Their maintenance man is horrible and doesn't know what he's doing. My loved ones say the food is a little bland. I think they're doing pretty good with activities and keeping the residents busy, but they could do a little brainstorming and get some more variety. During the sales process, they say Wi-Fi is included, but the residents have to provide their own. They could clean the outside building itself more and the garage. They could also get their security cameras working, especially because homelessness is a big issue in that area. I asked them about that, and they said they had ordered cameras. So far the staff overall have been good, and the cleaning people I've met have been great.

They have staffing problems. The management team is excellent. The bill is different each month, so I have to call to rectify this each time. Having spoke to friends and acquaintances in Amarillo the care is all about the same at the different communities. You just have to stay on top of the care.

We have not been able to eat the meals at the community yet, but from what we have seen they smell good and look appetizing. The activities are still pretty limited but they are starting to slowly get better

Rosewood would have been my 2nd choice. It was the same type of facility we ended up choosing, but the people at our first choice were friendlier and more outgoing. Not that the people at Rosewood weren't. They were very friendly as well, and Rosewood was our solid 2nd choice.

The staff members here are just wonderful, they are very friendly. Very good value for your money, a lot cheaper then other communities i was it, which had way less activities and worse food. Renaissance-Austin is a great community.

The community is clean, and the staff members are friendly. The meals could be a little bit better and the activities are still pretty limited with the covid restrictions. I also think the value for cost is a little high but alright.

Toured on [date removed]. Very large and bustling facility. Lots of things to do but for my dad it would be too overwhelming. Very nice place for those who want lots of entertainment. Rooms are large with lots of storage and modern features. Lots of caregivers available.

Our family first had a virtual tour due to the covid restrictions, but once the communities opened back up we were able to physically tour the community. Our tour experience was great, everyone was very friendly and welcomed us with open arms. However, we did notice there were not to many care takers on the floor and maybe they were short staff from the pandemic.

We did a virtual your with Lyndale Edmond and it seemed to be a very nice place. The houses for living were just not what we were looking for, they were 2 stories and we wanted everything to be all on one level.

We chose Prairie Rose at The time because they had a more open visitation policy. She picked it too because they had biggest apartments from the ones we saw. It was a great facility it was just not the right fit for us. If you are higher functioning and don't need a lot of assistance I would recommend them.

They have great activities directors, but the only thing they could improve on would be bringing in a couple more outside groups to entertain the residents. They could also improve on their salon styling and maintenance.

I wouldn't be against recommending someone go there. I think they are overpriced for what they do. I believe they are short staffed. Sometimes the food isn't as good as what my loved one expects. They are willing to accommodate dietary restrictions.

The evaluation that the community did for my loved one was not very accurate. The care level jumped up almost immediately and so did the price. I would recommend this community but make sure to understand the initial evaluation process.

I think if your parent is independent and can live in the independent living section, then it's a good community. From what I've heard about assisted living, it doesn't sound as good. And I'm not sure about memory care. Their biggest problem is a real lack of staff. It's been hard for them to keep good staff, especially in housekeeping and food service areas. Many times there's been no housekeeping for the residents. But overall the property has been very clean. They had a great chef who left recently, and the new chef is not nearly as good. They don't have an activities director right now, and they're just now starting back up offering activities. I think the concierges are very friendly and helpful. The residents themselves are really great. The apartments are really nice and roomy with lots of storage. I think the price, especially for the independent living, is very good.

Eastdale Estates was her only option but it has been a good experience so far. I was nervous putting her someplace but she has made friends with people who have similar care needs and that has really helped her spirits a lot. The meals here are chef prepared, he has been here for years and she enjoys the meals. A couple if the things have not been happy with communication, I called corporate and they forwarded my concerns to the facility which I had already talked to. Also they know our situation and they increased her rent without notifying me. Overall I would recommend them to others looking.

Ellery Arbor is a smaller community. The thing that we did not like was it was one large room and everybody was in it, they do not have separate areas. Regardless of wherever they were with dementia, they shared the same activities and that did not seem fair. That was one of the reasons we decided against it.

We chose Stonefield because she wanted a 2 bedroom apartment and they had a nice set up here. They have been keeping us up to date by email and they did have newsletters for the residents. Given the circumstances, her main complaint about the food is that it was cold when it was delivered and they were not able to have activities due to Covid protocols. I am sure as things ease up there will be more opportunities. I would recommend them to others looking.

We were able to do an in person tour at this facility, it was very very nice, however our loved one is very picky and he did not think it was going to be a good fit.

Has both assisted living and memory care with perfect apartment size rooms and great prices.

Staff is friendly and helpful. WAs here for me when I needed.
