My aunt just does not participate in any of the activites but I'm sure they're very good. She's doing pretty well but she still thinks she's going to get to go home. So far, it's gone very well. They were very friendly and the people that I talked to are all very knowledgeable. They always keep me informed of what's going on so I appreicate that. It is turning out to be more expensive than we thought it would be.

My wife and I moved in only a month ago, but we're pretty pleased with them. They have cottages as well as apartments, and the cottages are bigger than the apartments. The grounds and the building are very well maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They get a 5 out of 5. We're happy with the value that we're getting for our money. The activities calendar appears to be full. Again, we have a limited experience so far, but we're happy.

The staff here at Mirabella is really friendly and the residents seemed really happy. This was one of our top two communities. The only reason we ended up choosing a different one was because of the price. This community was a little more expensive but it’s because they offer a higher level of care like assisted living, compared to the other community we chose which are like senior apartments. Overall this is a very good community and would have been a good choice as well.

It is a great community with really nice and friendly staff. We have had some issues here and there, mainly financial ones. Would recommend you ask a lot of questions when inquiry about cost and when they provide you with a price would recommend you try to get it in writing. Ask questions about prices for pets, when the payment is due and how long it takes to qualify for Medicaid benefits. Overall we are very happy with the care of our loved one and would recommend this community to anyone.

I've been very impressed by the care and respect shown to my Mother. When searching for a place for her I had many reservations and fears- will she be treated kindly, will she be respected, will she be taken advantage of, will her surroundings be pleseant. At Lakeshore Estates all of my fears where relieved. This is a very nice, clean, beautifully decorated community. The first thing I looked for when I entered was a bad smell- There was NONE! When I think of Lakeshore Estates Elegance comes to mind. A kind staff! Thoughtful managers ! I have been very pleased and thankful that my mother is in a safe, clean, nice, elegant and affordable environment. If you are looking for a place for your loved one you've got to check this place out!

We chose Mirabella because my step mother liked it. We had been looking at communities for years and she finally found one she actually liked. They offer a two bedroom apartment that also has two bathrooms. The apartment has a small kitchen and a nice size living room. When you first walk in the front door it has a great atrium really pleasing to the eye. The landscaping is beautiful and very well maintained. We are very please with the choice and would recommend it to anyone.

One of the first places I visited. I met a resident there who absolutely loved the place. It looked very elegant, however their smallest unit was beyond our price range, so I didn't tour the apts.

We chose Aberdeen Heights after looking at about a half dozen other places. Aberdeen Heights was the best facility we could find for our situation.

very nice place for senior living but not sure about focus on dementia care

Very nice property, with great amenities. For our situation, I just think that the place would be easier to navigate for someone a little younger than 90. The distance from the available rooms to the elevators was a little too far, and everything is a tad bit spread out for our current situation. However, I think I would love to live there, too bad I'm not retired!!

Seemed to me like this was another very nice property. It had every amenity that you would expect, and everything was in good shape. I would certainly feel good about placing my mother here. Staff seemed to know residents and everyone seemed happy. Food looked and smelled delicious, we were there during lunch.

Really liked Prestonwood Court.

My parents lived here for a year. This is a wonderful place for minimal needs person.

this facility is very nice and appealing, a close second to Sterling but we need the locked facility for my Dad's stability and to prevent him from wondering off and getting lost.

First one visited this day. Older building but refurbished. Bright and friendly. Like this best of the three visited today.

Both asssisted living and memory care. Nice place - good staff.

Small kitchenettes. A/C in living room, heater in bedroom, wall circulation fan between bedroom and living room. Facility maintenance issues. Dark rooms.
