We recently moved my mom in and have had a good experience. Staff is knowledgeable, answers questions. The care giving is good and the residents are well taken care of.

My father has been at the Renaissance for over a month. When touring the facilities, be stated more than once that he felt more comfortable there than anywhere else. Barbara and Mary have been extraordinary in there attention to the residents and to detail. Requests for maintenance/repairs have been answered quickly. My father likes the range of activities available. The staff and residents have been very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the Renaissance.

I was very impressed with HEARTIS. It turned out that my mother was past the point of assisted living and needed another solution. But they were all very wonderful and it is a very nice place. The only thing I can think of where they might could improve would be with the activities. I think that might be due to them not being adequately staffed, and/or possibly them being so new.

The maintenance is very slow. Other than that, the people are friendly, and it's a nice place. The food isn't bad, it isn't great either, but it's not bad. It's really just the maintenance that is the only problem.

Overall we are pleased with how things have gone with Mirabella! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful!

This is a good facility . My mother is thriving there. I like the fact that it is bright and airy. The staff is nice. This community has had a lot of changes in the last month. The people here have been very good. This is a great place. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living community in Round Rock, TX. I am very pleased with Parkwood Meadows and my mother is doing great at this facility.

I would recommend this community if someone can afford it. My overall rating of Pecan Point is 4 stars. I rate the Cleanliness 5 stars, I rate the Friendliness 5 stars, I rate the value 4 stars, I rate the Care Services 4 stars, and I rate the activities 4 stars. The best things about Pecan Point is their Friendliness and The Cleanliness. The staff and residents are very friendly. This is a good facility.

i would recommend the location is very very neat and clean in side and out the staff is very friendly and make sure that you are taking car of i rated the friendliness a 5 star rating the over all rating was a 4 star to me but its a good community

Over the top. Beautiful facility. Met with Donny Veal, Executive Director as Dawn was double booked. Very nice tour. Would highly recommend this facility to others. Out of our price range.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one, and I thought Westmore Senior Living looked like a very nice place, overall! The facility is brand new, well kept, and seemed very clean! The staff were all very friendly and professional, and it looked like the residents were happy and well cared for.

The Independent living side was very nice, the people were very happy there, the rooms were big, and they have lots of staff. However the Assisted Living portion, I was unimpressed. They were actually having an open house, and I just ended up there. The person giving the tour wasn't very familiar with the assisted living side, so they couldn't answer all of my questions. They are a huge community. I wasn't impressed with the rooms, they were on the smaller side, and some of them doubled up. I saw a person out front kinda slumped over in a wheel chair. I would have thought that since they were having an open house that it would be at its very best. They have had some struggles. And are going through a transition, with an owner change. I would have to say the smell was the worst part, I couldn't say if someone just had an accident or if it smelled that way all the time, but it seemed to be throughout the entire wing. I don't feel this would be a good fit for my mom.

Moved my mother into Brennity last November. Took a few weeks for her to adjust. She has made new friends and is very happy to live there. She especially likes to exercise in the pool. The rent for independent living is a little high, especially when the basic cable is added in at an additional $100 a month. Wish they had free Wi-Fi at this facility. Staff is very friendly and nice to the residents. Very clean facility.

I lived here for a time, and while there are definitely a few areas they could improve I think overall they did a nice job here.The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the food could use a lot of work, it was not very good. They also could stand to improve their transportation service, it wasn't very reliable and there was not much within walking distance.

My parents moved in here and they seem to be pretty happy with it. I don't really get any complaints. Everything seems to be working out just fine, and they are content. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

I have lived at Eastdale Estates since December 16, 2014. For the most part, my experience has been pleasant and I am content! The management teams are 24/7, are friendly, helpful, and willing to help. I at a time when the Activity Leader was off work due to illness and remains off. A few weeks ago we got a temporary activities leader for the interim. Also, since last month, there has been a vacancy for a primary management team - ongoing. I hope that once the facility has filled these positions there will be less chaos and more cohesiveness. There have been rumors of a buyout! There are some seniors who should be in an assisted living and not here (personal opinion)! I would recommend Eastdale Estates to anyone interested in a Senior Independent Living facility!

Toured at lunch time, and residents in assisted living were thoroughly enjoying lunch and friendships. Apartments needed some repairs. Memory care wing was nice, but for the price we have seen better accommodations. Residents seemed very well cared for, and staff seemed attentive.
