My tour of this community went well. The staff was friendly, and very kind. The community looked great, everything was very clean, and well maintained. It was a pleasant experience, but it wasn't the right fit for my father, and his needs.

When I toured Prairie Rose, I was under the impression that it was assisted living, but when I got there, I noticed that it was more independent living. They hire an outside company to provide care for the residents in need of assisted living. It was not what I was looking for.

Fox Run Estates was in good condition, but it was the most dated from the communities that we toured. Also, it had the highest community fee compared to all of the other facilities that we toured. We felt a disconnect and it was not the best option for us.

My father is a resident here. They could have better communication among the aides but they are attentive to his needs. They offer activities but he chooses not to participate. The food could improve by added less spices. So far we have no other complaints about The Brennity.

It's brand new place and they are just getting started. My mother is independent and I haven't heard any complaints. I've had no problem with them.She's gotten involved in activities.She likes the exercises and they have musicians come and play for the residents occasionally.The food is mediocre. She says the meat is chewy.It's not a five star restaurant and I haven't heard her say she really enjoyed a particular meal.I take her out to eat sometimes.I really like that her apartment is very well spaced out. The people at the front desk always greet me and the waiting staff is very friendly.

My parents are doing great being apart of the community. they really like the new experience. The staff are helpful and doing great with how they help my parents. The community is kept clean.

The Watercrest at Alamo Ranch was a very nice facility. The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They showed us around the building and it was a good experience.

$$$$ The quoted prices for the apartment do not include services provided at most senior facilities. All services necessary up to some memory care are available but are priced individually. Apartment+meals+housekeeping+linen+washer/dryer++++ resulting in a higher cost.

My parents live here and things are going pretty well. There are some things they could improve.They don't seem to follow-up through when they say they are going to do something. For example, we asked for keys to be made for their room and they still haven't done that. They could use more staff on the weekends. Sometimes we show up to take them out for lunch and they still haven't had showers or gotten ready for the day. When they push their necklace they've been told it can take up to 15 minutes.I'm not sure I feel comfortable with that if one of them falls. Overall, the facility is very nice and the people are friendly. I think they just need more staff to care for the residents.They are getting involved in activities slowly. They are very happy with the meals.I haven't eat there but from what I've seen the presentation is nice. We chose Isle at Kingwood because it was the best looking one out of all the communities I toured.One of the things I noticed during the tour is the lady showing us around was greeting the residents by name and I liked that.

The staff at the Renaissance seemed very nice and the grounds are lovely with beautiful large trees and great views from the rooms. The price is very reasonable. It is an older property, but generally pretty good condition. I liked the way the assisted living wing is organized and the fact that the folks in the assisted living wing have access to the entire property.

This community was good, my mother lived here about a year but it was just too big. She never joined any of the activities that they had to offer and the staff never really encouraged her to. Oher than that, it was a good place but she is a community that fits her needs better now.

This is a brand new community and they are currently understaffed. I do feel things are going to work out. My wife's caregiver is wonderful and there are a few of the staff members that are a pleasure to deal with. They offer different menu choices. The food is sometimes cold, however we are working with the chef to improve things. They have a monthly meeting with the residents to get our input. I did recommend this community to a friend.

My mother is doing well, she is liking the community so far. She is being optimistic and is trying it out for 3 months to see if she will stay. So far, she is really enjoying going down to dinner. The only drawback is that it took them longer to open up than expected. Other than that, it has been a good experience!

When I toured the Brookdale Statesman Club was very nice. When I toured the place was clean and the staff was all very friendly. The main reason I chose another community was because it was an older place and it was in need of an update.

I think it been a good place for my parents so far, the staff is very friendly. The only concern is that because it is such a new place, they started to move people in much sooner than they should have. When my parents moved into their apartment, they were still finishing up the paint. The meals have been the best part about it, my parents really like the food.

I had heard some good things about this community before I went and spoke to some of the residents and their families. I did not take a tour but the part I saw looked clean. This community was just a little higher priced than we were looking for.

The Parkwood Meadows was in transition when we toured and needed new staff as well as cleaning up. I didn't even go back or took mom back for another tour because the community needs a lot of attention

The Lynridge of Murphy Texas was a very nice place, but I did not really like the way the place was laid out. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and I did not see anything major that needed improvement.

This community was very beautiful. We really liked it. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The residents were out and doing things in the community. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The price was a bit much though.
