My husband is at this beautiful community. The decor is very nice. They treat him very well, very caring. They are just always understaffed. This is one of the reasons I chose Waterview I was told there would be 1 caregiver per every 4 residents. And the other reason is the room set up opens up into the common area where the staff is. I feel more comfortable this way. They try to engage him to join the daily activities. The dining area is nice and the food is good. I also wish they would do his laundry quicker and not to put wet soiled clothes in the basket.

We toured Heartis and were very impressed. It's a beautiful property and is close by, but my loved one was worried about what would happen to her if her care needs increased. They don't have all levels of care here, and she was hoping for a place where she could settle and grow without having to move communities if she needed higher care.

When I toured this community it was nice and clean. The staff was friendly on our tour. They were helpful in answering all our questions. But we chose a different community.

I find it hard to rate this community as my loved ones have not been here very long. They seem to be pleased with the change. The staff have been helpful. The food is good and there is a good variety of options. The community is clean and my loved ones have started to participate in the daily activities.

This looked like a beautiful community when we visited. The people we met seemed friendly and helpful. They offer some nice amenities including a beauty shop and a game room. This community just did not seem to be the right fit for my loved one

For the most part my mother seems to be enjoying her time here in this community. It is a nice facility, and I'am pretty satisfied with her move here. I haven't had much interaction with the staff, but the security gentlemen I encountered have been polite, and kind. At the moment they are working on fixing something that is causing a bad odor around the community. I would say the room could use some updating. However she is in good, safe community, and I would recommend it .

This community looked beautiful and shiny from the outside and when you first walk in. The person at the front desk however did not seem very welcoming. The person that took us on tour was nice. This community was a little more expensive than what we were looking for. They do charge for additional services as they are needed. The rooms were not very big and it felt like an institution.

Our tour and initial information were very helpful. The facility is well appointed and the majority of the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, our family members moved in the week Brennity of Fairhope was going through some administrative changes which created some confusion and communications were mishandled. The food has been less than advertised, but we've been assured it will improve due to the hiring of a new culinary director. We are hopeful and this week should see improvements. The location is great and they have lots of activities. We hope that our family members become more involved and better acquainted with the facility and staff in the near future. The apartment is very nice and their view of the courtyard is lovely.

Very Nice tour, but not the one for us.

This tour was not what we were wanting. It had a feeling of being in a hotel and not a comfortable environment. The management was helpful to answer the questions on the care that is given.This did not have a comfortable atmosphere.They offer nice activities

When I toured Hartis Eagle Mountain, I was not pleased with the tour. I'm not sure if the lady was new, but she did not know much about the facility. The place itself was clean and decorated well, but it was not the best fit for my father at the moment.

The staff at the Renaissance was nice, bit not as friendly as other places we toured. When we went in for lunch, they sat us alone in a table facing away from the community. It was not as warm and friendly as other places. Also, the rooms were tiny! you could not fit a bed and dresser in there.

The transitioning to the community has been a little hard for my mother. It helps that the care staff that are around are very nice and have great communication. My mother has been participating in some activities, so it's good to know that she likes them. The meals could use better taste and there could be more variety offered.

The community didn't do over night stay which is one of the main services i was looking for. The staff were nice and attentive. The community was fairly new, so they were still working on updating some services to it. The tour guide was smart and provided me with all the necessary information that i needed.

My wife and i are both residing in the community. So far it has been kept clean and everything put in place. Some of the meals that we have had have not been good a wide variety would be nice so we could choose what we like. My wife and i have been participating in some of the activities that are offered on site. I would recommend the community the staff has been nice with us and the communication has been great.

I toured this community for my friend and it was decent. From what I saw the community looked well-kept. The staff was kind and friendly. They answered my questions and were very informative. I didn't feel they were able to provide the level of care my friend needed. It was a decent tour, but not the place for my friend.

My mom moved in to a beautiful, clean apartment. Took a few too many days to hook up the cable that was guaranteed; still waiting on name plates for her box. For the most part, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lakestone is a wonderful community. Beautiful lakefront, great food, close to shopping & friendly staff.

The staff was really nice and caring with Vicki the sales person being the most helpful. We had several meals in the dining room prior to our move in, the food was great. However, it takes one and a half hours to sometimes almost two to get served lunch. I am not a table sitter. The facility is beautiful and well maintained inside and out. The fact that there is only one elevator is inconvient and sometimes time consuming to use. We live on the 3rd floor and I choose to use the stairs as much as possible. The facility is close to resturants, shopping, entertainment, etc which is a big plus for us. We love our two bedroom unit and feel it very comfortable and homey. A couple of issues with pricing policies on the community fees. They were raised from $ 2,000 to $ 2,700, which is extremely high. Would be curious to know when that took effect. Another issue, we were told that the base price of the unit was $ 2,049 as we had written down information when my wife called, but when processing in the office we were informed that it was $ 2,099, fifty dollars more. Last issue was the fact that we informed the office staff we were not moving in until sometime in May. We signed our agreement/contract on the 25th of April and were charged for one day in April in addition to the month of May. I felt that was "gouging" a bit. We both wanted this facility and its location, so we accepted the aforementioned. Overall we are extremely happy to have made the decision to move here and are enjoying the life style.

Things are going pretty well for my mother here at Oakwood she seems to have adjusted well. The community is very clean and well kept, no problems there. The staff has been really helpful and kind to my mother and are always willing to help. I have been to have dinner with her a few times and the food is okay not the best but okay. She seems happy here she even got herself a boyfriend now which is nice to see. If you are in the area I would recommend for you to take a look at this community it is very nice.
