The staff at the Renaissance seemed very nice and the grounds are lovely with beautiful large trees and great views from the rooms. The price is very reasonable. It is an older property, but generally pretty good condition. I liked the way the assisted living wing is organized and the fact that the folks in the assisted living wing have access to the entire property.

This community was good, my mother lived here about a year but it was just too big. She never joined any of the activities that they had to offer and the staff never really encouraged her to. Oher than that, it was a good place but she is a community that fits her needs better now.

This is a brand new community and they are currently understaffed. I do feel things are going to work out. My wife's caregiver is wonderful and there are a few of the staff members that are a pleasure to deal with. They offer different menu choices. The food is sometimes cold, however we are working with the chef to improve things. They have a monthly meeting with the residents to get our input. I did recommend this community to a friend.

My mother is doing well, she is liking the community so far. She is being optimistic and is trying it out for 3 months to see if she will stay. So far, she is really enjoying going down to dinner. The only drawback is that it took them longer to open up than expected. Other than that, it has been a good experience!

When I toured the Brookdale Statesman Club was very nice. When I toured the place was clean and the staff was all very friendly. The main reason I chose another community was because it was an older place and it was in need of an update.

I think it been a good place for my parents so far, the staff is very friendly. The only concern is that because it is such a new place, they started to move people in much sooner than they should have. When my parents moved into their apartment, they were still finishing up the paint. The meals have been the best part about it, my parents really like the food.

I had heard some good things about this community before I went and spoke to some of the residents and their families. I did not take a tour but the part I saw looked clean. This community was just a little higher priced than we were looking for.

The Parkwood Meadows was in transition when we toured and needed new staff as well as cleaning up. I didn't even go back or took mom back for another tour because the community needs a lot of attention

The Lynridge of Murphy Texas was a very nice place, but I did not really like the way the place was laid out. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and I did not see anything major that needed improvement.

This community was very beautiful. We really liked it. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The residents were out and doing things in the community. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The price was a bit much though.

We had a good tour of this community. Everything looked great, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. All the staff was kind, and helpful. All our questions were answered. They were also very information. It was a pretty nice experience, everything went well.

This was a nice tour. The dining room was very nice. The menu seemed very nice. We would have liked this community and for the activities, she would have been offered here would have been helpful. Families should tour this care for the needs of a loved one

The Clairmont has a grand look to it. The reason we did not choose the place was for 2 reasons. One, we have not heard good things about the place, and two, they were a retirement home and my parents needed more assisted living.

Based on this communities proximity to use, we choose them for that reason. My mom has been since moving into the place and I get updates about how she is doing from the staff. They are understanding her needs for care. She says good things about the meals she eats and the activities she does.

The staff at this community were nice and attentive. The food was good and they offered a variety of choices. The community was clean. They offer more activities than the community she is currently living in.

The Hartis Waco was a brand new place. Everything is brand new and very nice. What my mother did not like was the fact that there was nothing around. She did not want to look out her window to see just fields. Other than that, it was a nice place with nice people.

The Lakeshore Estates was more dated. The people were all very nice while on the tour, but when we went to see it, my mother already had her heart set on another community. They were redoing a 2 bedroom apartment while we were there.

Walnut Creek was good but I don't think it is right for my mother in law. She is used to living in Arlington and this is in Mansfield and not close to her friends and her church, but it is close to me.

Things are going well for my parents since they moved into this community. The place is clean and well organized. There is a lady that I know that goes and takes my mother on walks which she really enjoys! The only complaint I've heard them have is about the breakfast. They have a continental breakfast for the residents, and by the time my parents would make it out there, there would not be anything left. They don't have any fresh fruit. That is the only thing I wish they could improve on, but other than that, things are going well so far and my parents are definitely still adjusting to the change.
