I had planned to move in to Tallgrass Estates, but ended up moving to another state to be closer to family. And unfortunately they won't give me a refund. I've spoken to them on several occasions and heard all kinds of excuses, but they just won't give me my deposit back. During the tour, their sales person was so nice to me. But it didn't seem like they had a lot of staff to support their residents. And it has been such a struggle trying to get my deposit refunded.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good experience, it is a nice facility but it is so large that we were concerned she would struggle walking from the apartments to the dining hall.

They did lose their cook recently and that's has been the only negative so far since my loved one moved in here, the food hasn't been that great. They do have a new cook so we will see how that goes. Other than that they have done a great job and things are going well. We would recommend Cowhorn Creek Estates to others.

I had a very nice tour at The Clairmont. I thought they were very informative, and it seemed like a very nice place.

It's a great place. However, you have to stay on top on things. Their paperwork is not that great. They went a transitional period and seemed to drop the ball. They are slowly making up for that. The staff is really nice, easy going. The staff seem to make it better. They know what they are doing.

We chose The Heritage Tomball because I really liked the staff when I met them for the first time, the location was good, and it is a great value for the money. The apartment sizes are just fine for what she needs. My mom says that she absolutely loves the food. I would recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and everybody we met with was super nice. However there was just little things here that were not going to work out - the apartment our loved one would have was similar to a studio and instead of a kitchenette it just has a microwave. We wanted her to have a small stove top/oven so incase if she did not want to go in the dining room she could make a dinner in her room.

Our loved one is still adjusting to the community so she has not taken advantage of any activities, but the food there is absolutely wonderful. It is really really really good, they have a fantastic variety and quality and we enjoy eating their ourselves. The residents are very involved and there is family like atmosphere to the place. It is very easy to get integrated and make new friends. They have a council made up of residents there that take the "newcomers" around to show them all the amenities and to meet new people Everyone there genuinely cares and is extremely nice.

They've been very helpful and accommodating. I really like the place, and I think we found the right place for our loved one. I think the facility is very nice, comfortable, and open, with big wide spaces. It's pretty. And they have activities going all the time.

I would say to be very careful in the original contract. Make sure that you get all of the details needed. After this part the care and everything that my loved one received is wonderful. I like the interaction that she gets from the other residents the most.

We had a positive tour experience at The Westmore Senior Living. The staff was courteous, prompt, and gave us a good view of the whole operation. I thought they did a nice job.

Landon Ridge is a nice facility, but the staff were not really welcoming. When we showed up for our tour they had no idea that we were coming even though we had made an appointment.

It is a nice community. The staff is good to work with if I have questions or concerns about my loved one. My loved doesn't care for the food. Bingo, chapel, exercise classes, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

We do not know about much about the activities since we aren't able to really visit during the week but they did have a lovely Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. Also our loved ones lead care givers is very nice and always makes sure we have a way to get ahold of our loved one

Majority of the staff at this community have been great to work with. There is one person that can be a little harder to work with. However, I would recommend this community. Overall everything has been great and as long as your loved one is independent this is a good place for them.

The community is very clean and the staff members who do work there are very friendly and nice. There are so many activities, there is something every half hour during the week from yoga class, sewing class, board games and card games, and they can even go out on outings. The dining service is only struggling because of the staffing issues. Despite the staffing issues we are happy our loved one is here, it is about as good as it gets.

The internal communication and response time could be improved, however our loved one is very happy with the meals and dining service and all the activities that are offered. The Waterford is also pet friendly which was a huge thing for us.

The community was large and was more designed for independent living. This was too expensive for us.

After toured the facilities, enjoyed the diner and received lots of info.

We had a nice tour with HarborChase of Wildwood. The only downfall was that is it multiple stories and has elevators. With moms memory issues we thought she would get very confused.
