We picked this community, because of the location and price. The workers are not held responsible for their actions. They did not care about my loved one.I would not recommend this community.I wouldn't let my dog stay there. They can improve by having a caring and sufficient staff.

My loved one and family didn't have a good experience with Heartis Arlington. In fact, I would never take any of my loved one out to their community again. This experience wasn't what we expected. We are unable to recommend the community to anyone.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought immediately hell no from the moment we walked into the facility it did not give us a good first impression at all and we know right away it was not the place for our loved one

I'd have them shut down if I could! The place is clean except the patients rooms. It's beautiful but the care is terrible ! There are No activities! They were chemically restraining my dad and did not check on him after I had asked them to which caused him to fall and was badly injured. They did not even call for help! I would not recommend this facility to a dying dog!

DO NOT RISK your family member…Poor communication is the norm, dangerously so! Our mother moved in & we noted communication issues the 1st day. She was given food on the allergy list we provided at several meals. Thankfully we had a camera in her room so could circumvent some issues. We’d call in with appointments or shuttle requests, no one relayed to other staff. My mother was to have surgery, needed to fast, sign on her door said fasting, called at 5 a.m. with reminder, she was still woken up to go to breakfast. The elevators broke down several days & mom was on 2nd floor. Our worst experience was a female called saying our mother left her room at night, went into another building so could not remain there without a family member staying every evening from 10pm-6am, due to low staffing in evenings. I explained we’d told them on the tour my mom has sundowners & she turns on her TV in the evenings until she goes back to bed. We had also let staff know she was really struggling with he

I was unhappy from day one with many different things. The facility is too big for the amount of staffing that they have. We could never get anything accomplished here. They had mixed my mother who is sweet as can be up with another resident who was very combative. They were giving her the other residents medications that were not hers. They are not trustworthy at all. We got her out of here as quickly as we possibly could. It was a horrible experience.

I give Elison a "0". I ask them to hold check until I told them to deposit and they deposited it immediately. I decided it was not for mom and ask for a refund and out of the [fee removed] paid for one month, I got a measly [fee removed]. Mom did not even move in. They are on my bad list because of this. They did not treat me well. After being conned into the [fee removed], they had nothing else to say. They got their money and we got shafted.

Before you become wooed by the beautiful building ask to meet and sit down with head nurse - ask about family involvement - she wants none - she is controlling and a bully. The director shows no professionalism and never takes action but blames her staff. The salespeople give misleading info. There is no communication among staff and if you question them they are very rude. My family lasted 10 days and they are still billing us and they haven't been there for 3 months. Moving family to assisted living is hard enough and they make it harder. Ask what assistance you are getting you will be shocked at everything they don't assist with. It's a joke. Ask many questions because after you pay they want you to disappear and they will control and yell at your loved one. There are several to choose from and this is NOT a good one. If the nurses are always at their desks - red flag. If you don't have a say in your loved ones' care - red flag. I do NOT have anything good to say about this place

I would never put my loved one here based off of our tour experience. Right when we walked in it smelled of urine. No one was at the front door to greet us and we just walked right in. We were walking around the facility and no one stopped to question us. I had to stop a staff member and they were just not personable or professional. We left within 5 minutes and knew this was not the place.

We had a horrible experience w SFT & would never recommend this place for anyone or any animal for that matter. [Name removed] the administrator has no heart. She shows no compassion whatsoever. I would give them a big fat zero on everything except for cleanliness and the food was good. However, the cloth dining table cloths were always dirty. I had to report them to the state of Texas for leaving my loved one off oxygen for hours. My loved one was oxygen dependent at 3 liters. We have received no acknowledgment from that place since my father died. No call, no text, no card. Heartless. I asked [name removed] to see the policy and procedure book and she refused. That is unlawful. It is against Texas law not to publicly have those available. They are always short staffed in the memory care unit. With only 11 to 12 residents, there were four falls in the time my loved one was there. One resulted in a death.

