When we were searching for options we had to find a community that was able to accept both of my in laws. One was going to be for memory care and one would be for assisted living and this community was able to help us with that. They are both doing well on each side. The staff keeps all residents busy with activities. They have both started socializing and making friends. The staff is wonderful very friendly and they interact with the residents. The community is extremely clean and housekeeping does a wonderful job. In fact, my mother in law has allergies and since being here we have noticed a big difference in her health due to her apartment being cleaned once a week.They both seem to like the food that is served.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. The person that took us on tour was friendly. This is a larger community and they seem to offer some nice activities and amenities. We just liked the memory care area at the community we chose a little better.

New facility so clean, open, nicely decorated. The assisted care area is especially nice. The memory care bathrooms do not have shower chairs which I thought was strange since they have them in assisted care.

The Brennity at Melbourne Senior Living community was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and they gave a nice tour. They were very informative about the property. This community reminded me more of a condo community and we were looking for something smaller for my dad with a more homey, intimate setting.

My love one is doing well, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for our family. He is safe, and in good hands. They have a lovely staff, and they caring for him very well. All is well overall.

We had no complaints or issues with this community we enjoyed our tour. The community is very nice lovely furnishings very welcoming. The staff was friendly and informative.The only thing was the layout of the community was not quite what we were looking for other than that everything met our expectations of what a community should look like.

My father is receiving good care in this community. He likes it, and I'am satisfied with everything they have done for us. This is a good, attractive community. Everyone has been very kind, and helpful. The staff is good, and have been responsive whenever needed. They provide good meals for the residents. I'am very pleased with the community, and I would recommend it.

This is a pretty nice community, and I was satisfied with my tour of it. Everyone was nice too my family, and I. The staff was friendly, and helpful. My tour guide was informative, and my questions were answered. The community was nice, and clean. Everything looked nice. It was a pleasant experience overall.

My grandmother has not actually moved into Heartis Conroe. She is doing so much better we are waiting to see if she actually will have to move. Heartis Conroe has been very supportive to us through this transition. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere there is very warm and inviting. My only concern is that a number of activities there are for the residents, but the new activities director is supposed to remedy that issue. They have many interactive outdoor areas for the residents to enjoy the birds at the bird feeders. The covered patios with abundant seating provided they can enjoy the beautifully landscaped surroundings. We feel we have made a good choice if it is decided that our grandmother has to move here to Heartis Conroe.

Very nice entrance, hotel look. Nice independent living apartments, spacious. Nice restaurant style dining. Storage units for each apartment. 2 meals a day provided. Assisted living lg apt 615sq ft. Second person $1000 plus $400 for bathing, meds, etc.only 6 in bold, full now. $500 refundable waiting list.

Things have been going so well for my parents here. They are loving their new surroundings. They are both so active and social so they are loving the activities and social events the community offers. The staff is wonderful very nice and considerate and very attentive. The residents here are very upbeat and thoughtful. The food is very good. The sales department does an excellent job in providing good options. In our case they offered a special which fit well within the budget we were working with and they even paid for the movers which were an extra bonus and nice surprize.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. We did like that the staff were caring and able to answer the question we had. We liked the menu. The community has a clean environment for the residents. We wanted a community that was a little smaller. Families should consider this community for care.

My mother has recently made the decision to move into this community and we are looking forward to it. We have been in the transition in getting her things moved from her house into her new living space. The apartment is a perfect fit for her and has a lot of great amenities included. The staff have been helpful with the move and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

My dads apartment is the perfect fit for him and has a great open floor plan that's easy to navigate through. They have a great activity program on campus for all of the residents to get together and enjoy different events that they have for everyone. I like it so much I wish I could live there.

I have no complaints about how things had went for my loved one and I during our tour that we had taken of this community. I thought the staff did a great job with the presentation and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor they had as well as other amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she recently made the move into this community. The staff are very kind and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities with the other residents from time to time. The property is always well maintained and kept very clean. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone interested.

What really impressed me was the layout of the community. My mom doesn't have to walk too far to get to the dining hall. She says the food is good. The staff seems friendly and very accommodating and interacts with the residents. My moms unit fits her well she has enough space to live comfortably. She is doing well-making friends going to activities and social events.

I would have loved for my mother to live here but it was just out of our budget in the end decision.
