Staff turn-over is extremely high - used to be very good but is falling apart - kind of scary - You never know who is going to be in the front offices - one day they are there and the next day someone new has taken their place - really worried about the direction that corporate is taking-we will see

The head nurse who did the assessment, was really on top of her game! She impressed me the most of the nurses I saw. I wasn't really impressed with the unit upstairs. It was kind of dark and dingey. They had a therapy dog that was kept in the directors office in a cage.

I was so impressed when I first toured emeritus. The place is only a year old so it's very clean and bright. The consultant raved about the food and complimented her caregivers. My MIL has been a resident in the memory care unit since mid October and I'm so frustrated! When I visit there sometimes isn't someone at the front desk. I can count on one hand the number of times the director of the unit has been there. I think she has two positions there and spends most if her time at the other position. The helping staffers are very good to my MIL. They really care about her and she considers them get friends. The food is not wry good and my MIL complains about it constantly. I'm not sure u could recommend this facility to a friend.

Overall I would say they're very clean but there is a huge turnover. They've taken the activities director out of the memory care side so they're just in the assisted living side and they don't have any activities for the memory care folks. The people are really sweet but they don't share information across shifts so I'm constantly having to tell people things again and again. I'm a little frustrated with the activities thing because we're paying good money for that to be a part of the package. It's nice, it's pretty, it's clean and they keep my mother clean and fed which I'm very grateful for but I'm frustrated with the activities.

Very dark in the lobby. Carpets are heavily stained in hallways. Rooms I was shown looked old. It just felt depressing and not at all like the website. Price was higher than nicer places I visited. Marketing director was not available when I toured and the facility director did my tour and definitely lacked some knowledge. Said she would follow up with email on pricing but never did.

The locks on residents doors can be opened by other residents keys, so there is no safety or security for the residents. I found another resident in my husband's room while he was bed ridden. My husband's door was locked. Also their laundry service does not keep residents laundry separate so it disappears.

Asher point sucked. I think asher point was just desperate to get people in there no matter what it took. Is that friend of mine I put in there they were supposed to come and fix his shower cuz it was like a a fall risk for him cuz it had that lip on it all the way around it for like shower doors and they never came and did it they were supposed to clean that place and they didn't clean his room properly I mean other than the cleanliness and the repairing maintenance part of it I guess it could have been good but I don't know I'd give it a 2 star*.

I have called in to you guys stating they need time to reemployee a staff and get things together. The first week she lived there most quit or were fired. Then they fixed the elevator and would forget meals to those who couldn't do stairs. Was so ready to turn them in. We really felt take advantage of. Now wonder they gave us a break on the deposit.

1. 2 really enjoyed all the residents 2. 3 they had a hard time keeping help and went thru many room cleaners. They would come into each room and ask what you wanted them to do. I feel they should plan on cleaning your whole room and if you don't want something they can tell the cleaner. When they ask what you wanted done they had the attitude that they wanted you to say nothing today. To 3. They were friendly enough so I'll give that a 4 4. Quality of care depended on the staff at the time. Some great others not so much. I'll give that a 4 as while I was there the staff was pretty good. 5. Administrati staff was not good. Couldn't keep employees. A lot of people left all kinds of jobs and I attribute that to administrative handling. 6. Food was terrible. Told everyone a new chef was coming and it would be great. It wasn't, perhaps worse. They were out of a lot of things like milk so no cereal. Many people had cereal for dinner as the food was so bad. A lot of people that can afford it bought food so they would have something to eat if meals were bad. Food left a lot to be desired I would give that a 2 7. Not much to offer - bingo 2 or 3 times a week. Residents would get together to play cards sometimes after dinner. Activities director would bring some music groups in, not quite 1 time per month. Had a happy hour 1 time per week but cut alcohol out as some people overdid it, maybe drank before they got there and then had more Never anything more than a couple of chips and some salsa. Pretty bad, I heard the chef (?) used to make apps but not when I was there. Activities could have been much better. I would give that a 3-. 8. Value for money -was over $[removed] per month but left a lot to be desired. My husband was in 3 different units for dementia and had a higher opinion of them. Would give that a 3

The facility was always raising the rent, and kept changing things in the contract after you signed it. The residents were very nice, some staff members were pleasant. You were pretty much on your own. They said they offered light housekeeping but you were lucky to get it due to them not being able to keep staff. Meal times, a lot of time they would run out of things wouldn't have enough for everyone. If you didn't like some that came with the meal you weren't able to take it off!

