Good, friendly staff!

Mirabella is definitely one of the older memory care facilities in the area. The people were all very nice, but they only offered semi-private rooms which was not going to work for my mom.

We feel very comfortable with my loved one being here. There are lots of activities for the residents. This is a good place for those that can't live on their own anymore. I would recommend the community.

Community living has been difficult going through Covid times. But overall, my mother-in-law is enjoying it when things are open. She definitely likes being around other people, and she likes the other residents. Activities have been shut down most of the time she's been there, but when they opened up for a couple of weeks, she seemed to really enjoy them. The apartment is very nice, although she's had some issues with the appliances. But they took care of those almost immediately. The apartment is very open and airy and light, which is such a difference from the last place she lived. I do think it's super expensive though.

This is a good community. The people are very friendly. The set up is really good. The food and the service is not good. It is not very organized at all. The staff are pretty good. When i moved there are a lot of things that I was told that are not true. The person that helped me get in is no longer with the company. I came in with different expectations than what I was provided.

I thought that the facility was nicer overall than others we looked at, but the rooms were just so-so. The big downside for us is that they're located kind of far out - not close to Buffalo. And that played a big part in our decision.

I really liked this facility. The facility that we went with was just closer to the house. Great facility and very good tour.

There are a lot of staff turnover. It is a good value for the money. The food has a good variety and it is very tasty. Bingo, social every night, bus rides on Sundays, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.

I do think they care. Everyone I've met has been very nice and helpful. Overall the facility is very clean, but my loved one's room is not done as well. The food here is pretty good. There are activities and things to do if the residents are so inclined. My loved one has done some outings he enjoyed quite a bit, but he's not the bingo type. One thing I really love about Landon Ridge is they allow pets, and they have a fenced-in pet area where he can take his dog. We got in at a good rate, so I feel like we're getting a good value.

My loved one is not the happiest here, but he can be grumpy and contrary. He thinks the food isn't very good and too low sodium. But I urge him to consider the population it's made for - a lot of older people can't process a lot of sodium. I see mostly positive things here. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The grounds are well kept. They communicate very well any changes in scheduling or anything different going on in the community. That's a a big plus. Most of the people tend to be in their rooms during non-eating hours, but the residents I've run into and talked to were very sweet. The staff I've met and talked to have been great. The admissions person especially was awesome. She was an excellent communicator and great at follow-up. They seem to have a great calendar of activities. The cost has gone up considerably since he moved in though, so we're not crazy about that, especially because that's not what we were told.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The entry way is beautiful and community is friendly. The food has been above average when we have had a chance to eat with my loved one.

We chose The Brennity because it had a large independent living section. The apartment sizes here are very nice size. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. It does seem that they have been short staffed recently. I would recommend to others looking.

There are a lot of fun activities; however, my loved one doesn't participate in them. Memory care is not an after thought here. The staff are fantastic to work with if I have questions or concerns. The memory care director is wonderful.

They're not perfect, but I think they do a pretty good job. Most of the staff is very friendly and warm. It's a beautiful place, and it feels very comfortable. I feel like they do what they can to accommodate you as well.

We chose Brentwood Estates because the friendliness of the staff members, the meals that were being provided, and also the cost over some of the others that we looked into. The apartment sizes are good, they have quite a variety as well. Some things that were promised up front were not followed through with. The residents who are here are very great and welcoming to new people who are coming in, so huge kidos to them, they have made her feel very welcome. Overall, I would recommend to others who are looking.

We were happy with the community. My loved one seemed to enjoy the food for the most part. The staff were good to work with with the family.

My father in law is in a 2 bedroom unit so it is great size for what he needs. The only complaint I have heard from him is that they do not serve sausage or bacon with breakfast and sometimes the service is slow. The staff seem to be pretty stable other than the kitchen staff. The activities seem to be good, they have started taking residents out more and they do weekly visits to the superstore. It has been a great fit for our family.

Our families was able to have an in person tour before everything was really shut down so we were able to walk around and see different apartments. We were able to eat lunch there on our tour, we would say our experience was okay. Nothing was wrong with this community, we just wanted a place that solely focused on memory care so staff members didn't have to go back and forth from assisted living to memory care.

The community is very clean and upscale, the people who work there are very friendly an dedicated. We do think they are doing a great job given the circumstances. I have been able to be there for several meal times and all the meals are very well balanced and well prepared. The food is delicious and they have big gatherings for all the residents who live there
