-The food is not good. My mom and her table mates constantly complain about the quality of food. I have eaten with her multiple times, especially in the evening and I agree the food is not good. At my mom's age eating is a social event they enjoy. Bad food is a let down for them. -Came one night and a waiter was smoking outside at the front door. - There is no free wifi available in the rooms and thee should be. It would allow for better care of residents and provide more access to the world. - management is very friendly,

It's really hard on me having to have my husband at Heartis while I am not able to physically go check on him right now. He complains about everything although I felt like I made a good decision when choosing the place. The staff is nice and friendly and the food is really good. The community has lots of activities for the residents as well and I'm hoping to recover soon so that I can give a better rating.

Our experience with Bella Vita was not a long one. I would advise families looking to place a loved one here to be extra thorough when evaluating if this is somewhere that is appropriate in terms of care. They evaluated my loved one and said it would be fine, but they did not provide anywhere near the level of care he needed.

I think that the Fox Run Estates could definitely improve on a couple of things here and there around the facility. But that is about all I have to say about the place really, it is a decent facility for my loved one.

More housekeeping staff would be nice - staff is very helpful! Have been here sense beginning and have had some ruff spots but seems to be getting better - food could be improved - P.S. Wendee is very helpful P.S. Rick in marketing is great!

Things are beginning to change for the better! Hopefully, we will continue to see many more improvements. Better food!! Kudos to Rick, Rebecca, and Wendy!

I have good interaction with the staff at Copper Lake Estates. According to my mother they are only on good behavior when I am around. I like the set up of the facility. I always thought it was clean. The food is decent. Their response time could use improving. If mom wants a pain killer she has to click on her necklace call button and it takes 45 minutes to an hour for someone to get to her. Sometimes mom falls and has to wait there an hour. I would like to see them have a call button for an emergency and a non emergency. That's my main complaint. She has a beautiful view lake view. She loves to look out her window.

They are allowing people to smoke inside the facility, so it makes it difficult for people that have issues with breathing. They only charge people $50 a month to be able to smoke inside their room and I just do not think it is safe for those on oxygen or breathing issues. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean (except for the smell of smoke in the carpet and walls).

I thought Fox Run Estates was a very nice place overall. The facility itself is well kept and clean, the people are friendly, and they have a lot to provide for the residents. Unfortunately the food really soured the whole experience for me, it just really is not very good. Normally small portions would be a complaint as well, but in this case I think it may be a positive. If they could just fix the food this place would be a 5 for me.

when I moved here I was told that it had a diabetic friendly menu but this is not true they have astrics next to the foods that are high in fat and sugar but do not offer any replacement foods to balance their meals. the managers are friendly but change every couple of months.

Nice facility, but didn't see any of the tenants socializing outside of their rooms.

This facility is good for mom, but only for assisted living and they do not have any availability.

My loved one did not like being in the apartment by herself. She likes having a roommate. It was just very costly. They charged us 2500 just for the 2 days that she was there. I thought that was way too expensive. The facility was very clean. Everything seemed to be okay. It's just that my loved one did not like it there. The value was not good at all. It's just way too costly. The Waterford at Miracle Hills was not that great.

Assisted living with reminders, select an apartment, base rate, then assessment to determine the level of care. Studio apartment $2550, semi private $1530 sleeping in same room. plus reminder services $400 per month. no semi private available. now would go on a waitlist. similar to hospital room room with curtain down the room. Independant living - house keeping, activity director, with home health care OK. $2940. RN will to an assessment to determine the level of care. level 2 care. salon, community $2250 one time fee, community fee. month to month, 30 day notice. one year lock in, cost of living increase in January, 1-5% annually. 1 bedroom $2900 independent living.

We were initially under the impression that a nurse would be there at all times, and that is not the case. That being the case, our experience has not been what we expected in the care services department. It is a nice place for what it is, but for someone who needs 24/7 care all the time it is not what I would hope for. It would have been nice if there had been a better screening process up front to determine our needs and make sure we are set up in the best manner possible to fulfill them.

My loved one really likes it, but I wouldn't recommend it. It really should be labelled an independent living place. There are a lot of extra charges for more care if they need more things, and they will send you out to the hospital for the smallest things. The apartments are large so that is a plus, and it's clean, and my loved one is happy, even if we aren't.

Understaffed- slow response time to emergency button calls. No RN on duty= unqualified activity director- many safety concerns- small number of compassionate staff members. Food adequate. Do not follow special diet needs.

The staff is very friendly at first and then come busy days when assistance is spotty. . She has really benefited from Mike in physical therapy. A few more of the staff members are kind and compassionate, but certainly not all. Laura and her two daughters; Quanah, and Joyce will do whatever it takes to make my mother comfortable. Staffing cuts have really affected care, especially on the weekends. A new chef has joined the staff during the last month and food quality has plummeted. They serve large portions of meat but not many cooked vegetables. Mother has had times of illness when she could not come to the dining room. If she does not call to remind them to bring a plate, it just doesn't come and she goes hungry. I wish I had known all of this sooner.

Overall pleased. Lots of employee turnover. No registered nurse available. Most employees are CNAs .
