The people we met at this community were nice. The community looked well taken care of. They seem to offer some nice activities. This community does not offer three meals a day and this is what our loved one was looking for.

My tour was great. The representative who showed me the community was great. I had to consider the distance to the community, they were too far for me.

I also toured Westmoor Senior Living. It was a nice facility and the person that took me around was fantastic. The only reason we did not choose them was that we had to go with the least expensive place, but other than that, this was a very good option for anyone.

I have not made the move out into this community but I am very much looking forward to it. The staff have been very understanding with my situation and helping me get ready for the transition. I am pleased with my experience working with them so far and am looking forward to my future at this place.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far everything is going good for her. The facility is very clean and has a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. She has had few up and downs since the move but the staff have been accommodating her to the best of there ability. The only thing I have a concern with is the lack of communication between the medical team and I. Overall I am pleased with the experience for her.

My parents seem to be happy with the food and daily activities they offer. The staff have been helpful and friendly. They keep the community clean and the administration is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or concerns. I would recommend this community.

We had an excellent tour of this community. Everything went very well overall. The community was nice, and tidy from what we saw. The staff was polite, and answered our questions. This community is very similar to the one we decided to go with. Unfortunately the other community location was more convenient.

I had a very good tour of Watercrest at Sugar Land. The facility was nice and the tour guide was friendly. It all came down to location, we found another Water crest that was closer.

I had taken a tour of this community for my self for possible future living options. The staff where very kind and professional during my visit. They took there time and made sure to answer any questions I had for them. I am keeping this place in mind for the next year or so but I just was not ready to make the move at this time.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff was very friendly and on time to our appointment and provided us with lots of great information. The property was nicely maintained and had a lot of great amenities available to offer all of the residents. Overall we where pleased with the experience it was just not the right place for my mother

The tour guide that showed us around Hartis Cypress was very nice and it was a well kept up facility. The problem was that they offered more than what my father would do. For the price, he'd be spending too much and not taking full advantage of everything they offered.

The people I met at this community were friendly and knowledgeable. The community looked clean. This community did not seem to offer the same levels of care as the community we chose.

Mom is not partial to the food, however I have tried it and I think it is fine. The staff are helpful and encouraging. She has not yet started to participate in any of the activities offered. The community is clean and surrounded by trees. I would recommend this community.

This community looked clean and the people I met were nice. This community reminded me of a hotel and this would not work for dad. We were looking for a smaller environment.

I'am pleased with my move to this community. Everyone have been very kind, and welcoming. The community looks great, and the staff is wonderful. All is well for me at this community.

My questions were answered, and they were informative as well. It was a great experience, this is a really nice facility. It came down to budget, and I did find another community that suited our budget better.

We toured this community for the care of my mom. The staff was nice and we liked the staff. The community was clean and maintained. We liked the meals that are offered. They did not have an activity director or a service for personal needs. We know that they have a high turnover of staff. We would suggest that families tour the community to see if the care is what they want for a loved one.

We liked this community when we visited. The community was clean and the people we met were nice. I loved the rooms. This community, however could use a little updating.