All the daily care givers are really good to my mom. They have had huge turnover and weeded out the bad ones. The food is bad. They have hired a new chef. All the management has turned over in the last few months. Maintenance is a joke. They have entered med orders incorrectly. Thank goodness it was nothing that would have hurt her. It's been interesting to say the least. I do think they are trying to improve so we will see.

Understaffed many shifts, long waits on call lights many times more than an hour. Poor communication between residents, administration and aides. Room cleaning is very poor. Food is adequate. Activities are ok but not very dynamic. Trouble getting laundry done. Saw cockroach in the building. Trouble getting assistance for a once per week shower. Dining room is understaffed.

This facility is just an apartment building that houses elderly people. They don’t have 24 hr monitoring. They do meals very strangely which takes about 2 hours to feed everyone. Their housekeeping is lack luster or non-existent. My mother had to beg to get someone to clean her apartment. This is supposed to be a feature for all residents. But seems to not happen. Overall, we did not like it and wouldn’t recommend this place. We have since moved her to another facility.

Very unorganized. The room always smelled like urine because they wouldn't change the bed. Did not keep up with incontinence issues. Billing was a mess. The people working there were always so grumpy. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

We've enjoyed the programs, food, and the apartment works well for Mother. However, less than a month after they moved in, the price was raised by [amount removed] Mother also wanted a shower put in where there was a bathtub, for safety. The price gouge of over [amount removed] was horrible. Then, turns out they just put a shell in. They can't add hand bars. The shower is unusable. They now want another [amount removed] to fix that. They don't have a driver for their bus so that perk isn't available. The pool is out of commission and has been since they moved in. The hood vent in the kitchen doesn't work so their menu is limited. Generally, we aren't happy as we feel they are being unfair regarding prices. Many residents are moving out. They have 45 empty units. They are not taking care of basic repairs and maintenance.

Yes, hire more staff so that they can provide the service they advertise and not have to con people into hiring sitters.

Don't do it!! If you are considering moving your loved one to Aberdeen Heights Assisted Living in Tulsa OK, please reconsider. My parent has resided there for almost two years and we have seen a rapid decline during that time. The employees are fired on a whim which is so confusing on the elderly family member who trusts and confides in these individuals. We have seen many employees fired or forced to leave during this two year timeframe. This includes two Executive Directors, the Head Nurse, a couple of Nurse Aides, several Activities Directors, at least one sales Director, several Head Chefs, countless aides, numerous Front Desk workers and others come and go. I understand this may be a common practice for this type of facility, however the problem is mainly due to Sagora hiring inexperienced Executive Directors which led to the majority of these unexpected departures. This kind of turnover is unacceptable and we are currently looking to move our parent to a new facility.

Overall the Brennity is beautiful - the property, the rooms, presentation etc. Sales and the resident manager were nice and did a hell of a sales job. Reality is, the dining experience is TERRIBLE in the AL building: Food is ice cold every single meal; the staff does not replenish drinks or bring condiments, etc; the service takes at least 90 minutes per meal; the portions are tiny and the staff is SO RUDE. Mom still doesn't have a nameplate on her room - 7 weeks later (talk about feeling like an outsider) The beautician quit and they still haven't replaced her (over two months ago) It took mom 2 weeks to get on the SHOWER schedule and it's still inconsistent. If the OT and PT staff wasn't so good to her, we would have moved her before week 3. We are SOO disappointed because dad was planning to join her in the IL cottages. NOT anymore. What a shame.

They have no patience with the residents that need more assistance. We moved mom out. We were not happy with the place.

Heritage Oaks could improve on the food, the management and the doctor response. There could be more availability to the families. They could also have better options for pill management.