My mother was presented with many papers to sign as the rental agreement, including an "incentive summary". She felt she did not have adequate time and explanation of what she signed. Less than two weeks later, my mother is no longer able to move in. Elison is not willing to refund her deposits.

Not happy with it. No housekeeping as promised in the lease. No maintenance as requested for months and meals are terrible

At first it was good. But once they suck you it's a totally different story! There are only a handful of nurses and 2 of the staff members who truly care. The head nurse and her sidekick are so stuck on them selves that it makes you sick to your stomach!! They tell you one thing and do the total opposite. So for the money that you or your loved one has to pay to live here per month it's a total RIP OFF!! Don't waste your time or effort on this place. Oh yes.. I forgot about the director of the facility. All I can say is gutless!! Take it for what it's worth. Don't put you or your loved one through this!!!!

Bella Rose is not a good place for seniors. Lack of respect, understanding and the ability to listen. I was given the wrong medication for 2 weeks. They would not listen even yelled at me over it. Another resident locked herself out and they told her they would get to it when they got to it. She was sitting outside her door on the floor when I went by. Not a friendly accommodating place overall

Absolutely terrible current Director (should not be allowed to breathe any more lies or slurs) with no mgmt. skills and dislikes by subordinates! Made beds covering urine soaked matress, unmedicated patients wandering, personal belongings GONE, lack of communication, authority and accountability. Theres more but being sensored.. SHUT IT DOWN!!

I have been a resident in this facility for seven months. This is a very expensive place. Unfortunately, they just put lipstick on a. Pig. You have to put up with all kinds of construction because it was poorly constructed to begin with. I went the first month with no hot water, which violates Landlord\Tenant laws in Oklahoma. The staff turnover is rampant. Seriously, I am often introduced to a new employee that I never see again.. I tried very hard to bring some happiness to the old folks. ( I am the youngest person here by twenty years). I have heard that [facility name removed] is just as nice for a whole lot less money. I am actually going to give you my phone number, and I would be happy to answer questions. [phone number removed]

My mom was recently evaluated to be a resident at this facility. She qualified. I was contacted multiple times to tell me how great this facility was for her. I told them I would be in today(Friday) to sign and pay. I got all the remaining papers they requested. They informed me they were going to do another evaluation to make sure this was where she needed to be and wasn't over qualified. I had been told in the past they re-evaluate if they resident is hospitalized to see if anything has changed . My mom had not been hospitalized and had no change to her health. 45 minutes later I was called and told she no longer qualifies . There was no reason to do an evaluation and no reason to why she didn't qualify. This is at 3:00 on Friday, she will be dismissed from rehab on Tuesday. This gives no time to start the search over. They mentioned her vision impairment which they were told about from the beginning . This had caused much distress to my mother. I do not recommend.

Very difficult to recoup money when facility does not keep the promises and expectations they give to clients. For example, staff promised a weekend admission and after I arranged several schedules of family to make this happen, other staff said absolutely no weekend admissions. The regional manager refused to refund the [fee removed] we put down for the weekend admission.

I have had a parent there for 4 and a half years. The last year has been nothing but disappointment. There is not enough staff and everyone is always in CYA mode. They no longer notify you immediately when there is an issue. I have received notification as late as 36 hours after a major fall. We are now moving to another facility. Do not waste your money on Memory Care at Heartis Waco.

Living at The Brennity My wife and I moved to the BRENNITY,Melbourne Fl in May of 2018. When we moved into our cottage it was very nice, - people were friendly, employees were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Around the last of November or the first of December everything changed for the worse. Decisions by local managers as well as people from corporate changed our transportation arrangements, we had to wait three weeks to go shopping (at Christmastime!), we could only get free transportation to doctors on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and extreme costs were charged for other trips. The food became noticeably worse and folks began to move out. After a short period of time a group of home office employees came in and had a meeting with all concerned residents. All of the local managers subsequently disappeared, and some of the home office people were assigned to get things in better shape.
