Overall I think they do a good job at Bella Vita. It is a nice looking, well kept, clean facility, and the staff all seem friendly and caring. However, like most of these places, they seem a bit overworked and understaffed. The aides are always in a hurry, and the receptionist is always handling a call when I visit. That aside, they do take good care of the residents, and they are a nice place overall.

So far things have gone well with Westmore Senior Living. It's a new, nice looking place, and all of the staff I have spoken with have been friendly and professional. The only real issue I have noticed is that it seems to be somewhat lacking when it comes to activities.

They are doing fine. She is very happy there. I don't have any concerns.

Everything is going fairly well. Tracy was the director when we first decided to move in, she was excellent and one of the reasons I chose Walnut Creek. Cindy is the director that replaced her, and she is very good too. Mom actually likes it here. The food is good, and she says the girls are just excellent there, they will even knock on the door and ask if they can vacuum for her. She says that everything is very clean and she is very picky. The only problem we have had, is a little bit of push back from the R.N., she is new, and there may have been a lag in communication, about policies, and how things are done. Other than that we really haven't had any issues.

Things are working out well. They are doing a good job. I don't have any concerns or complaints at this time. We are very happy with them, so far.

They were as nice as can be and I liked the place. I liked the apartment. I had eaten lunch when I came to visit, the man who ran the kitchen came and said hello and knew my name. Lots of people came to introduce themselves, it was very nice. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to go there, it was an insurance issue. It's a lovely place.

They are all very friendly at The Brennity at Tradition. The staff is very forthcoming with all the essential information - they do a really do a great job keeping me informed. The only small complaint I have is that there was a miscommunication on the meal plan. I am not sure if that was an issue on my side or theirs. It's a very nice facility. Of the four places I took the time to look at and investigate, The Brennity at Tradition was the best.

Things have gone very well with Heritage Place! Everyone here has been so nice to my parents! The staff are all helpful and so friendly! It's a nice looking, well kept community, and you get a very large room for the price! My one suggestion is that they could train their weekend staff a little better. My parents moved in on a weekend and there were a few things they had to wait until Monday to get set up.

There are some issues. They are trying hard and most of them are friendly, but not always confident. It's clean, we don't have any concerns with the cleanliness. There is always a rotating staff. We had some real issues at first, we sat down with a couple of managers. They wear pendants here, and there have been multiple occasions where the pendant was pushed, and it took an inordinate amount of time to come and help. Some are better than others, I think there is a flaw in the system. The food is probably a five, nicely presented, and it's good. You have to pay what you have to pay, it's not a great value, and I have to pay for extra help with an outside agency. It presents itself very well, it's new and great looking. It's a great place, but they just got acquired and there are some issues to be worked out.

My mother stayed at the Stonefield and has gone through some surgeries and complications, but the staff at the Stonefield has been very helpful and friendly. There is a mother and daughter team, they are so caring and nice. My mom really likes them and so do we. They have a great a physical therapy program and the therapists are great. It's a nice place and nice people, but we just feel that there should be more care. My mom should not have to ask for meals. Overall, I would say, it's a great place to live during the week.

The place is very safe, in a very good location. There are fewer neighbors, and solicitors. It's in a secure apartment building. It is independent living, but you can pay for additional services such as medication administered. The activities need improvement. Some activities sounded better than they turned out to be. For instance, an art class, turned out to be crafts. It's been a great move.

It's very clean. It's more spacious than most, they have a lot of open seating areas. They have plenty of activities, and I hear from mom that the food the is awesome, I would say that part is a five. Communication among themselves could be improved, as well as the communication with the family. They will tell mom something, and I might not know for a while if at all. They had the availability when we were looking. The atmosphere is the one that felt the most like home, they were head and shoulders above the rest on that.

My sister just moved in, so I can't rate activities. One thing I really liked was the idea that you could eat any time from 11 to 7; you weren't tied to a schedule. However it may cut into opportunities to socialize, if everyone isn't eating at the same time. The atmosphere feels good. I could see myself living there, and being happy. People and decor there both contribute to this. Everything there made me feel good. They have activities, such as shopping, bridge, all kinds of things. There was always something to do.

I have been a resident here at Adante for the past six months and have been well pleased with everything here.

Overall, the care in the MC unit is great. There are times when an extra staff member would help, especially at meal times. Some of the residents require more assistance to eat and it seems like it is a time that residents are more susceptible to falls. The staff is and has always been loving and caring, and to us, that means so much. We are very grateful for Adante and the care they provide.

I really like the layout of this facility. Residents with some dementia would not have much trouble navigating the hallways. There were some nice outdoor areas, but a little less than I had hoped. Nice indoor workout facility and pool with staff to assist residents.

Still under construction. Rooms good size. Nice finishing touches so far.

Things are going very well at U S Memory Care. We are pleased to see all the new staff. Hopefully the new staff will communicate effectively with the management to get the right people the recognition they deserve and the training that needs to be done. Keep up the good work guys.
