The services are way over priced for what you actually get. Mostly I found the workers sent to me slow, unmotivated, and not ready interested in the job.

The facility/staff is welcoming. The residents seem happy. The facility is very clean. My MIL likes the food. We got off to a bad start because instead of sending someone in person to do an assessment on my MIL then did it by a zoom call. Within 2 days in assisted living they moved her to memory care. I would insist on a in-person assessment. After moving her to memory care the cost went up $[removed]/month. There's no as many activities in memory care compared to assisted living. My recommendation is try to get a person with dementia into assisted living before they need to go to memory care as soon as possible. The adjustment into memory care would be so much easier.

We are still getting them acclimated and have had some new medical issues so still hoping it gets better. They are understaffed and their new resident procedures leave a lot to be desired. Sometimes takes 2-3 hours for them to respond to the push of button to get help.

Staff is different daily, No stability. Housekeeping is poor. The move in was not good. Meals were poor, especially in Memory Care. Improvement needed in all areas, except the Director and Concierge. I could not recommend this facility.

I think the only thing that I would tell future families is that there is no Director. That means there's no one to help explain anything. Also, the previous Director told us that residents have access to transportation during the week. That's also untrue. There is only one day (maybe two) out of the week that residents can get rides to places. And that's when the driver isn't on vacation or hasn't called in.

I believe they were a great place. It was clean, friendly people. I just don't think that they got back with the patients fast enough when they pressed their buttons for needing help.

Rosewood is going through a transition from Holiday to Atria right now. Also renovations. New residents don't get all the help they need. . They are short handed they say. Feel they are in over their heads but they are trying. Care? This is an independent life facility. There is no "care". Food is acceptable but service is poor. Food always cold. Not enough help. Activities are average. But they are trying. Value, hard to put a number to but I would make the move even if I had known what I know now. Over all I like my new home at this time.

Staff: Independent Care...Outgoing and friendly... HOUSEKEEPING: maid service can be intermittent...public areas are maintained well. Entire facility is being remodeled. Paint, carpet, lobby furnishings. COMMUNICATION WITH FAMILY: families visit most anytime, apartments available for staying over, emergency contacts are kept on all residents. Communication is open. Move-in process was very easy companies most used are excellent in the move-in process. MEALS... average mostly buffet style. Get there early. IMPROVEMENTS: Upper management needs a more hands on approach to dining services.. training. RECOMMENDATION: I have talked with others and studied media of other living facilities and find that for the money at this time, can't be beat. There's always room for improvement.

Sagora continues to raise our rates without needed repairs and upgrades. The staff is great and the neighborhood is wonderful, but I’m disappointed in the lack of concern for comfort. We have repeatedly asked for these considerations with little response.

The staff was very caring. The facility is older and My dad uses an electric wheelchair chair full time and his room was not big enough for him to easily navigate. My dad is old school on food and he felt like there were some problems with the food and food service. The residents seemed older and less active. Dad would have liked to have more activities like music programs, dominoes,cards, and Maybe a bible study group.

Staff was professional, but communication between Medtechs, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director with family needs A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT. We would get charges for prescriptions and were not informed what for or that NP had/had not seen our senior. Staff lost important ER paperwork & then told us to get copies ourselves. Clearly had not reviewed the ER paperwork before doing another needs assessment & raising the care rates to the max w/no notice.

Although scheduled, I did not move into the Renaissance because before I could, I was diagnosed with a reoccurrence of breast cancer. Of course this was unexpected. After much thot I decided I would recuperate much better in my home. I sent a message to [name removed], notifying him of my decision & why & asking if any of my initial deposit money could be refunded. He not only said no but that I still owed [fee removed] for the 90 day notice I was supposed to give before vacating. I've already been charged [fee removed] & [name removed] said there'd be one more charge of unknown amount. It'll be whatever's left "in the system". This has been a very expensive mistake. To be sure, I will never recommend your establishment to anyone I meet who's looking to move into a Senior Living facility. My experience indicates that making the most money takes precedence over caring at the Renaissance

It's clean. Some staff is attentive. Lots of turnover in only 2 months. Fit my parent's' budget

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Parkwood Meadows. The facility is nicely maintained, it's simply showing it's age in places and could use some TLC. Especially for the cost. They also do not deliver food to the residents' rooms. Just a couple of observations as an outsider.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Brentwood Estates. The chef was supposed to call me weeks ago. Never called. It took 3 weeks to get my loved one's fall call button and 4 weeks before his room was cleaned. It was supposed to be done weekly. They continue to serve him pork, though we requested that they not do this. You need a strong manager to get the whole place in shape. Desk staff has been very dismissive of our questions. Very disappointed. [Name removed], who showed us the facility, was very nice and accommodating. Since then, it's been downhill all the way. Management isn't present, nor are they proactive. The place needs help!

Overall good, but memory care staff not as good. Picked them because closer to my sister and she heard good reviews about it. Handling diabetes is great, but with new staff, a big learning curve, so not as good at present.

Since they changed ownership it has really changed with the meals, activities, and staff along with the price has gone up that most can't afford so they have moved out.At the time mom chose Rocky Ridge it was the overall looks and amenities the price was reasonable compared to others facilities in the area.

Quality of care - The reason I gave this a lower score is: there seems to be only one person for care upstairs and one downstairs. I believe most people never coming out of their rooms are on the first floor, so it would make sense they have 2 people each shift for downstairs. This is why when buttons are pushed, it takes awhile to get help. Most people are friendly but have been a couple that obviously do t like their job and it shows.

The experience has been okay. I picked this community because of the price, location and gut feeling. Overall, I would recommend to others.
