They have a good program and nice entertainment. I like it so far, it's very nice here, everyone is very friendly. It's pretty clean, they do housekeeping once a week. The food is okay. Overall it's pretty okay.

My 98 year old father-in-law has been at the Brennity at Vero Beach for 6 weeks. I am very please with his experience. He is in the assisted living section with the highest level of care. He has his own room with his own furnishings. The people are very nice and attentive. I love how when he needs help (and it is often) he presses the button and it goes to a personal beeper on the aides hip. They can find him wherever he is one the premises. There are many activities so he is not sitting in his room. So far it has been a wonderful experience.

It's going pretty well. It's kept very clean, and the staff is really nice. Communication could be improved a little, they could call us more often to relay information. There is plenty to do, and the food is good. Over all I think we have had a really good experience here.

Good tour. Large room. Reasonably priced. Warm, friendly staff. Older facility, but OK.

It's very clean. The staff is very friendly. There aren't really any complaints about the food. There was a little bit of a rough start, but that may have just been our circumstances. We liked the location, it's one of the reasons we chose it.

Beautiful facility, and their memory care unit was very nice. No grouping as far as I could tell and most of the amenities wouldn't be used by the memory care residents.

Things are going great with Rosewood Estates, my loved one is so much happier here! It's a clean, well kept, nice looking place, and the staff have all been wonderful so far! The managers are super, and have really bent over backwards to help her settle in. They even offered to help her box up and move all her things! The only real issue we've run into is that their transportation vehicle does not accommodate wheelchairs or scooters, so we are having to look into other transportation options.

Overall things we're pleased with how things are going with The Brennity at Melbourne! It's a very nice looking community, and they do a great job keeping everything looking clean and well kept. For the most part the staff have all been very friendly, professional, and caring. Some of the newer and younger caregivers are still have some learning to do, but the service overall has been good. They also do a great job with the care, although they could be better about listening to the desires of the family regarding their loved ones care. I've felt like the doctors have pushed a bit too hard for the types of care they want, as opposed to what the family wants. They also do a good job with the activities. They're a fairly new facility but they are obviously putting a lot of effort into building a great activities program. One thing we've been a bit disappointed in is the food, however. They really sold the food during the sales phase, but from what we've experienced so far it can be very hit or miss. Sometimes it is great, but there have been some outright bad meals as well. But overall we are pleased with The Brennity. We know it is a newer community, and there are a lot of things they are still working on.

My loved one loves the community and wishes she’d moved there when she first moved to town – she would have saved a lot of money. There has been a bit of turn over. The washing machines are only available during certain times – not during the week.

The big deficient was that the food was very high in carbs with large portions. Such a diet can lead to obesity and there were plenty of residents with this concern. They also had really high pressure marketing - with you have to did it today kind of pressure.

They had activities here, but I couldn't get him to get involved in anything. It was brand new and modern. The staff were wonderful, for the most part. I felt that they were overworked. When we first got there the receptionist would look up and greet us, then they started piling more and more work, they wouldn't look up because they were so intent on getting the job done. As the family of a resident I would think it would be more important to pay attention to the families. The food was good and it was clean. I saw a lot of change in the staff, something like 4 directors in two years. There was a lot of undercurrent going on there, I was there often and I think I heard about more than what you would see on the surface. There was some [removed] going on as well.

A beautiful, new community. Wendy was very nice, professional and helpful. At this time I can not see my Dad being there.

The staff is very friendly, they have been really good, and very easy to work with. The food itself is okay, the food service is not consistent, there should be four or five things on the plate or pudding with it, and something will get left off, and it's a continual problem. In the hallways, the people in their rooms are allowed to smoke and it seeps out into the hallways and smells like smoke. We chose them because they were able to take both parents even when one having dementia.

The activities sound like they’re really good. I’d give the food a 3. For one thing there’s too much salt. When you have heart trouble that’s not good. The food doesn’t match the menu. They’re pretty at looking after you.

I know this company by the name Rio Terra. I’ve heard it’s great. It’s better than where my loved one had been before, but I haven’t been to see it personally. They’ve been there a couple years now. If you’re in that area and looking for memory care, it might be something that would work for you.

They’re awesome! They brought her dinner the other day when she wasn’t feeling good. About the activities, she’s digging it and having a blast~ I recommend Parkwood Meadows! She loves it. There is plenty of outdoor areas where she can go and walk. She says the food is good and she’s picky

I visited on April 8th. Beautiful facility, some good options with the duplexes and the apartments. Probably too pricey for us.

Enjoyed this tour as well. All were very nice and professional. My father still wasn't convinced. Will have to revisit as well during an event and lunch or dinner.
