This looked like a nice clean community when we visited. The people I met were nice. They seem to offer some nice amenities including transportation. This community was a little larger than what we were looking for.

I have no complaints about the tour I had at this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I thought they did a good job maintaining the building and all of the bedrooms as well as common areas where kept clean. It was just not the right fit for my mom in the end decision.

For the most part I'am satisfied with my husbands move to this community. No place is perfect, but he is doing pretty well. I know he is receiving great care, and in good hands. They have an excellent staff at this community. They have been helpful when needed, and kind when I visit. The executive director, marking director, and the head of nursing, came to speak with us when we came to tour the community. I was impressed with the individual attention they provided us with. They provide nice activities for the residents, and have lovely family events once a month. For the most part he is pleased with the meals. Everything looks great when I visit. He is able to age in place in this community. There is always room for improvement, but this is a community I would recommend.

The staff was kind, and helpful. I did find another community to worked better for us, but my tour of this community was a good one.

My mother needed assistance physically & with issues related to dementia. Harbor Chase helped out when the family needed to make a decision quickly for my mother's care.

My loved one really enjoys the community and we can tell she likes the atmosphere. I see that she is doing fine. The only thing can improve on is the communication, we are not getting good updates to the family.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my brother with his move to this community. We know he is safe, and in good hands. The staff have been very cooperative, and helpful. The experience is going well so far for us in this community.

This is a very nice community, and so far everything is working out well for my mother with her move here. My only concern has been The Orchard Assisted Living has been brought by another organization. So there is some changes happening at the moment. However the changes have not affected the care they are providing my mother with. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They provide good meals, and nice activities for the residents. It is a community I would recommend.

This is a newer community and we thought it was really nice. The person that took us on tour was nice and friendly. This community was a little higher cost and they do charge separately for additional services needed.

My tour was great. The representative who showed me the community was great. I had to consider the distance to the community, they were too far for me.

I also toured Westmoor Senior Living. It was a nice facility and the person that took me around was fantastic. The only reason we did not choose them was that we had to go with the least expensive place, but other than that, this was a very good option for anyone.

I have not made the move out into this community but I am very much looking forward to it. The staff have been very understanding with my situation and helping me get ready for the transition. I am pleased with my experience working with them so far and am looking forward to my future at this place.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far everything is going good for her. The facility is very clean and has a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. She has had few up and downs since the move but the staff have been accommodating her to the best of there ability. The only thing I have a concern with is the lack of communication between the medical team and I. Overall I am pleased with the experience for her.

My parents seem to be happy with the food and daily activities they offer. The staff have been helpful and friendly. They keep the community clean and the administration is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or concerns. I would recommend this community.

We had an excellent tour of this community. Everything went very well overall. The community was nice, and tidy from what we saw. The staff was polite, and answered our questions. This community is very similar to the one we decided to go with. Unfortunately the other community location was more convenient.

I had a very good tour of Watercrest at Sugar Land. The facility was nice and the tour guide was friendly. It all came down to location, we found another Water crest that was closer.
