We visited this place and they were kind of uppity. One of the workers gave one of the residents a side hug and someone said, "that wasn't very appropriate." I don't want to be anywhere where hugs are looked down on, who doesn't like a hug.

The facilities look great and I have really enjoyed meeting everyone so far.

I visited it on the 6th, not the 5th. Lots of natural light; wide hallways. Residents seemed engaged with each other at lunch time. Liked the floor plans offered the best. However, I can't see my mom living in any of the three places visited. It's not the facilities; it's mom.

They are great, the people are very good very attentive. They could be a little more firm with the rules instead of leaving it up to the family to enforce. They should offer some counseling as some of the residents are going through a difficult time. Bri is outstanding, she was a CNA and now she is the activities director, she is there all the time and always smiling and very upbeat. Carolyn is very attentive and she is the head nurse, and she is really good. The food is amazing! I would give them a five for that. The director and the nurse came to the house to assess and talk to my parents, which I thought was wonderfully helpful.

This was more independent than my loved one could handle. The rooms had microwaves and refridgerators. We needed memory care and that wing was full, but even that was triple the price we had been quoted at another place, plus level of care, that would likely go up. It was a nice place and all, just wasn't right for our needs.

Valerie was a very friendly greeter and introduced me to all the people she passes by. She had invited me to the 'Year of the Horse' type dinner and I met a lot of nice people. Their Independent living is one building and the assisted living is in a separate building. It would be a good choice for anyone.

Visted a sister place under construction L Westmore in north ft worth. Upcale looks great,lots of amenities I would not use and priceies to.

Are in processing of having my father-in-law transferred to Rio Terra. Thanks for your help.

The overall experience seems to have help my mother. The security, medical and nutrition seems good. The activities at the facility are very good. The residents go to museums and to different shops. They have movies at the Memory care and they celebrate birthdays and holidays. This facility is very new and has only been opened for about 11 months. There has been some management and care provider turnover. Services have not suffered that I can tell.

This place is great! The staff and management really care about the people that live there. The fact that the meals are served like in a restuarant is a big plus. They get to chose from 3 different items and from personal experience tastes wonderful. The rooms are nice and comfortable

We stopped in and had dinner at the Brentwood estates(by the way it was very good). we found the staff to be very helpful and freindly but it did not satisfy the care needs we were looking for, it seems there was not too much help for the residents. Although I would have to say from a budget standpoint it was very affordable living.

The executive Manager and Marketing Lady were very helpful in making the changes we requested to make living here more comfortable. The Executive Manager is a Hands on Manager. Not only is his office door open, but he circulates among the residents and solicits opinions. And calls the residents by their names. The food is well prepared and seasoned. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. They knew our names after the first day. The chef is willing to answer questions or listen to suggestions. A map in each room shows the closest place to go in case of fire or Tornado. Each room door has to be locked by the residents key. No one can be accidently locked out of their room. A well rounded schedule of activities, including on weekends. I am still unpacking and have not had time to participate in any of the activities. The other residents are a mixed group. Some friendly and some not so friendly. One good aspect is the Assisted Living Unit is in a separate building and does not share any of our Community space, as they did where I lived previously. A few of the residents do need to be over in Assisted Living. The Lobby needs sofas that are easier to get off of.

It's been a good experience so far. It's clean and they are friendly. The food is good, my parents like it. The community is anxious to hear what we think, and to make sure we are happy. We liked that we could work with medicare after they had been there a while.

This was really nice, I really liked it. The staff were very friendly, and the decorations were super nice. It was more assisted than what we needed. They seemed like the most organized location of the places we went to. The lady who was in charge seemed more on top of things than the others we came across.

This is a nice community, it's a very pretty place, and the staff are friendly and caring. One issue my loved one had a lot of complaints about was the assigned seating for meals, she'd rather be free to pick who she sits with, and the way it worked out for her initially was she ended up at a rather empty table. Not long after moving in a situation arose where my loved one needed to go to the hospital, and we are not pleased with the price we are having to pay to keep her room reserved while she is not there, but we really have no choice.

So far the staff and facility has been nice. My mother seems to like it.

We were very impressed with the facility and services, however it is rather remote as compared to HV, and he would be limited by the distance to the Thomas Hospital wellness Center for fitness programs. This facility is a possibility.

Very nice. No two bedroom available. Waiting list for two bedroom with three families on it. Would let nj & gd 'camp-out in memory care in a companion suite but if the suite was needed they would be moved.

Smaller 50 residents. Older facility. 6600 with basic level of care.
