With a community I feel like you get what you pay for with my mother I felt that there was just different care needed. Nothing negative about the community at all just not the right fit for our loved one.

Things have declined since we put my mother in law in here. The common areas are kept very nicely, but the residents apartments are lacking on cleanliness. The food started out really great but it has gone downhill, the portions are considerably smaller and the quality is not as good, we have heard residents complaining to management about it. They are priced well compared to other facilities that we saw. I would tell others to make sure to address any issues that come up.

The food is not good due to the portion size. Bingo, volleyball, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from. The staff are not as helpful as they should be towards the residents.

Our family had an in person tour and the people we met with were lovely, and the meals were fantastic. However it is an old facility, the carpets are worn and torn and the cooperation just has not kept up with the interior.

I walked in and immediately knew this was not the place. The carpets were all super dirty throughout the facility. The rooms were smaller and not as up to date as some other places we looked into. It reminded me of an old nursing home, very institutional.

Our family had an in person tour and everyone we met was very nice.

The community is going through a rough patch. They've had a change of staff, busted pipe and non working hot water heater. Bingo, and music playing are some of the activities available for the residents.

Don't go there unless they do staff changes. Food isn't geared around people with health issues. There needs to be more healthy options.

Has become more of an assisted living facility than a senior retirement facility. So many needing aides. Can get run over by motorized chairs, furniture in bad shape in dining room and great room. Staff and food-ok.

I was not very impressed with this community and it was not the fit for my loved one.

Unfortunately, since the advent of the Covid-19, this places seems to operate at operation chasos 24/7 - to not make any mistakes [according to corp.] - so as not to lose their management jobs here at Lakeshore Estates. Now we are all working very diligently to get back to some reasonable level of normal. However, corporate keeps stepping in the way.

When we toured they had just changed ownership. The facility needed renovations, but they said that was happening in the upcoming months. The rooms that I saw would not be appropriate for someone using a walker, it was far away from everything. It was also more expensive for the same room size as another facility that we looked into.

This is closer to skilled nursing than it is to assisted living. There is not much for the residents to do. They do not have many activities for the residents. The people in the office are friendly but could be more organized and the staff that work the floor are friendly.

There are a lot of problems. Rooms are not being cleaned, the food has been terrible. Things have seemed to be improving in the last 2-3 weeks

They do not provide what is sold to you. To my understanding they have one of the best memory care units however, it is still lacking in care. The staff need more training for a memory care unit, with Alzheimer and dementia patients.

I did not like this facility as much. It seemed not as good as the facility I went with. It reminded me more of rehab than independent living.

This community was a sister community to another place my loved one had been. When was on the tour she was not listening to me and it made me not want to go there.

Bellarose Senior Living is a beautiful gorgeous facility and they do offer a lot of activities, however they do seem to have trouble keeping staff members. The meals are terrible so those could use improvements

Didn't feel like home for my loved one.
