Very nice! Girls are friendly, food is ok.

I have lived here for 3 years and have loved every minute of it.

The community charges for all the care services similar to al a carte. I think the nursing staff is snotty. There is oatmeal every morning. I feel that they should be going to the kitchen on each floor. The community is bringing food to the resident's rooms. I wish the staff would encourage my loved one to participate more. I don't feel the value for the money is good. What the community promised isn't happening when we first visited.

I think our nutritionist, [name removed], has done a very good job of running Maplewood against great odds. Coronavirus, building problems., and cranky old people. Our meals could be better!

I would choose Oakwood over other options in the area because of the level of care my loved one received. Her aides and the nurses were very responsive and always friendly, and they were very good about being very sweet and compassionate through the ups and downs of dementia. They were also very good at talking her into doing what she needed to do as far eating, grooming, physical therapy, etc. Oakwood was very diligent about cleanliness. The care was good, but turnover made things difficult sometimes. The director and one nurse in particular were not very engaging, and we saw them go through three different directors while we were there. But the aides were just amazing. My loved one didn't participate in a lot of activities, but when she did she enjoyed them.

For the longest time due to the pandemic the food was being brought to their apartments in Styrofoam containers. They are slowly starting to bring the activities back, they are doing the best that they can given the circumstances. When it comes to the value this place stands out compared to other communities we looked at.

We chose The Waterford at Miracle Hills at the time because they told us that they had a doctor on site. My mom was moving and we did not want to have to switch and find a new one and they told us that she could just use this one and make it easier. We were happy with the size of the room size that she had. Communication overall was not good. I would call and ask for people to return my phone calls and it never got done. Communication between the director and the nursing staff was not great either, so that was the biggest downfall. It was a great facility compared to some that we saw and I would recommend to others who are looking. I would just caution others about the communication issues.

Beautiful location. No doctors that come on site. Showers had an awkward "ramp" to get into the stall. Very good price for the location.

My loved one says the staff is great and has never heard a cross word from any of them. My mom likes the food and they have activities going on. I would love to live if I could. I would recommend this community to others.

The maintenance guys are really good at helping the residents. It is a very good place. My loved one enjoys being there. The food is enjoyed by them. It is a good place for them to be. The corporate staff has sent emails about the pandemic to me and any updates, the communication is there when it is needed.

We chose Lakeshore Estates because they were allowing family in right from the beginning after he quarantined for 14 days. He is able to come and go as he pleases which is nice. They have a lot of amenities and are taking meals to the rooms. Overall I was very pleased with the admission process and everything else, it all went very smoothly. I would absolutely recommend.

We chose Pecan Point because of the value for the money as well as the care that she gets. We knew people who were going here and were pleased with it. The room sizes are on the smaller side, but adequate for her needs. I would recommend them.

You should move here it is nice. The food is alright. The activities are okay. The cleanliness stands out to me.

We really like Lakeshore Estates so far. The community is providing everything my loved one needs. The staff is responsive to questions or concerns about my loved one.

Our experience has been good. We are satisfied with this community. Our loved one seems happy here.

We chose Rocky Ridge at the time because of the location. The food here is not good, it does not have any flavor and it is not appealing. It is also cold when he gets it so we have been bringing him food. Overall, I would recommend them because of the location and they also have a care giver on site.

We did have issues with them administering the wrong medications and things like that so that became an issue. When they were here, it was during the pandemic the activities director really did try to keep residents busy and did the best that she could. They did say that the food was good. I felt like the manager went out of her way to help us get things going and make things work.

The staff is nice and attentive, The community is very clean. I would definitely recommend this community

We chose Elmcroft of Bella Vita because of the location, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff members. The facility is also very beautiful and has pretty surroundings. The room sizes are really good. I would recommend.
