has been able to enjoy some of the activities and has really enjoyed them. He still talks about something with the pool noodles and batting around a balloon ?? He said they do a good job with the food. Not a fan of the corn but he said everything else is very good and I feel so much better knowing that he is eating and comfortable and safe.

My father in law passed away suddenly and my mother in law needed a place to stay. The staff at the Sheridan made her feel so welcomed and loved during her time of grieving. The director team was remarkable! They were also asking what they could do for us and mom. The building is spotless, the care is spot on, and I couldn't have made a better choice for mom.

My sister's entry into Sentry Hill was well managed and our needs were fulfilled. The staff is helpful and they genuinely care about the residents. They take the time to update me on my sister's welfare when I visit and they understand what is important to her and how to make her day better. The building is clean, the grounds/surrounding area are lovely. I recommend Sentry Hill.

From the first visit everyone was helpful and welcoming. I am really happy at The Sheridan. So many activities that I enjoy. It’s clean and lots of natural light. It’s a huge relief to know I’m in a place I trust to keep me safe, healthy and happy. And I’m close to my daughter. Food could be better.
